I recently returned a bathing suit due to missized bottoms. I used your postage-free package to send back both pieces, but only received the replacement bottoms, not the top. When I called to order the top, it was out of stock in my size. Consequently, I returned the bottoms since they were of no use without the top. Despite explaining the situation and requesting not to be charged for shipping on my return, I was still charged. I even sent a letter asking to have my account closed and to be removed from your mailing list, but I am still receiving catalogues. As a result, any new catalogues I receive go straight into the recycle bin. In March, I placed order # [redacted]7. I received the two fleece jackets, the printed tunic, and the knit henley (Blue Floral), all paid for. Unfortunately, the candlelight peach floral is out of stock. However, in the last package I was supposed to receive two Knit Henleys in sizes 3x and 2x but only got one shirt in size 3x. The total amount charged to my account was $57.98. Could I please get a credit of $28.99 for the missing Henley in the package I received? I no longer want the shirt. I appreciate your assistance with this credit. I have tried calling customer service, but only managed to reach order takers. They were unable to help despite long hold times on two separate occasions.

I placed order number [redacted]9 on 5/13/[redacted]. Upon checking, it seems that the order has not been shipped yet. I've attempted to contact you through your website and waited on hold for twenty minutes today to talk to a representative. Unfortunately, when I finally got through and explained the issue, the call got disconnected. I'm concerned about receiving the order in time as it was meant to be a birthday gift for my wife. She has been a loyal customer for a long time, but this experience is making me question why. Please resolve this promptly by ensuring the order is shipped as soon as possible.

My customer number is LaVonne Hart B[redacted]9. I placed an order and received one item out of the three I ordered. I understand that the second item will be shipped separately, but unfortunately, the third item is no longer available. This means I will likely receive a refund for the third item. The issue is that my original order qualified for free shipping. However, since the third item is now unavailable, the order no longer meets the free shipping criteria, and I was charged $12.99 for shipping the remaining two items. I believe I should not be charged for shipping because I initially qualified for free shipping. I am only receiving a refund of $18.20 instead of the full item cost of $29.99. I kindly request a refund of the full amount. It would have been preferable if I had been informed before the two items were shipped. If given the chance, I could have selected another item to cover the $29.99 cost. Thank you.

My name is Karen J. Duette, and I was informed that my Blair Classic card was deactivated. I have been on the phone for more than 2 hours trying to reactivate it or get a new one. On December 13, [redacted], I placed an order but haven't received it yet. One customer service representative mentioned that my card deactivation caused the delay. I had to reorder with a different card, but I haven't received any email confirmation. I would appreciate assistance as I have been unwell quite often this past year. Karen J. Duette

I returned two items, but I have only been credited for one in my order #[redacted]1. I ordered two JERSEY KNIT pants, #B09327 in indigo heather L and gray heather L, but I received men's COTTON pants instead. I returned both and am seeking a refund for the correct items. Can you please resend the original order of the two JERSEY KNIT pants in women's sizes L and include a refund for the Navy pants which were not received but were paid for? Additionally, due to hand tremors, I struggle to press the right extension numbers on a small cell phone. I am Andrea B. S. I made a payment on June 28, [redacted], and realized I was charged twice for my final payment. When I tried to renew my card, my bank informed me the account was closed. The phone call abruptly ended before I could proceed further. 1.
