I own a BES870XL/B espresso machine that is less than a year old. At 3 months, it began leaking water from the Group Head between the metal casing and the plastic that holds the gasket and shower, and from the portafilter. When making coffee, the water does not flow through the portafilter but rather leaks out from the back of the Group Head when the cup button is pressed. Contacting Breville has been challenging as I work during their operating hours and haven't received responses to my emails and online messages. I stopped using the machine in March and wish to have it serviced under warranty before it expires. If the machine cannot be repaired, I would appreciate a replacement. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a toaster oven for my son as a Christmas gift. The item arrived on November 30, [redacted], with noticeable dents on the side. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service on December 1, the long wait times led me to request a call back via the automated system. Later that evening around 7:45pm Eastern time, a representative finally called me back. However, the call quality was poor, and the representative abruptly hung up due to difficulty hearing. The following day, I called again and a different representative instructed me to send pictures of the damage for a return label. Despite complying promptly, I have yet to receive any further communication from Breville as of December 3. During another call, after being put on hold twice, the call abruptly disconnected without any resolution. Frustrated by the lack of proper assistance, I am now seeking a full refund and intend to escalate this issue to corporate. The subpar customer service experience has left me disappointed with Breville as a brand.

I experienced a frustrating issue with my Smart Grinder Pro coffee grinder, as it stopped working due to a malfunction after less than two years of use. When I contacted the company for assistance, I faced long wait times on the phone, followed by unfulfilled promises of a call back. This lack of customer support and the failure of the product within a short period have left me deeply disappointed and angry. It is disheartening that such an expensive item did not meet expectations, and the company did not offer the necessary support or response to address the problem. As a result of this negative experience, I have decided to avoid purchasing from Breville in the future and will advise others to seek alternative options.

Order #[redacted] was placed with the expectation of receiving a replacement product within three days, as advertised on the website. However, upon contacting the call center, it has been a frustrating experience. Breville, known for their quality products, seems to overlook customer support as a priority. Their ratings in the US and Australia reflect this. The lack of transparency and difficulty in obtaining assistance from the call center is disappointing. The constant apologies for inconveniences and excuses about management being in meetings raise doubts about the company's dedication to resolving customer issues effectively.

I purchased a Breville Milk Cafe last year, and I have been very happy with it. However, recently it has stopped working properly. When I turn it on, the base/motor only stays on for 5 to 10 seconds before turning off. I have been using it daily for my coffee, and I really miss having my frothy milk. The model number is BMF600XL/A. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with either a replacement base or instructions on how to proceed. I am willing to send pictures of the product or return the base or the whole machine, whatever is needed to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I own a Breville BDC650 coffee maker. I have been diligent in cleaning and descaling it regularly per the instructions. Recently, I've noticed a decrease in the amount of coffee being ground. Even at a higher strength setting, the coffee is weaker than before. I have thoroughly cleaned the burrs and checked for any blockages. Despite setting it to a higher number like 4, the strength remains unchanged. I typically brew 12 cups and ensure the basket and intake are clean. The coffee beans are fresh and not oily, and I carefully distribute them towards the front of the hopper.

I have a Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer that suddenly stopped working while in Air Fryer mode. When trying to turn it on again by pressing the Start/Cancel button, there is no response. I have checked the power source, and it is not a circuit breaker issue. Although the appliance is out of warranty, I would appreciate guidance on how to arrange for repairs. Can I receive an RA# for sending it in, and what are the estimated repair costs?

I have encountered issues with my espresso machine repair process. Six months ago, I sent in my machine but received no acknowledgment of its arrival. After a lengthy phone call, I was quoted $[redacted] for the repair, which I found too expensive. I requested the unrepaired machine to be sent back, but I have not received it or any updates since. A few years ago, I purchased a Breville bread machine, which I found pricey but disappointing. Despite my initial trust in the brand, the breadpan started leaking into the machine after only a few months of use, rendering it unusable. I tried to contact customer service for a replacement while it was still under warranty, but the part was out of stock, and the COVID-19 situation complicated matters and left me dissatisfied. We have owned a Breville toaster oven model B0V800XL/C for several years, and until recently, it has performed well. Lately, we have been experiencing issues with the display panel and related functions. Occasionally, it may work correctly when turned on, but more often than not, we encounter problems such as humming noises, a frozen or blank LCD, and overall dysfunction. Gentle tapping near the LCD sometimes resolves the issue temporarily. While the heating functions appear to be unaffected, the erratic display is concerning. We are exploring our options and wondering if this is something we could address ourselves or if a general appliance repair service could rectify the problem. Additionally, we are curious to know what a repair from a Breville service center might entail and whether it would be financially worthwhile to fix the toaster oven.

I'm having an issue with my Breville Super Q Blender. The speed control dial is not working properly. It's a feature I really enjoy using, and I'm unsure why it suddenly stopped working. While the other settings are functioning fine, I heavily rely on the speed control feature, and its absence is noticeable. I've searched online for a solution but haven't had any luck. I own a Breville BRG820XL grill and unfortunately, the wires at the plug end of the electrical cord have broken, causing the grill to turn off. I am interested in replacing the entire electrical cord for the grill. We have used the grill regularly for a few years without any problems until now. I have been unable to find an authorized Breville service agent in San Antonio, Texas. Is it possible to order a replacement electrical cord directly from Breville?

I have been trying to contact Breville customer service via phone regarding my toaster oven since I received it. The wait times are too long, and I'm concerned after reading the California Proposition 65 warning about cancer-causing chemicals. I prefer cookware without non-stick coatings and was surprised to discover the toaster oven has it. If the coating can be removed, I'll keep it; otherwise, I want to return it for a brand without the chemical. I'm unsure where to find the model number. I had a Breville Smart Oven that lasted over 15 years and worked wonderfully! Recently, when it was time to replace it, I chose a new one, considering the longevity and quality worth the investment. After waiting three months for the new oven to arrive, it's disappointing to hear strange noises coming from it already, especially from the convection fan. I have my bank statement and am certain I registered the oven. Could you please assist with repairing it?

I would like to know if the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro, Brushed Stainless Steel, BOV900BSS, is safe for my pet bird. Does this oven utilize any nonstick coatings such as PTFE, PFOA, PFCs, PFAS, or Teflon? If it does, could you recommend alternative models without these coatings that can fit a 9x13 baking pan? I recently had my Breville Oracle repaired, and I received a replacement with code R[redacted]19. I usually use Pete's Major Dickason blend beans. I've noticed that I now need to set a finer grind compared to what I used before to get a good shot. Also, I had to increase the tamp force and time to the maximum settings to avoid a watery shot. I used to use a 13 grind setting at the factory default tamp settings. Should I be concerned that I'm reaching the limits of fineness for the grind? Could this mean that my grinder components are wearing out and need replacement?

I have called three times now and I am getting really upset. I paid close to $[redacted].00 for this machine, and it is showing error code ER05. Initially, they quoted $[redacted].00 to fix it, but when I inquired about shipping it back for repair, they asked for $[redacted].00. I feel like this is a scam! The first representative admitted to a mistake and said it was covered under warranty, but I have yet to receive the shipping box to send it for repair. I have seen similar complaints online, and this seems to be an ongoing issue. Despite leaving my contact information for a callback due to high call volume, I haven't received any response. Today, when I tried calling again, their customer service line was unavailable. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.
