I purchased a [redacted] Escalade ESV two years ago, only to discover that multiple features have stopped working. Initially, one of the electric steps malfunctioned, which I attributed to the cold Wisconsin weather. Subsequently, the heated seats, cruise control, phone charger, and the CUE system all failed. The CUE screen was non-responsive and now does not work at all. Additionally, the TVs in the vehicle are also not functioning. I have invested over $3,[redacted] in suspension parts to address the ride quality issues compared to my smoother [redacted] Escalade. I am baffled by how such a high-quality vehicle can have so many issues in such a short time.

I have been waiting for a part for my CTV4 Blackwing since June. GM is required by law to carry parts for 10 years. I had to sell my [redacted] CT4-V because they never had the parts, and it kept going back and forth between the dealer and my garage for months. GM did not offer much help with my trade, even though I am a corporate GM daughter. They should have repurchased the car, but they didn't. The dealership also did not do me any favors since they didn't advise GM to buy back my [redacted]. Now, with a new Blackwing, I still can't get the part I need. I just want my part!
