On May 26th, [redacted], I visited Fred Meyer in Klamath Falls, OR to cash five Western Union money orders, each valued at $1,[redacted]. While trying to cash them, I encountered repeated delays due to the 48-hour waiting period rule enforced by Certegy involved merchant services. Despite returning on different dates, I faced confusion about when I could successfully cash them. This experience has caused financial strain, and the lack of clear guidelines from Certegy has been frustrating. I am seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue promptly and efficiently. It's important to note that these money orders are not checks and should not be subjected to the same waiting period. I am hopeful for a resolution to avoid any further inconvenience to my financial situation.

The manager at HEB mentioned that we shouldn't be on this list. They declined my first check on 12/14/[redacted]. We returned the following day to purchase some items we had forgotten and wrote another check, which was also declined by you. The store manager then accepted the check after verifying additional ID. He advised my wife and me to inform you that we shouldn't be on this list. I have been unable to reach a real person through the phone number provided, as I keep getting directed to a robot. I would like to understand the reason for our inclusion on this list.

On 3/19, I had a check declined at Petsmart for $[redacted].82. Today, I visited the bank and confirmed there were enough funds in my checking account. I usually use my debit card without any issues. I'm currently waiting for a new debit card, which is why I wrote the check. I had to use my credit card instead, which was not my preference. I kindly request a refund to my credit card and ask for the check to be processed accordingly.

I attempted to make a payment to Verizon from my checking account but was unable to do so due to a $[redacted].42 payment being returned in October [redacted]. This payment was then successfully made with my debit card. I require the restriction on my account to be lifted so I can resume making payments through my checking account. My debit card was compromised, and I am currently waiting for a replacement. In the meantime, I need to arrange payment promptly.

I wrote a $[redacted] MoneyGram money order to Walmart, endorsed it, but it didn't go through their system. I urgently need that money. I'm struggling to reach a real person for help and this is very upsetting. I have overdue taxes risking my home, and I need this money to pay them. I visited Walmart to cash a money order, but it didn't clear due to Certegys Check Cashing Criteria. I've been trying to resolve this for weeks without success. I've been cashing my checks at Walmart for years without any issues. Today, when I gave the cashier my check, they asked for my ID, state, and a 3-digit country code, which was unusual. They tried on multiple registers, but the transaction kept declining. I called the number on the receipt, and I was informed that the decision was final. I have all my identification, the check, and the receipt with the reference number.

I recently received my Certegy consumer report. However, I am facing an issue where my payroll check from my job at the county of Butte in California is being refused because there seem to be government checks listed on my report that I have not cashed. This mistake is causing inconvenience in my life as I do not have any bad checks out due to not having an account. I would appreciate speaking to someone to resolve this matter promptly. A few months ago, I went to cash my check at a Kroger like I usually do. I didn't have any issues until then. Certegy denied my check because my Social Security number was incorrect, which is ridiculous because I know my Social Security number and had no issues until then. Later on, I cashed a different check at a Walmart, and it was cashed with no issues. The following week, I went to the same Walmart to cash my check, and Certegy denied it. I can barely cash a check anywhere now, and it is causing me problems. I want whatever they did cleared off my record immediately.
