I am reaching out because my credit score suddenly dropped by 15 points after a reported increase in my car payment by $17. CK attributes this information to TransUnion and Equifax but both deny making such a report. I confirmed with American Honda that my car payment has not changed. I am confused about why my score was altered and the request for additional details seems unnecessary. This summarizes the situation.

I recently raised a dispute about a new collection listed on my report. The collection agency is CAPITAL RECOVERY SYSTEMS, LLC, and the original creditor is NEW HORIZONS MEDICAL BILLING. The entry is still open since it was reported on April 8, [redacted], and there is a bankruptcy chapter 7 mentioned. Oddly, although the bankruptcy was discharged in [redacted], it seems to have been reopened in April [redacted]. I am puzzled as to why this has happened.

For several months now, I've noticed consistent inaccuracies in my cash flow reports, showing deficit spending every month. I receive three retirement payments totaling $[redacted].98 from Social Security, MM&P Pension, and MetLife. The issue arises when these payments are initially shown in full but then get reduced. Additionally, my extra mortgage payments aren't reflected accurately. Although I make additional principal payments, the system counts them as new expenses, essentially doubling my spending and showing false deficits. The recent report on the 12th is especially confusing and worrying. I fear these errors may impact my credit score, even though my income is stable and I manage my expenses within my means.

I attempted to submit this previously, but I am unsure if it was successful. Recently, I had to replace my compromised old AMEX card due to fraudulent activity, causing a three-day delay (this occurred last Friday). I reached out to two companies that bill me automatically. I encountered difficulty trying to opt out of an international Skype account charging $2.99 per month. My credit union assured me they would prevent any further charges from Skype. Presumably, they did so. I made multiple attempts, totaling at least 90 minutes, to cancel this account. It seems unjust for my credit score to suffer due to circumstances beyond my control.

Subject: Inquiry about Email Content Hello, I am inquiring about an email I received which stated that I was added as an authorized user to someone's credit card account. Could you please confirm if this email was indeed sent by you, and if so, provide me with details on whose account I was added to? Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Regards, Diane L.

Hello, I recently registered with Credit Karma but noticed an error in my report. Instead of indicating a consumer proposal accepted by my only creditor, the Canada Revenue Agency, it inaccurately shows bankruptcy. After contacting TransUnion, an agent confirmed that my original report does not include bankruptcy. I urgently need Credit Karma to correct this mistake as I am applying for a new home lease, and the error has impacted my leasing process. With my current lease ending in August, it is essential to rectify this discrepancy promptly based on the accurate information from TransUnion. Regards, Kalthoum Belanger

I have two accounts with your company that I need assistance with. The first one is related to AT&T for internet services. Despite being promised good coverage in my area, the service was poor, and I ultimately cancelled the agreement due to the lack of performance. They also assured me the outstanding balance would be waived, but this was not done. The second issue is a medical bill of $[redacted] with Dr. R at Billings Clinic. Despite having a history of treatment there for a work injury covered by MACO Worker's Compensation, on this occasion, they failed to get approval and refused treatment, causing me unnecessary pain. I disagree with the charge and believe it should be written off, as discussed with the clinic and the Credit Bureau. I'm a 70-year-old disabled woman living on Social Security, struggling to make ends meet with only essential bills covered. I kindly request assistance in resolving these two discrepancies in my credit report as they are causing me undue stress. Thank you for your help in advance.

I noticed a discrepancy in the balance on my Mediacom account while checking Credit Karma. When I contacted Mediacom and the collection agency, they stated the balance was $[redacted].96, not $[redacted]. In attempting to dispute the amount, I unintentionally created a TransUnion account, further complicating things. This unintended account creation caused my credit score to drop by 30 points, undoing my recent progress. I am frustrated with this situation and wish there was a clearer way to address issues like this with Credit Karma. I am unsure why there is a difference in the amounts reported and I am eager to understand how to improve my credit score. I did not intend to sign up with TransUnion and am working diligently to rebuild my credit. I hope to resolve this matter promptly.

Credit Karma has disrupted my settlement with the US Department of Education. I did not request to consolidate my credit as I have an agreement with Reliant until January. I am knowledgeable about what steps to take to improve my credit and bounce back from this setback. I am in a difficult financial situation and cannot afford to pay off all my debts or consolidate them at this time, which is why I did not initiate the process. I am seeking assistance to rectify this error promptly. Please, I am unsure of the next course of action, and I am asking for your help in resolving this issue.

I have had a security lock on my credit information for several years due to identity theft. I am currently helping my family secure a home, but they are unable to access my credit scores for verification. I am urgently requesting to have the security lock permanently removed so that we can proceed with our plans as soon as possible, hopefully by next week. I am willing to provide any necessary information for verification purposes. Thank you for your assistance. Marsha Mefford [redacted] S. I recently received an email inquiring about the cancellation of a Firestone account. I am unsure about ever owning such an account and doubt the authenticity of the email sender. I hope to confirm if this email indeed originates from you before opening it. Thank you for your prompt response.

Hello. Recently, my credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion reflect that Midland Fund has been removed from my file. The account with a zero balance was settled on July 17, [redacted], and I have a confirmation number for verification purposes. However, Credit Karma still shows that I owe money, which is affecting my credit score negatively as it has dropped by 42 points across the bureaus. Although I have settled both collections in full and they have been deleted from my report, Credit Karma has not updated this information yet. I urgently require this update as I am in the process of finding housing, and this misinformation is hindering my progress. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

On July 27, [redacted], a representative from SolarPure Water System visited my home, and I signed up for their water purification system to be installed on July 28, [redacted]. I agreed because they mentioned it was linked to a reputable credit bureau or credit department. I thought they would handle the financing. Recently, I received a notification from Credit Karma informing me that Aqua Finance conducted a credit check. When I checked my account, I confirmed knowing about it as I had spoken with SolarPure Water. However, upon reading reviews about Aqua Finance not being associated with the Better Business Bureau and negative feedback, I do not wish to proceed with them. I am looking to protect my credit score and avoid any further involvement with Aqua Finance. As a result, I have decided not to proceed with the installation of the SolarPure Water System. Can you advise me on how to prevent any unauthorized activity on my account? Thank you.

I attempted to register for a Credit Karma account, only to realize I already had one. Despite not recalling setting it up, I later discovered my ex-husband had used his email to create the account. This is troubling as he previously misappropriated my funds and had access to my personal information. Recently, while applying for an apartment, I learned of a credit inquiry for a place I've never lived in. Today, I found out about my ex-husband setting up the Credit Karma account without my knowledge. I am uncertain if these events are related, but I am curious. I wish to update the account email to mine, reset the password, and determine the last login. Given the complexities of our divorce, I may involve the detective handling my case if he continues accessing my account. Thank you for your anticipated assistance in this matter.

I require a phone number promptly. Failure to provide it within 24 hours will lead to around [redacted] people reporting this issue on a blog. The constant impact on my credit score is frustrating. The lack of customer support is evident. All I ask for is a phone number, nothing else. Continuing to receive incorrect credit report information is unacceptable. The open disputes remain unresolved, despite claims of closure in the past. I will take legal action if my concerns are not addressed immediately.

I am concerned about identity theft issues. When I tried to register, I discovered that my ex-wife's email is linked to an account with my details. This indicates fraudulent use of my identity by her. I am in need of assistance urgently. I am a disabled individual reliant on Social Security. My name is Jimmy M Gibson, and you can reach me at [redacted]. I am awaiting your prompt response to rectify this situation.

I did not mean to re-register for another Credit Karma account! Please remove my information from your system. I would appreciate a phone call from a representative to confirm this situation. I am frustrated because I can no longer access my existing account as it does not recognize my password. Here is a snippet of the email I received: Subject: Information Regarding Your Credit Karma Account Hi Michael, You are getting this email because it appears you have re-registered for a new Credit Karma account. If this was not initiated by you, kindly get in touch with member support. Thanks, The Credit Karma Team

I recently reviewed my inquiries and found some that I did not authorize. After contacting Transunion to confirm these unauthorized inquiries on my report, I successfully requested letters of deletion from them. However, when I reached out to another company, CBC INNOVIS, they claimed to have no record of any credit inquiries from me and could not provide a deletion letter. I kindly ask Credit Karma to remove this inquiry made on August 10, [redacted], as it was not authorized by me. My name is Latosha Douglas, and you can reach me at [redacted] I would appreciate it if you could remove this inquiry promptly as I am actively working to repair my credit. Thank you!

While attempting to sign in to my account, I encountered a request for a code that was sent to [redacted]. Since I no longer have access to that number, I have previously tried to resolve this issue without success. I reached out to the old number to request the code, but unfortunately, despite opening my messages, they have not responded. I followed up with another message indicating my intention to involve the appropriate authorities, considering they possess the code yet refuse to provide it. I made it clear that my knowledge of the correct contact number confirms my ownership of the account, given the site only displays the last four digits. Despite opening this message as well, they remain unresponsive. I expressed my disappointment and concern about the potential consequences for my account.

I did not intend to use your services initially. When I signed up, I understood there would be a one-time fee of $1 deducted from my card. However, as I did not have the dollar, I canceled the request. I am puzzled why $39.95 was deducted from my card this month when it was not available last month. This absence should have signaled not to proceed with the charge. Kindly, I request a refund of my money back onto my card. Typically, companies reach out to customers via phone or email to confirm their service preferences or to update payment methods. It is disheartening that there is no option to speak to a representative directly. This lack of communication explains why assistance is challenging to obtain. If necessary, you may contact me at [redacted]. I wish to cancel once more and have my funds reimbursed. Thank you. I am sincerely disappointed. Best regards, Carman S. Walker
