I made a payment for my phone bill at 12:04 am through the Cricket app, but my phone got suspended afterwards. Even though my Cricket account shows no outstanding balance, customer service insists I make another payment to restore service. As a long-time customer, I have always been satisfied with Cricket until this incident. I am facing health challenges and rely on my phone for important medical calls. I've paid my bill, and I'm willing to settle this issue amicably to have my service reinstated. I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

Subject: Displeased with Cricket Dream Phone Performance Dear Brenda, I apologize for the delay. After receiving the replacements, I am still encountering issues with my Cricket Dream phones. They are restarting randomly, displaying the error message "AUTO REGISTRATION HAS STOP," and cutting off during calls, causing text messaging problems. I am deeply disappointed with this purchase, especially considering the $[redacted] I spent for the bundle, which is significant for me. We only had the initial set for less than a month before receiving replacements on July 22, and these new phones are presenting the same problems. Due to my husband's ongoing cancer treatment, we cannot afford additional phone expenses. The out-of-pocket costs are already a burden. The performance of the Cricket Dream phones has been subpar and frustrating. I am considering switching to another service provider in the future and will not recommend Cricket to others. Sincerely, Tonya Fuentes [redacted] [redacted] Please contact me around 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

I attempted to purchase 15 gigabytes of extra high-speed Hotspot data, but the transaction failed, just like it did yesterday. There doesn't seem to be anyone available to assist, and I am unable to cancel the transaction from my end; it must be done on your end. Waiting three days is not acceptable; it needs to be resolved immediately because I require the data now, which is why I placed the order. It is crucial for the customer service to improve. I will try again in the morning around 9:00 Eastern time; however, I will be up by 5:00 Eastern as well to double-check. I will wait until one of these times to try placing the order through a live person. This same issue occurred yesterday, and my bank confirmed there were no problems on my end. The concern lies on your end and needs to be rectified promptly. If this matter persists, I am contemplating leaving Cricket due to dissatisfaction with both the phone and customer service. The service quality has declined compared to how it used to be.

I left my phone in my sister's car, and she returned it to me on Thanksgiving. I tried to load a refill card, but it wouldn't work, and my phone only shows "emergency calls only." I contacted Cricket customer service, but I couldn't get through because my phone only allows emergency calls. I spoke to an employee at the Cricket store where I bought the phone, who claimed I lost my number due to inactivity after two months, which was not mentioned during the purchase. I was advised to call [redacted], but when I tried, it led me back to Cricket customer service. I feel frustrated and deceived by Cricket's policy, and I'm considering warning others about their practices.

Hi, I'm Robbie from Apache Junction, AZ. I recently had a problem with my phones being taken over, forcing me to change numbers and buy new phones. While getting them set up at your store by Mitse was helpful, I now can't access them due to someone else being logged in. I was told to wait seven days before returning. All I'm looking for is to regain access to my phones or get a refund. Thank you, Robert S. and Bonnie R.

After switching to Cricket in Arizona based on internet advertisements, my husband and I faced numerous issues with our phones. The initial Motorola phones broke within a month, and subsequent phones also malfunctioned. The store manager at AZ 92 was unhelpful, ultimately leading us to discover possible employee fraud. We paid in cash but were overcharged for sales tax and fees. Our phone numbers were changed without consent, causing further problems including identity theft attempts. Concerns about fraud related to employee acts were raised, including suspicions of human trafficking activities involving the phones. Customer service responses from AT&T were unsatisfactory, leading to the consideration of involving the media in highlighting these issues. We are seeking refunds and restoration of our original phone numbers to resolve the ongoing problems affecting our accounts and personal information.

I am experiencing issues with Cricket. The manager and employees are involved in fraudulent activities, using AT&T cell phones for trafficking and financial crimes. I was charged for a VoIP number, unable to work due to it not being a recognized cell number. Employees also overcharged taxes and activation fees, with double charges on my credit cards for undelivered cell phones totaling over $[redacted]. When trying to contact anyone, I encounter unhelpful employees. I suspect the CEO of Cricket may be involved in this scheme. If I do not receive a resolution by 5:00 p.m., I will escalate my complaint to the media and chambers of commerce. This situation reflects poorly on AT&T.

I am experiencing a frustrating situation with Cricket. The employees and manager have been involved in fraudulent activities, using AT&T phones for trafficking and financial crimes. Customers end up paying for numbers that turn out to be VoIP, causing issues with service and being overcharged. I was unable to work for two weeks due to my phone being labeled incorrectly. I've been wrongly taxed on activation fees and charged twice on credit cards for over $[redacted] of phones I never received. Attempts to contact the company result in rude responses from employees. If I don't receive a response by 5 p.m. today, I plan to escalate the matter to media and chambers of commerce. This mishandling of affairs is concerning and needs to be addressed promptly to avoid further consequences.

I wanted to share my experience as a loyal Cricket customer who recently moved to Delray. When I contacted the Delray Store last Saturday about my phone issue, the young lady assisting me did not provide any options other than spending $[redacted] for an upgrade. As someone with a background in engineering and tech support for companies like Comcast, I believe there should have been more cost-effective solutions for my $28 Cricket phone's battery charge port problem. The call ended abruptly without a resolution. I believe customer retention is key, and I have the skills and experience to offer better customer support. If corporate needs effective trainers, I have 30 years of experience in the industry and would like to help improve customer service. Garvin B.

Following a recent large storm approximately 2-3 weeks ago, my service has been intermittent, cutting out every 2-3 minutes. Unfortunately, I am unable to make or receive phone calls and can only communicate through messenger and text. When attempting to contact Cricket customer service, my phone will not even dial out. This disruption has been incredibly inconvenient. I have attempted troubleshooting by restarting my phone and verifying network settings, which appear to be correct based on your online help guide. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue and restore consistent service.
