I made a purchase from a local restaurant through DoorDash, and my order was supposed to be around $15. After adding taxes, fees, and a tip, the total came to just over $25, which I thought was the final amount. However, two days later, I was charged around $49 instead of the expected amount, with an email mentioning an updated tip. I am confused about why this increase occurred and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue as it has led to an overdraft in my account. Thank you for your help.

My recent order was completely mishandled the other night by a Dasher who then took my food. Despite contacting DoorDash multiple times regarding my Krystals order, I had to replace all three orders that night. Unfortunately, my daughter went to sleep hungry because DoorDash denied my case even after I provided proof. I've been assured of call backs and emails, but have not received any communication. I am seeking a refund for the entire order since none of it reached me despite sending evidence. Good morning, I updated the application and when I tried to log in, it didn’t recognize my email. I reset the password but didn't receive the code. When I went to the Gmail page, it stated, "The email does not match your personal information." Does this mean my email was hacked or stolen? In either case, I'm not receiving any information from DoorDash. How can I change my email? I am unable to access the application and therefore cannot work.

I need to speak with someone regarding my account. A DoorDash representative informed me that they received my letter explaining why I should continue working as a Dasher and said I should still be allowed due to my statement being over a year old. Checkr denied my appeal, but they do not respond when I reach out to them. I am eager to continue working with DoorDash as I have been with them for just over a month, with no issues with businesses or customers. My ratings were great and I received positive reviews from customers.

I have been in touch with Doordash customer support since July 15th and despite providing a picture as proof, I have only received a reference number with no resolution. I spent nearly $[redacted] on an order that was not delivered to me. The attached picture depicts this specific order. The driver delivered it to the incorrect address, and although the dasher mentioned contacting customer service, no action was taken. Despite attempting to retrieve the order, it had already been taken by someone else. I kindly request my credits to be refunded as I used them to pay for the order. I am a loyal customer who frequents Doordash multiple times a week and I am committed to using the credits with Doordash again. I seek assistance with this matter as I have been trying to resolve it since the 15th, facing delays and unclarity in responses.

I didn't receive my order from Two Milk Shakes. By the time I realized the delivery was made to the wrong address, the milkshakes had completely melted. I'm baffled by the refusal of my refund request, especially since the driver was unresponsive to my messages and calls regarding the correct delivery location. After searching around the neighborhood, I found my order across the street all melted. This experience has left me disappointed with the customer service. I frequently order from this company and don't believe I should be charged for milkshakes that arrived in such a disappointing condition.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Thomas. On August 5th, I ordered some Jordans. Unfortunately, my food was delivered cold and tasted awful. This is not the first time I've had issues with this place - there was a previous order that never arrived. The quality of the food was not up to my standards and I found it disgusting. I recently tried to place an order through a restaurant listed on DoorDash for Firebirds, which ended up not being deliverable to my location after being charged $55.74. I then placed another order for Applebee’s for $64.57, but it also showed an error message during processing. However, I was charged twice for the Applebee's order. I haven't received confirmation if the food will be delivered. I need assistance with this issue.

I've noticed that DoorDash recently began charging me monthly for a DashPass, despite my never signing up for it. Strangely, this charge doesn't appear on my account history, as I've used DoorDash only a handful of times in the past five years. When I reached out to Customer Support, they were unable to provide any helpful information and advised me to contact my bank. To add to the frustration, my son is experiencing the same issue. As someone on disability, I closely monitor my bank account and this unexpected charge is quite concerning. How can I resolve this situation when DoorDash denies any knowledge of the problem?

Hello, I'm having issues ordering a Doordash Direct card. Every time I try to set it up, I receive an error message (error [redacted]). Additionally, the Dasher app is prompting me to verify my ID, but when I upload a photo, I encounter another error (object.object). I ordered from McAlister’s Deli, and they arranged for DoorDash to deliver my dinner with an expected time of 5:55pm CT. It is now 6:21pm CT, and the delivery has not arrived. I spoke to the restaurant, and they suggested I reach out to DoorDash. I tried contacting the driver and left a voicemail but have not received a response. I have all the necessary order details and am waiting for a call back from the restaurant manager.

Dear Dash customer service team, I need a fair chance to work without geographical restrictions. It seems unfair that my online time is cut off just as I arrive at a hot spot. This makes it hard for me to fulfill orders efficiently. Please consider allowing me more time to go online so I can better serve customers without feeling rushed. Thank you for understanding the importance of this issue for all delivery drivers.

I have not received my refund from Doordash after they fraudulently withdrew around $[redacted] from my account, leaving me with just over $[redacted]. The money was taken when I ordered a new Dasher Direct Debit Card, which incurred a $5 fee. Despite reporting the fraudulent withdrawal and other issues to Doordash on multiple occasions, the support associates hung up on me each time I tried to address the problem and request a refund. During one call, an associate even called me a liar and refused to let me explain. I requested to speak to a different associate or a supervisor to resolve the matter, but the call was abruptly ended again. This has happened more than once, and I have had no success in resolving this issue with Doordash's customer service.

I ordered from DoorDash recently and had enough funds available for the $[redacted] order. However, after the order processed, the money was held in pending status, making it unavailable for me to spend but still showing in my account balance. Two days later, the funds were debited again from my available balance, causing an overdraft. I have screenshots documenting this issue, as it has happened every time I use this service. I am concerned about being charged twice for the same order and want to understand why this is happening. I have evidence of the pre-order balance, post-order balance, and the subsequent double charge. This recurring problem needs to be addressed and resolved promptly.

I had a payment issue with PayPal, and despite explaining the situation multiple times to DoorDash over three days, they failed to understand or address the problem. They kept insisting on sending an email which I never received, and did not consider the evidence I provided from my conversations with PayPal. The customer service agents from both companies seemed uninterested in resolving the matter, leaving me frustrated and angry. Their dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to help is unacceptable. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, and I hope improvements are made to prevent others from experiencing the same frustration in the future.

I'm unsure where I made a mistake, but my account has been blocked for days without any resolution. This situation is causing severe financial stress as I rely on this income to overcome my current struggles. I am overwhelmed with upcoming bills and the urgency to access my account. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received any helpful responses or timelines for resolution. I am at a loss as to why my account remains blocked and feel helpless in this situation. You can view all deliveries under review in the Earnings tab. For security reasons, we hold earnings for deliveries until the review is completed. Your account has been deactivated. Why your account was deactivated: We identified suspicious or unusual activity that violated our Platform Access Policy. What happens next: You will no longer have access to any section of your Dasher account. Any pending earnings from completed and legitimate deliveries will be transferred to your bank account. However, you will not receive payment for deliveries, or part of deliveries, related to illicit activities or platform abuse, as outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement and Platform Access Policy. This is what happened to me, and now I can't log in to the account.

I am DoorDash driver, Walter T. I delivered an order to Matthew T., but accidentally drank their Sundrop. I contacted customer service to apologize and requested the cost of the Cust. Sundrop from By Pass Deli be refunded to the customer and deducted from my account.
