I need to cancel my subscription and request a refund for the charge. I tried to contact you by phone but couldn't find a number. I had login issues and couldn't determine whether it was the username or password causing trouble. Once that was resolved, I found the pictures too faded to be useful. This has been quite frustrating, and I am not satisfied with my experience. Kindly cancel my subscription and issue a refund. Capital One has not seen the charge yet, but if it appears, I will dispute it.

I would like to cancel my premium subscription. I have not had any contact with matches and the matches I receive are out of my age and educational range. My profile specifies age 62-69 and a preference for someone with at least a bachelor's degree, but I have been receiving matches up to 78 years old and some with lower education levels. I am disappointed and request a full refund for the remaining subscription period. Also, I tried calling your phone number and waited for an hour without anyone answering. Please process the refund to my Prime Visa ending in [redacted] expiring on 11/26. The card used for the purchase no longer exists. Thank you. - Karen W.

Hello, I have attempted multiple times using my iPhone to stop the automatic renewal of my service. I was informed of a one-year "automatic" renewal through email yesterday for next December. I want to make it clear that I am opting out of renewing my premium membership. Receiving such a notice a day before the renewal date is unreasonable. I should have been informed at least a month earlier. I am displeased with this dating site on all fronts. Receiving this notice after the reactivation date is unsatisfactory. I request an immediate cancellation of my premium membership with no complications. Despite following the necessary steps on my iPhone, I am still being listed for auto-renewal. Please refrain from charging my credit card; otherwise, I will cancel it, dispute the charges through my bank, and leave negative feedback online. Making the cancellation process so challenging feels like a scam. The dating site has been fraught with fraudulent profiles, and I wish to discontinue my subscription. Kindly facilitate an easy cancellation for me. I reiterate my request to not renew my membership. Any upcoming charges will be contested through my bank, and I will be successful. I anticipate a quick response confirming the cessation of future charges on my account and the termination of my membership.

The matches provided do not align with my preferences, casting doubt on your service. Your approach of offering a free service but then requiring banking details and charging immediately for a prolonged period is unacceptable. I would like to cancel all my subscriptions with Elitesingles that were erroneously charged on 04/05/[redacted] by R. Arnott using Mastercard ending in [redacted]. I find the service overwhelming (Elite Singles) and would like to cancel as soon as possible. The number of women and smiles is too much for me to handle. It has also exposed me to scams. Although I acknowledge that you have made attempts to identify questionable contacts, my own misjudgments have exacerbated the issue. I was recently contacted by a woman who claimed to be an Officer in the US Army serving in Syria on a peacekeeping mission. From the start, I was suspicious and a brief internet search yielded no results. I plan to contact the Pentagon on Monday. Her name and email are Jody Disiderio, email Jody [redacted] I obtained her email from someone on your system who recommended her as a wonderful woman to contact. She is described as Irish-Russian, a good storyteller with more charm than substance, and has shared pictures in her Major's uniform. After trying out a free trial and upgrading to a premium package, I encountered issues with the dating app. Despite promises of quality matches in my area, many profiles disappeared, leaving only a few eligible singles from Chicago. Some profiles even featured the same person with different ages, clearly deceptive. Most users were located far beyond the 50-mile filter restriction, unlike competitor sites allowing tighter distance preferences. Upon closer inspection after downloading the app, the number of potential matches decreased, and I received messages from scammers. I captured evidence of these problems with screenshots. Overall, this platform fell short of expectations, offering a subpar experience not worth the investment of time or money.

I am not happy with the quality of the profiles I am receiving. Most do not meet my standards of appearance and self-care. I prefer individuals who are visually appealing and are at least 5'10 tall, aged between 40-48. I am seeking better matches that align with my preferences. I have a specific criteria in mind and am looking for someone who will genuinely care for me, as opposed to past experiences where I felt taken advantage of. I had unfortunate encounters with online fraud, losing a significant amount to impersonators who claimed to be Leonardo DiCaprio. This has made me wary of online romance scams. After spending two weeks here, it's clear to me that this is a scam. I'm quite upset. I've never had to use a complaint department before, and now I've had to do so three times on this platform. It's essential to put an end to this fraudulent activity. Every person I've interacted with here seems fake. I'm questioning if this is a criminal scheme. I hope a genuine individual from a location much closer to East Alabama contacts me soon. The responses I've received appear automated, as they quickly ask more questions without missing a beat, even when I purposely send absurd messages. This situation needs to be resolved immediately, or I demand a refund.

I received multiple identical emails from different members mentioning someone named Jody, which appears suspicious. Despite being 82 years old, I am receiving messages from women in their 20s, 30s, 40s from various locations, which does not align with my preferences. Some messages even mention a person claiming to be a Lt General in Syria named Jody. Additionally, there are multiple requests for contact from a member called Barbara regarding the same individual. I no longer trust the authenticity of the site, as the responses seem to be from individuals seeking a sugar daddy, not as advertised.
