I've had a Facebook account for about 2 years, starting in the spring of [redacted], in Darien, GA. The account belongs to me, Heyward Chance Browning. However, I am unsure how it is logged - as Chance Browning, Heyward C Browning, or Heyward Chance Browning. My profile picture shows me in a white t-shirt driving, with Georgia Pacific/OPI listed as my employer. Around 4 to 6 months ago, my friends list had about [redacted] people. Recently, I have been unable to access my Facebook or Messenger accounts that go with it. I desperately need to recover my account because it contains conversations, pictures, and memories of my high school sweetheart, the mother of our child, and my wife of 15 years, who passed away unexpectedly 15 months ago. I received a notification on April 16th at 4:38 am that stated someone had accessed my account from Daly City, CA, while I reside in Phoenix, Arizona. This led to being locked out of my account. Although I managed to update the password, I am now prompted to generate a code, which I cannot do as access to my account is unavailable. The lockout affects both my phone and desktop. Despite using the same browser as always, it claims I need a code due to a new browser, which is inaccurate. I have attempted uploading my personal ID photo in other support sections for FB, but have not found success. I seek assistance to resolve this matter promptly and regain access to my account. Recently, I decided to start selling my T-Shirts and created a page to share them by running some ads. After setting up my first ad to run for 5 days, my ad account got disabled due to unusual activity. Now, when I try to "boost" a post, I get a message stating my ad account is disabled and that ads have been paused. Despite multiple attempts to request a review, the message says I don't have an ad account. As a beginner in using ads, I believe I might have made a mistake initially. Hello, I faced an issue with my Facebook account on 16.04.[redacted] while posting in groups. Facebook unexpectedly blocked my account and prompted me to enter a code sent to my phone, which I never received. Despite confirming the account with a 6-digit code via email, I was redirected to a Security Check that required a phone code which also didn't arrive. Despite multiple attempts to resend the code, I never received it. I've verified my account multiple times, even sending photo documents. Hello. I am Noemi Durè. I have been having trouble accessing Facebook on my PC because I forgot my password. I normally use the mobile app where I am automatically logged in. Unfortunately, I have been unable to log in on my PC for months now. I am unable to change my password as well. My Facebook account is linked to my old email address, [redacted], which I no longer have access to. Hello. I recently tried to log into Facebook from my new phone and laptop. When prompted to change my password, I did so. However, I received a message saying my account may be disabled if I am deemed underage and that it doesn't comply with the Terms of Service. The message mentioned my account could be deleted in 30 days. I am unable to log in now. I am unsure if my account was linked to a different email as I have been less active on FB. I recently experienced a hateful incident targeting a person with disabilities which led to police involvement against the perpetrator. Unfortunately, the individual reported me on Facebook prior to my report, resulting in a 30-day ban. This is the third instance of someone mistreating me and then reporting me unjustly. Currently, I find myself in a situation where my business, music band, and campaign page for standing as an MP in Scotland are all restricted. My legal representation views Facebook's actions as hindering a fair election campaign and suggests pursuing legal action against the platform. Communication with Facebook is restricted at the moment, which complicates the resolution process further.

Hello. I am dealing with an issue regarding my housemate gaining access to my Facebook email and password. I mistakenly disposed of my old diary, where I had noted this information, without tearing out the last two pages containing my login details. Upon realizing this, I searched in the bin and found the diary missing those pages. Upon checking my Facebook, I noticed someone had logged in using an iPhone, which led me to suspect my housemate. I am concerned about a security issue with my accounts. Someone named Anthony Morrison has hacked both my original account under the name Edward G. Robinson ([redacted]) and a secondary account I created under the name Edward daMonstah Robinson on April 5, [redacted]. When trying to reset my password, the reset codes are being sent to a fake email address that is not associated with me, preventing me from regaining access to my accounts. Despite reaching out for help, I have not received assistance for two weeks, except from my friend Trina Henderson in Atlanta. Recently, Facebook informed me that the individual on my page is not impersonating me, which is confusing considering the unauthorized email change and password reset issue. I suspect Anthony Morrison is behind this as I have had conversations with him where he demanded money to relinquish control of my account. My name is Mitch Carlisle. My account was hacked a week ago, and I have been trying everything to regain access. The hacker removed my phone number and enabled two-factor authentication, making it difficult for me to recover the account. Even after I upload my ID to Facebook for the recovery process, I cannot complete it as I am prompted for a code generator that I do not have access to anymore. The hacker's email, ending in "@hotmail.com," is still associated with my account, allowing them to see all recovery emails sent by Facebook. Hello, I am Karen Pollard. I had an account with you previously but decided to delete it due to a threatening post involving my family. The post features my granddaughter in the hospital fighting for her life. This matter is being investigated by the police, and the post was reported to you as one of the parties involved leaked the information before the investigation was completed. There is also a fraudulent GoFundMe page associated with this post containing false information such as the need for a lawyer when the father already has one. It seems like a scam to obtain money for personal gain. Additionally, the post includes threats against my daughter, prompting us to involve the police for further investigation. I received a picture from my little cousin via WhatsApp, asking me to forward it to her on Facebook Messenger for school purposes. She received the picture from a friend who couldn't send it to me on Messenger and asked me to help. Apparently, her friend had ill intentions because she was jealous of a boy who likes my cousin. Rushing at work, I forwarded the blurry picture without much thought. It turned out to be a picture of a little boy. My usual pictures on social media are of my family and children. My case number is #[redacted][redacted]. My FBMP account has been suspended at Level 3 for over a week. I was told the issue would be reviewed within a week, but I haven't heard anything yet. I listed some Tallow for Soap Making that mentioned beef, which may have caused the suspension. I've removed the item now. I have a full Business Account set up and I'm eager to run ads. On a separate matter, I was previously offered the Shipping/Buy Now option but declined. I would like to be offered it again to boost my sales. Unfortunately, the online Help and Chat options are not working, and I need assistance.
