I am having trouble accessing my business page and ad account. My personal account, linked to both, got locked by Facebook, assuming it was due to someone attempting to use it. However, there was no suspicious activity, I only had trouble with the two-step authentication. After changing my laptop, my usual Duo Mobile 2-factor authentication code was deemed invalid repeatedly. I couldn't access the Code Generator for a new code since I didn't have the Facebook app on my phone and the browser version lacked that feature. Despite sending my ID multiple times on both the app and desktop, I was instructed by Facebook to reset my password but ended up facing a block on my account that I can't resolve. The form to unblock it won't submit with no error message, leaving me stuck.

I would like to report the hacking of my Facebook page, Urchman Dan. Yesterday, someone gained unauthorized access to my account and messaged me, requesting my phone number. Unfortunately, I shared my number, thinking it was a friend who wanted to send me a birthday present. The hacker called me and obtained a verification code from my SMS, consequently locking me out of my Facebook account. I've tried several times to report the issue and created a new account, Uche Obiakor, to inform my contacts about the hacking. I would like to report a hacking incident involving my Facebook page, "Urchman Dan." Yesterday, my account was compromised, and the hacker contacted me through private messages requesting my phone number. Mistakenly thinking it was a well-wisher due to my birthday, I shared my phone number. The scammer then called me, masquerading as a friend, and tricked me into revealing a security code sent to my phone. Subsequently, I lost access to my Facebook account, "Urchman Dan," and have been unable to regain entry since then. In response, I created a new account named "Uche Obiakor" to inform my contacts about the situation. I am reaching out to request that the account "Urchman Dan" be blocked to prevent the fraudulent individual from further exploiting it. I am currently unable to access my account due to a hacking incident, preventing me from submitting a review. Despite several attempts to retrieve an SMS code for verification, I am facing continuous errors and unable to progress through Facebook's published process. The sequence of events surrounding the security breach, including notifications of removal from managed pages and subsequent disabling of my account, all occurred while I was asleep on the night of June 20, [redacted]. Upon awakening, I followed Facebook's instructions to secure my account by changing the password, which also involved receiving an SMS code for verification. Unfortunately, I encountered a loop where I couldn't input the code due to a system error, resulting in a 24-hour lockout from retrying. Additionally, there was a concerning request from Yousuf Graphics for access to my Ad Account linked to my bank accounts, which I am unable to block due to my restricted access to Facebook. Urgent assistance is required, as I am unable to resolve these security concerns independently.

Hello, I am reaching out from Nigeria, specifically Lagos. On Thursday, July 24th, I received a call from a member of a Facebook group promising to add me to another informative group, which I appreciated. However, shortly after, I received another call instructing me to accept a code sent to my phone, which I did. Unfortunately, this led to my account being hacked. On Friday the 25th, Friends and Family contacted me about posts and messages I didn't make. When I tried to access my page, it was impossible. When attempting to log in, it stated my name and email did not match any on Facebook. Later on, I could view Facebook on my phone, but I couldn't reset my password because the hacker changed my email to [redacted] from [redacted] This made accessing my account challenging. I made a payment of £[redacted] to the account of SCOTT RANDALL 04-06-05 [redacted]3 Tide Business as they promised to send the product the next day. However, I never received the item and they are now unresponsive. The interactions took place last week as shown in the attached Facebook messages between myself, Becky, and SCOTT RANDALL. Hello, I had a Facebook account that got hacked about 1.5 months ago. My account was linked to my Instagram, and I used to share posts across both platforms. The hacker has changed all my account information and passwords. I have been trying to report the compromised account, but I am unable to access it through my Gmail. The hacker keeps changing the information making it hard for me to identify the account. This was an important account for me, and I have proof that it belongs to me. On June 16, [redacted], my Facebook account was hacked, and I am unable to log in on any of my devices despite changing my password. Facebook requested a "login code," but I did not receive it via phone or email. I contacted Facebook for assistance on June 16, [redacted], providing my driver's license for verification, but have not received a response as of June 20, [redacted]. Seeking help from "Pissed Consumer" on June 20, [redacted], resolved the issue and allowed me to access my account again on June 21, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I was hacked again on June 25, [redacted]. I repeated the process of providing my driver's license for verification, but as of June 27, [redacted], I have not heard back from Facebook. I am frustrated with the slow response from Facebook and concerned about the security of my account despite using an alphanumeric password. Why am I not receiving the login code on my email or phone? My Facebook profile has been hacked. The hackers have enabled two-step authentication and logged me out, leaving me unable to regain access to my account. Despite multiple attempts to submit my ID as requested by Facebook for account recovery, each time I upload clear photos of either my UK passport or driver's license, I receive a message within 20 seconds stating that the ID does not match the information on the account. How can I successfully submit my ID to quickly recover my account?

I recently had trouble with my Facebook account. A few days ago, I found myself logged out and had to change my password. Upon logging back in, I noticed multiple house postings on the marketplace that I did not create. Consequently, my marketplace access has been banned, preventing me from viewing or posting items for sale. Despite submitting numerous complaints, I have not received a response from Facebook. Frustrated, I am considering visiting their headquarters to speak with a manager to address this issue. I attempted to seek support by calling but was unsuccessful as they no longer provide human support. I enabled 2FA for my Facebook account using Google Authenticator, but I lost my old phone with the app on it. Now, I can't access my account without the code. I've tried several methods to bypass 2FA without success. I've even watched YouTube tutorials, but nothing has helped. I hope to disable 2FA on my account so I can regain access. I have my phone number and email, but the missing Google Authenticator code is the main issue. Unfortunately, I don't have backup security codes. I'm feeling frustrated and unable to recover the app. Life feels challenging right now. I've contacted Facebook by submitting a form and providing my ID. It's my first day without access to Facebook or Messenger. Facebook acknowledged receiving my request, but I'm unsure if they will resolve it within the promised 48 hours. My Facebook account was temporarily restricted for three days. I understand why this happened, but if the context of the conversation was fully reviewed, the decision may have been different. On a post by my mom, my sister-in-law predicted that I would be in labor for over 24 hours. In response, I jokingly said, “do not make me be in labor longer than 24 hours” and added “I’ll fight you.” It was meant in jest, but unfortunately, I am now unable to post about the birth of my son. This is devastating for me, especially as I have gestational hypertension and need to remain calm. I wish Facebook could lift the restriction sooner so I can update my friends about my son’s birth. Everyone has been following my pregnancy journey, especially because of my health issues, including a recent diagnosis of a brain aneurysm. It's frustrating not being able to keep them informed about our well-being.
