Shortly after it happened, I received an email notifying me of the password change that took place on Friday, November 27, [redacted], at 5:00 AM (EST). I was locked out of my Facebook due to reported scam activity. After providing my Florida ID, which matched the required information, I received a link via email. However, when I clicked on it, nothing happened. I am now looking to speak with a live representative since the issue has been resolved. I was not the one involved in the scam; it was someone who hacked my friend's account, leading to the misunderstanding.

One of my friends messaged me about winning a prize in a drawing and shared a link to claim it. Without realizing it was a scam, I followed the instructions. The person, claiming to be an agent, asked for my details to verify my identity and then requested payment, revealing the fraudulent nature. I did not provide any credit card information, but they obtained personal information like my name, age, date of birth, email address, mother's name, birthplace, and even my Facebook password. Concerned, the page abruptly closed, hinting at suspicious activity. I'm now locked out until I reactivate my phone and worry they may access other data. Unsure of the extent of the breach, I'm hesitant to use this computer for transactions or online activities, despite not sharing my email password. As a Sri Lankan, I opened three Facebook accounts back in [redacted]; however, I no longer use any of them. I have been unable to access these accounts for quite some time as I do not recall the usernames or passwords. To prove my ownership, I can provide my driver's license. I have two business manager accounts that have been inactive for over two years. I had turned off all ad-sets when I stopped advertising, and now that I am trying to use them again for a new business, I found out that both accounts are disabled, with a final decision made. I received a notification in one account that the verification process failed, and I am unable to confirm my identity in the settings. I suspect my accounts may have been compromised, as I did not violate any policies. My ads were running smoothly before I paused them manually due to lack of profitability. I urgently need to reinstate these ad accounts, but I am unable to request a review, chat on Messenger, or contact support via email. I am not receiving the 6-digit code from Facebook to my email. I confirmed my email by creating another account, and I received the code on a different email address. I can't access my account because it does not accept the password. I am concerned about possible hacking, but my friends report no suspicious activity on my account. Why am I not receiving the code from Facebook on my email?

My Facebook version is outdated, making it challenging to follow instructions on creating Facebook pages. The interface is so different that the guidance provided does not align with what I can see. I have attempted to find the option "switch to the latest Facebook version" under the account tab near notifications but it is not available. It seems others are facing similar issues without receiving any solutions. Unfortunately, I do not have the version number for my Facebook page, although I can see a section for the "author" picture when creating a new page in the middle of the screen. How can I update to a newer version while retaining my current Facebook friends? I aim to access the latest Facebook version, ideally the [redacted] version.

My Instagram account, @alexbowe, has been disabled repeatedly. Despite following all the recovery steps, it keeps getting disabled shortly after, even without any violations. I have tried everything, but I can't seem to regain access. I would like to request my data under CCPA and have my old username deleted to potentially recover my account. I believe my Facebook account was hacked 5 days ago while I was asleep. Upon waking up, I found several emails from Facebook warning of malicious content posted on my page and messenger, resulting in my account being disabled pending a review. The issue I'm facing is that my personal Facebook page is linked to my Instagram account, where I operate my business. Unfortunately, Instagram has also been disabled, hindering my ability to conduct business. Despite numerous attempts following online advice and Facebook's help suggestions, I am unable to regain access. I receive SMS codes and emails with codes, but they all direct me back to logging in via my phone for the code generator, which is impossible since I cannot log in. I've tried to submit my ID multiple times via webcam, using both my driver's license and passport, yet they were rejected, despite being valid forms of ID as per Facebook's guidelines. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I am currently locked out of my account without any prior actions on my end. According to the email notification, my account was accessed by someone with an IP address [redacted].58.[redacted].[redacted] using a T-Mobile device at 2:50 am, and allegedly posted inappropriate content. However, I strictly share positive and inspiring content. I have attempted to recover my account and requested a review, but I am unable to proceed. The message indicates I am locked out for 72 hours. I tried accessing it from my boyfriend's computer only to find out I am locked out for 30 days. Restoring access to my Facebook account is crucial as it is the means through which I stay connected with my son who is serving in the military.
