I need assistance with my account. It seems someone hacked it and changed the primary email, preventing me from knowing when the password was altered. Despite logging out of all devices, I couldn't log back in as the hacker already changed my password. When I tried to reset it in a hurry, I might have entered the wrong one. I need help changing the primary email back and regaining access to my account since the hacker also removed my device from the recognized list.

I am reaching out regarding my daughter, Kylie Cincar, being locked out of her Facebook account. She was using Facebook when it was hacked, resulting in her being locked out. I received notifications last Saturday about my account being accessed from Georgia and New York, prompting me to change my password immediately. Subsequently, I was informed that I violated community standards, which is confusing to me as I am a 57-year-old mom and schoolteacher who primarily shares about my children and pet dog. I suspect my account might have been hacked, as now it has been disabled following a review, with no option for appeal. I have experienced immense distress due to a misleading picture posted of me on Facebook, triggering false accusations and online harassment that resulted in my decision to resign from my job at a high school. The image, which suggested an inappropriate idea, was a result of the way my clothes were positioned on my body due to my obesity. Despite the misconception in the photo, my stature physically disproves the claims being made. Although the school authorities are understanding and supportive of me, I have chosen to step down in an attempt to alleviate the situation. I am seeking for the pictures to be removed from Facebook so that I can try to move forward from this challenging ordeal.

I was preparing to go to church on Sunday, September 25 when I received a notification about someone trying to change my password from the +84 area code. I immediately clarified that it wasn't me trying to make those changes. Following Facebook's advice, I attempted to secure my account by changing my password, but then I received another notification about someone in Taiwan trying to alter my password. Despite changing my password again, Facebook informed me that my account was shut down due to alleged violations of their terms, specifically mentioning child pornography. I've had this account since [redacted] and have always abided by their rules without any issues until now. Losing access to my personal page that connects me with family and friends across the United States has been highly distressing. Additionally, this has affected my professional page Gayle Sanders Hair, my rescue pup Bella the Little BMW's page, and my Instagram accounts. The situation is causing me stress and headaches as I've lost important memories and connections stored on Facebook. I am frustrated by Facebook's actions of accusing me without considering my side of the story and penalizing me unfairly. I am desperate to regain access to my original page and the attempted second page.

Our public library's Facebook account has been disabled, making it impossible to log in through the head librarian's personal Facebook. We missed the 30-day window to request a review for reactivation since we didn't receive any prior notification of the account being disabled. Efforts to contact Facebook via email and phone were unsuccessful as both the email and phone numbers we found were not operational. We are unable to send a review for reactivation now due to exceeding the 30-day limit. We also explored downloading the page for transfer but couldn't locate instructions for the upload process. Live chat support was not found. Our main goal is to connect our Goodreads account to our Facebook page, which is still accessible but limited to posting. The ability to link new apps or log in from a different device is restricted. Any advice or alternate contact information would be greatly appreciated to resolve this issue and potentially transfer our page content to a new one.

I believe my account has been compromised. A few weeks ago, I received a strange notification about an Ad being reviewed and approved, which I did not post. Immediately, I changed my password and logged out. Now, I am facing issues logging back in as my two-factor authentication using DUO Mobile was disabled during the logout. To re-enable DUO, I need to log into my Facebook account, but I can't access it. Despite providing proof of identity such as my voter ID card and driver's license multiple times, I received only one response stating the voter ID was not sufficient. This morning, a friend informed me that they are receiving Messenger requests involving scams like offers of $[redacted],[redacted], which seems like a Nigerian prince scam. This situation has been very frustrating, and I am contemplating deleting the app as I am starting to get used to not using Facebook.

My personal Facebook and Instagram accounts, with several businesses linked, were hacked. I encountered vile, explicit images on my screen, leading to my account being disabled for allegedly violating community guidelines. I have always followed the rules and believe this was the work of a hacker. Facebook requested verification, which I complied with, but I am now stuck at the stage where they ask for my ID. Despite trying daily for a week to upload it, I keep receiving the message: "We Can’t Review the Decision to Disable Your Account." Facebook cites limited reviewers due to the pandemic. This situation leaves me helpless. I am upset by the content posted and urgently need access to my accounts. Social media is my livelihood, and Meta's handling of this is unjust.

On 29/09/22, my mobile phone and all my cards were stolen on the tram in Stockholm, Sweden. I am now unable to access my Facebook account on my new mobile phone and office device as the login process requires a pin code that is sent to my old phone number. This has also affected my access to various applications I paid for, as they are linked to my Facebook account. Although I tried verifying my identity by uploading my passport, the process is taking too long. I urgently need to resolve this issue as I cannot contact my family and friends in Thailand. My new sim card is on its way, but I am uncertain if it will have the same number as before. I have emailed my service provider for clarification but have not received a response yet. Resolving the Facebook login issue is a priority for me.

My account was unfairly restricted due to the actions and statements of others that went unpunished. This discriminatory bias will not be tolerated. I provided truthful information, but it seems like the platform selectively censors the truth. I plan to seek legal counsel and will submit evidence of others engaging in similar behaviors without repercussions. As a Native American, I will not be silenced. I demand that my freedom of speech be respected or that identical actions be addressed equally among all users. At this point, I am disengaging from these games.

Hello, I was surprised that my personal account was suspended on 09/26/22. I requested a review by providing my email address, name, and an ID, which resulted in the deactivation of my account by Facebook 24 hours later. Despite my efforts to appeal, I have no way to recover my Facebook account. Each time, my requests are unanswered due to a lack of reviewers because of Covid, or the response is "your account is deactivated". I changed the main email of my account about 2 weeks ago. The email linked to my Facebook account was also temporarily blocked by my provider for security reasons, but that has been resolved. I suspect my Facebook account might have been hacked. The issue might be that I mistakenly provided a different email address in the initial appeal, which belongs to me as well, instead of the actual email linked to my account. I have been experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account since September 26. Despite multiple attempts, including submitting my Driver's License as requested, I have not received assistance. After switching to a new phone on September 26, I can no longer log in to Facebook on the new device, even though my old phone still works. I have tried various passwords and the Forgot Password option to no avail. Although I receive passcodes via mobile and email, I cannot proceed as the authentication code from the Authy app is deemed invalid. Urgently, I need access on my new phone to transfer data before returning the old phone for a credit. While at the Las Vegas airport, someone hacked my Facebook account. I filled out all the necessary information to prove my identity when I tried to recover it. Unfortunately, the password had been changed by the hacker, so the system didn't recognize it. Even my phone number linked to the account wasn't being recognized. I tried approving comments on others' posts, but that was denied. When I selected friends for them to contact, no emails were sent. This all occurred last Friday, 9/30/[redacted]. Now, Facebook claims they cannot look into it due to a guideline violation, which I did not commit. My account has been disabled, and there seems to be no way to restore it. As a stay-at-home mom, I really wish to retrieve the precious memories of my girls' childhood.

When I try to log into Facebook, I am redirected to a page stating that my account has been locked due to unusual activity. The message indicates that someone may have accessed my account without my knowledge. The account has been locked since May 26, [redacted], and the profile picture displayed is outdated. I am prompted to follow steps to unlock my account. After clicking "Get started," I am taken to a reset code page that sends the code to an old email address I no longer have access to. There are no alternative options provided. I can still access Facebook on my phone, but encounter this issue when trying to create an event on my page.
