I am having an issue with my Facebook business account, The Alpha Men Shop, connected to my personal account, Jay Monarch. I am unable to promote ads, create a business manager, or add payment information. In [redacted], I sent money via Messenger to my aunt, but her bank account was inactive. Facebook informed me that my payment was disabled because I had reported unauthorized purchases to my bank, although it was a mistaken money transfer and not a purchase. Despite explaining this to Facebook support, my account remains unresolved. I need assistance to rectify this situation without false accusations.

My Facebook Marketplace account is currently being reviewed, and I suspect it's due to someone who found my lost phone using it to sell a counterfeit iPhone. I lost my unsecured phone, allowing them to access my Facebook account, change my name from Max to Felix, and post fake listings. Fortunately, Apple Support assisted me in locating my phone through the Find My Phone feature, and I recovered it from a gas station restroom. However, upon logging back into my Facebook Marketplace, I discovered it's under review. I kindly request not to be banned and would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

Dear Facebook team, I recently discovered that my account has been disabled as a security measure due to potential unauthorized access following a recent malware infection on my PC. I have attempted to recover my account using the provided steps, but have been unsuccessful as I am not receiving the 6-digit code on my phone. Despite trying to log in from different devices and submitting photos of my ID and passport, I have not received a response in over 7 hours. I was temporarily blocked from posting for 24 hours and was informed that I had violated community standards twice. I have thoroughly reviewed all the rules and respectfully disagree with the decisions made in both cases. While I can acknowledge one instance where a violation may have occurred, the other situation was in response to a post by Vice News, not an original post of mine. Even after being blocked, I continued to see the Vice News post in my feed, which further confused me. I would like the team overseeing these standards to consider the subjective nature of their selections for violations. It appears that what is deemed a violation can vary, as there are posts on Facebook that clearly breach standards yet remain visible. The automated notifications of potential violations offer no opportunity for discussion or resolution, leaving all decisions to your discretion. I have reservations about whether my message will reach a real person for consideration.

Hello, I have recently listed our products on Shopify and would like to start selling them on Instagram. To do this, I created a Facebook account but have encountered an issue with certain products not being allowed to be sold due to the promotion of adult-related items. Specifically, our men's beard oils and balms are being flagged, even though they are not adult products. I am unsure why some products were approved while others with similar scents were not. I am having difficulties with the code verification process. It is requesting me to contact friends for a code, but I am unable to do so as I do not have their phone numbers. Additionally, selecting a name to match a friend's picture is challenging because I have reached the maximum limit of friends on the platform. It would be helpful if the system could display pictures of people I am tagged with or those listed under family, as they are more likely to be individuals I am familiar with.

Hello, my name is Tashon Johnson. I used to have an old Facebook account named "Youngin Finesse" that I haven't accessed in 3-4 years. I recently recovered the password after many failed attempts but now the account is locked due to my multiple login tries. My Facebook account ([redacted]) was deactivated after posting a picture of my toddlers playing in the mud, leading to a three-day block. Following a second review, Facebook apologized for their mistake, reinstated the photo, and lifted the block. However, the next day, my account was deactivated again. I'm unable to recover the verification code sent to my old phone from four years ago and can't access the associated email due to my ex-husband changing the password. Despite this, I managed to answer my security question. I am desperate to regain access to my account as my overseas family relies on Facebook to see photos of my kids. Despite multiple appeals, I am still struggling. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received a notification about a suspicious log-in to my account. I didn't recognize the browser, so I changed my password. Now, my current password is not working, even though I still have access on my phone. Although I have Two-factor authentication, I didn't receive an SMS for the log-in. I want to reset my password using my confirmed phone number, but my only option is to receive a code via an old email I can't access. I also tried Trusted Contact codes, but got an error. I'm wondering how long I should wait before trying again with Trusted Contact and why I can't get a verification code via SMS like others. Is there a way I can receive the code on my phone now?

I am reaching out regarding my sister's account, Juliet Akech Ameny, that we are trying to recover. This morning, we submitted her ID for verification and my contact email, [redacted], for further communication during the process. It appears that my late cousin's wife, Sarah Namigade, may have accessed the account and changed the password, blocking our access. To address this situation, we managed to have a verification code sent to [redacted] Unfortunately, additional verification was needed, but the listed contacts were unavailable. We proceeded with the ID verification option, but have not yet received any response from Facebook at my email address, [redacted] The login attempts originated from Kampala, Uganda, where my sister resides, and Vancouver, BC, where I am currently located. On January 1st, my other account was disabled or locked out, and I am very upset. I have been unable to access it for almost 2 years now. I have tried multiple times to regain access but have given up. However, I would still like to retrieve my personal photos and other items from this account. The account was disabled after a disagreement with a buyer on a laptop sale who I believe reported me for spam or verbal abuse out of spite. The account email is [redacted] I have been informed by my friends that the hold should have been for 30 days, but it seems to have lasted forever. I believe my account was hacked as I am unable to log in, and it shows the password was changed recently. Unfortunately, I forgot my email address as well. I have submitted my ID to Facebook but have not been able to recover it. I can still access my Instagram, which shares the same email. I am concerned about the unauthorized access to my Facebook account. I am willing to shut down the account if I cannot regain access. I request that Facebook provides me with additional verification details to regain access. Alternatively, I propose verifying my identity through Instagram. If not possible, I urge Facebook to permanently delete my account to ensure my security. I await a prompt response from Facebook.

I am facing an issue with my Facebook account. It got hacked, and despite deactivating it, someone is using it to send chats to my friends. I attempted to log in to investigate, but I couldn't access my account. Even after multiple attempts, I still can't log in. Hello, I am facing a frustrating situation with Facebook. My account under the email [redacted] has been inexplicably blocked without any notification from Facebook. When I tried to create an Instagram account today, I was told the email address is already in use, but I couldn't recover the password. My Facebook account was always open on my phone, but a couple of months ago, it was disabled out of the blue, along with my sister's account. I've tried creating new accounts, but they keep getting disabled. Oddly enough, when I used a username other than my real name, the account worked – until yesterday when I changed it to my real name and started adding friends, then it was disabled. My original account was [redacted], and I'm hoping it can be restored.

My Facebook account was hacked, and I am unable to reset my password as I am not receiving the reset number string in my email ([redacted]). Despite numerous attempts, the issue persists. This problem coincided with your recent changes to the website's format and appearance. I also started receiving emails about suspicious logins from foreign locations, which I did not perform. Good evening, I have been trying multiple times to resolve an issue with my Facebook account. I recently detailed that I cannot access my account. Although I have the correct email and password, I am not prompted to answer a security question for verification; the option seems to be skipped. I just received an email indicating my account was unlocked, but the problem persists. I am an Australian living in Japan. I utilized my Facebook account in Japan around three years ago but ceased using it since then.
