A friend from Alabama recently mailed me a package in Mexico that was inspected by a FedEx employee in Alabama. They confirmed that the contents, including coffee, shampoo, and salt, have not posed any issues previously. Surprisingly, Mexico's customs department contacted my friend in Alabama, requesting payment for returning these items. Despite her refusal, the items were sent back to her. Now, the FedEx employee is requesting $91 from my friend for the return shipping, but they are unsure of the reason for the return.

As a sprightly 73-year-old woman recovering from recent hip surgery, I've encountered issues with FedEx deliveries to my 2nd-floor condo unit. Despite being a resident for 16 years, the last 4 or 5 packages have not been taken to my front door, which is causing me distress. Unlike FedEx, UPS has consistently delivered my packages directly to my door. In one instance, a FedEx employee left a small rug on the sidewalk of my building without bringing it inside, fortunately, a kind neighbor assisted in bringing it to my apartment. I'm seeking advice on how to address this ongoing problem with FedEx and would appreciate any guidance on contacting the appropriate supervisor.

I am currently awaiting a delivery scheduled for November 27th. An email informed me that there was a delay due to an incorrect delivery address. The provided address is accurate; however, it is important to note that the entrance to unit1 is located on the side of the building through a small lane. Upon arriving at the postal address l5b1h2, one must enter the lane, and unit1 is the last door on the right. The vendor can deliver to this location as described. Alternatively, if this complicates matters, the delivery can be redirected to my workplace in Burlington. Kindly confirm the most convenient option for you.

I regularly receive deliveries from Chewy every 5 weeks. Each package consists of multiple cases of food and a 35-pound bag of litter. Despite the shipping label instructing to leave the packages downstairs in the garage, the drivers consistently bring them up 2 flights of stairs to my front door. Unfortunately, the boxes are too large and heavy for me to manage, so I have to unpack them and transport the items downstairs, requiring multiple trips. The litter specifically needs to remain in the shipping box and be carefully carried down the steps. I have previously contacted the company about this matter. I kindly request that the drivers adhere to the instructions on the shipping label and deliver the boxes to my garage door as indicated.

I found a FedEx door tag in our mailbox with tracking number DT7[redacted] [redacted]. When checking the FedEx system, it indicates that the tag is not in the system. I am unsure if FedEx attempted to deliver a package to our residence either yesterday or today. We receive numerous packages weekly from various carriers, making it hard to identify which FedEx shipment it might be. Unfortunately, the door tag does not provide enough information for us to determine the package it refers to without FedEx's assistance. Since the tag implies an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we need assistance in resolving this matter to ensure we receive the package. Thank you for your help. - J.R.

I am experiencing issues with consecutive shipments of the same item from the same shipper. The first shipment was delayed for over two weeks after reaching the warehouse, and now the second one has also stalled without a delivery date. It is frustrating to have to reorder the item only to encounter the same problem at the FedEx warehouse. The item is large and heavy, so how is it possible for it to go missing? I am disappointed to report that this issue has not been resolved despite being advised to be patient.

I received a fraudulent check through FedEx and need help tracking it. I was promised a job and sent a check to use for work. After depositing the check, my bank closed my account, stating it was altered. I want to find out the address from where the check was sent via FedEx to report it to the police. This is urgent, and I appreciate any assistance as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have had issues with FedEx claiming delivery attempts with my package. The first time, the driver left before I could reach the door, and the second time, there was no buzz or call even though they said they attempted delivery. I instructed them to leave it at the nearest FedEx location at [redacted] Eglinton Ave E, but instead, it was left at [redacted] Commissioners Street, which is very inconvenient for me. I am unable to pick it up there, and I require my package to be delivered to the specified address. FedEx seems to struggle with following straightforward instructions.

We were expecting an important express package at our company in Glen Rock, NJ on the third floor. However, when tracking the package on the FedEx website, it only showed that it was on the truck since 10:45am (12/1/20) all day without further updates. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, we were unable to speak with a representative. Upon checking the website at 6:45pm (12/1/20), it claimed the package had been delivered at 6:20pm (12/1/20). Curiously, the package was left in the first-floor lobby near the front entrance, rather than being delivered to the third floor where we were waiting. We were never notified of the delivery, and the package was left on the wrong floor altogether. We kindly request a review of this matter. Thank you and have a great day!

I received a call from FedEx a few minutes ago about a scheduled delivery. The street name on the package doesn’t exist, and they want me to return the call to confirm the correct address. Your automated system connects me to customer support, but won't allow me to verify the address as I am not the shipper. Despite trying to reach customer support, the system ends the call abruptly! The tracking number is [redacted]57, with the incorrect address listed as [redacted] W OINE instead of [redacted] W PINE. - L.B.

The package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]11 has not been received at my address. I was informed via email on 11/28/20 that the package was delivered, but it was not. This is not the first time I have experienced delivery issues with Fed Ex. In the past, two separate packages from different companies were mistakenly delivered to an address two blocks away and I was notified of their delivery. Fortunately, the recipient at that address kindly brought the packages to me. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I paid $75 for an overnight delivery package from Denver, CO to California with tracking number [redacted]21. It was supposed to be delivered by 8 pm on Tuesday, but there was no delivery attempt. The status showed "business is closed," which is not true. I called FedEx three times, and they assured me it would be delivered by 8 pm, but it never made it on the delivery truck. They updated the status to "business is closed" by 9 pm. I called again at 6 am today, and they promised delivery, but the package is still not on the truck. I am worried I won't receive it today, and I am desperate as it's a birthday gift for yesterday. Fedex keeps missing or ignoring my package, and I need it urgently.

Tracking ID # [redacted][redacted]06. I checked the website and it shows a delivery attempt was made at 5:52 pm after your business hours on a Friday. Your tracking information mentions that the barcode was damaged and replaced but no further delivery attempts have been made. The automated service directed you to contact the local post office, but they have no record of your tracking number. It seems the package might still be at the Rogers, MN hub. You're wondering if it can be located there and if you can pick it up personally since you're within 10 miles. If it's not at the hub, you'd like a redelivery scheduled for Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm. Today, a FedEx delivery person entered my apartment building without wearing a mask. When asked to wear one, she became confrontational. She then refused to deliver the packages due to the mask request. I believe she should be reminded to wear a mask during all deliveries. The incident occurred at [redacted] Lincoln Place, Brooklyn NY [redacted] around 12:30 pm. I tried to report this on the website but a tracking number is required, which I don't have for this delivery. Any assistance is welcome.

I received five out of six cartons today that were supposed to be delivered. I am trying to contact FedEx customer service but I am unable to proceed without a door tag or tracking number. The automated system requires one of these to speak with a representative. I believe the missing item might still be on the truck. I am eager to reach out to FedEx promptly to resolve this issue. As a manager of Patriots Way Apartments, I've noticed that the FedEx delivery driver often leaves packages outside the office door instead of delivering them to each apartment, as I've requested. The correct procedure is for packages addressed to [redacted] Coastal Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC [redacted], to be delivered to each individual apartment promptly.

I am concerned about a FedEx delivery (tracking number [redacted]10) scheduled for yesterday, Dec 2, from Long Beach to Gilroy that did not arrive. Despite assurances from FedEx that it would be here by noon today, Dec 3, the package is still stuck in their San Jose facility. This delay is causing significant disruption to our services, especially since the items are medical devices with time-sensitive needs. We will now have to reschedule once again, leading to further conflicts with our other appointments. It would have been helpful to know about these delays beforehand to plan accordingly. We are considering alternative delivery options due to this ongoing issue. The inability to speak with a live person at FedEx is frustrating, as automated systems have not been able to resolve our concerns. We appreciate any efforts to escalate this matter with FedEx.

I expect a package with a signature required today. I am looking for details on the delivery time, to authorize a signature release, or if I can pick it up myself. The tracking system shows a delivery attempt was made yesterday without leaving a notice. I'd appreciate more efficient customer service from FedEx. I couldn't get assistance through the automated system and was disconnected twice. I would like to speak with a live representative to resolve this matter.
