It was scheduled to arrive in Thompson Falls, Montana, on February 9th. The last update I received was on February 10th stating it was en route to the destination after reaching Billings. However, I didn't receive any further updates until it arrived unexpectedly on February 17th when I was out of town. I had requested Sportsman's Guide to halt delivery if it didn't arrive by February 14th due to my absence, but they disregarded my request. Now, I need to return the package unopened, incurring additional costs. The package was reportedly falling apart when my neighbors picked it up. I am dissatisfied with the service and concerned about the handling of my package during the unexplained delay. Hello, I recently purchased two identical items on eBay. One was marked as out for delivery on Feb 18, [redacted], but did not arrive. Today, Feb 19, I received one of the items. The FedEx tracking shows both items as delivered on Feb 18 at 11:03 PM with proof of delivery for one package. However, I only received one. The tracking indicates only one piece delivered. I have reached out to the eBay seller to verify they sent both items and awaiting their response. I find it odd that FedEx would deliver a package after their regular hours. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed to locate my missing package. Thank you.

My delivery order number is [redacted]72. Today, there was an issue with my package being misdirected by Fedex. I had ordered a shotgun online from Cabella's Sporting Goods, with the delivery intended for the store located at [redacted] Chester Road, Avon, OH [redacted]. This specific store is where I should pick up the firearm after the necessary background checks are done. Upon tracking my package through Fedex's text updates, I discovered that it had made its way to Cleveland, OH yesterday, presumed for local distribution, but it was redirected to Cedar Rapids, Iowa this morning, which was quite unexpected. I reached out to Cabella's customer service recently, and they confirmed that the package was indeed meant for the Avon Lake, Ohio store, not Iowa. I am worried that my package might get lost if it's not redirected promptly. It seems like there was a mistake at the distribution center in Cleveland. While I understand the usual process requires senders to handle destination changes, in this case, Cabella's shipped it correctly. Please ensure the package is rerouted to the correct destination as soon as possible.

My delivery order number is [redacted]. FedEx mistakenly redirected my package this morning, and I am trying to have it rerouted correctly. I placed an online order for a shotgun from Cabela's Sporting Goods, and it was sent out for delivery to the Cabela's store in Avon, OH. Since it is a firearm, I need to pick it up from there after passing background checks. I was monitoring the package's status through FedEx text messages and saw it was redirected from Cleveland, OH, where it arrived yesterday, to Cedar Rapids, Iowa this morning. I contacted Cabela's customer service, who confirmed the package was meant for the Avon Lake, Ohio store. I am worried about the package potentially getting lost if not corrected. It seems like there was an error at the Cleveland distribution center. Please help redirect the package to the correct destination. Even though FedEx's policy states the sender should make address changes, from Cabela's point of view, they sent it to the right place, so a correction should not be needed.

The package with tracking number [redacted]32 was due on Feb 19th but was delayed and arrived this afternoon. Surprisingly, it was found in the driveway, not delivered to the door. It seemed to have been dropped off casually as there were no signs of damage or interference. Typically, packages of this nature are placed inside the storm door or handed directly. As more deliveries are on the way, ensuring they are handled with care and received securely is crucial.

I have a package with tracking number [redacted]49 that was dispatched for delivery on February 18, [redacted]. Despite assurances, it wasn't delivered as scheduled. After being informed that the driver didn't deliver all packages that day, I was told it would arrive on February 21, [redacted]. However, it didn't show up. When contacting customer service on Monday, I was advised that deliveries don't happen on Mondays and to expect it on Tuesday. At present, my tracking information indicates the package is still delayed on the delivery truck. I have been given the option to collect the package myself, but I'm disappointed as I paid for delivery service. Today is Tuesday, and the latest update suggests my package is still delayed on the truck. I am eagerly awaiting its arrival and hope to receive it soon.

FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address multiple times despite the correct shipping information provided. They repeatedly blamed the shipper, even though the shipper confirmed the accuracy of the address and my name. Despite all this, FedEx customer service representatives have been unhelpful, refusing to provide their ID numbers, connect me to a supervisor, and even hanging up on me. Recently, my package was delivered to the wrong state, in Ohio instead of Florida, adding to the ongoing delivery issues.

My order # [redacted]06 is delayed by 2 days, not just one day. I spoke to your Customer Service Call Center reps, Juan and Kim, who explained that the delay was due to the Dallas hub being closed because of bad weather. However, I find it hard to believe this excuse. How come a FedEx package from Tennessee arrived on time but my GameStop order from Grapevine, TX is still missing? I am very unhappy with this poor service and I intend to file a complaint with the BBB in Texas. If my GameStop package doesn't arrive by 8 pm tonight, 2/25/22, I will report it as stolen to GameStop and hold FedEx accountable. The original delivery date was 2/24/22. It's clear that there is something wrong here.

Dear FedEx Customer Support, I hand-filled a FedEx air waybill and requested a "Direct Signature" last week for a delivery. The attached copy of the air waybill confirms this. Despite speaking with several customer service representatives today, including "Alfred," the package was delivered without obtaining the requested signature as it was not entered correctly on the pre-printed air waybill. It was explained that a "Direct Signature" must be set up online and cannot be done on a paper air waybill. I seek guidance on the correct process for ensuring a signature on a pre-printed air waybill. My experience with FedEx Customer Service today was frustrating. The automated system did not assist, and representatives repeatedly transferred me, each time having to repeat my issue. Strangely, I was directed to technical support even though my concern was not technical. Thank you for addressing the signature matter.

I was informed that my package was set to arrive on Sunday. After calling the provided number on Monday and inputting my tracking number, I was told it was at the delivery location. Despite this, the package has not been delivered yet. Multiple follow-up calls to check the status have yielded no updates. There has been no new information offered, only a repetitive recording similar to what I heard on Monday and Tuesday.

My package, #[redacted][redacted]4, reached South Haven, MS, on February 26, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of March 1, [redacted], as provided by the shipper and FedEx. However, the package remained in South Haven until the early morning of March 2, [redacted], when it was then transported to Memphis, TN, with a new scheduled delivery date of March 3, [redacted]. I am perplexed as to why the package bypassed Memphis initially and spent 4 days in South Haven before being rerouted back to Memphis for final delivery. This recurring issue casts doubt on the efficiency of the routing process in South Haven. My package is now 3 days overdue. Given these repeated incidents, I intend to opt for UPS in the future. Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to address an issue with a recent shipment I made through a store that collaborates with FedEx and DHL. I sent a birthday gift to my little brother in Haiti, intended for Cap-Haitien, using DHL as usual. Regrettably, the package ended up in Port-au-Prince instead of its correct destination. When I discussed this with the store's manager at Fast Pack N Ship, located at [redacted] Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY [redacted], they contacted FedEx to redirect the package. However, I was surprised to learn that FedEx does not deliver to Cap-Haitien and requested for the package to be returned to me. Despite the manager's assurances, I have yet to receive the package back, prompting me to contact FedEx. I found it confusing that FedEx requested my ID and credit card information. The store had already paid for the return, and the attempts to charge me again are unjustified. Additionally, my brother in Haiti has been receiving unsettling calls from FedEx, which is both unwelcome and distressing. I urge FedEx to act responsibly by returning the package to me in New York or using DHL to deliver it to Cap-Haitien as an act of good customer service. I need to vent about my recent experience. My father, who is being tested for Rheumatoid arthritis and needs a walker, had one ordered by me and my boyfriend. The delivery was initially delayed due to weather. Despite multiple promised delivery dates, the walker hasn't arrived. After contacting FedEx to address the issue, I discovered my full address wasn't scanned into the system. This led to a frustrating runaround between the store, Walmart, and FedEx to correct the address and arrange delivery. Even after being assured that the walker would arrive, I received a misleading text claiming it had been delivered. Following more confusion about its whereabouts, I'm left anxiously waiting for an update, all the while stressed about my father's health.

I placed an order for a desk four weeks ago, but only one of the two boxes was delivered. After multiple phone calls with no solution, I canceled and reordered the desk, again receiving only one box. FedEx claims the second box will arrive on the 9th, but the tracking shows it was delivered at 6:28, which is not true as there was no package at my door. Despite being told it would be here on the 10th, the tracking says I was not home at 5:04, even though I was outside. It seems that the delivery personnel are providing false information, causing frustration. An investigation is underway, with a response expected in 24 hours or a week. I hope the remainder of my order will be on my doorstep soon to resolve this ongoing issue with FedEx.

My package was delivered to the wrong door by FedEx today. The tracking number is [redacted]57. I noticed the delivery person approaching, so I waited at my front door expecting a package. However, she went to the door marked L2 instead of my L1 apartment. After confirming with her that she was at the wrong door, she realized the mistake and left. This delivery person has made errors before, and I have other packages pending. I've been trying to call but can't get through to speak with an agent. I expected a package from FedEX on March 11th, and it was delivered to the wrong address at 12 Wheeler St Cohocton, NY instead of 5 University Ave Atlanta, NY. I managed to reach the intended recipient and redirected the package. The FedEX driver later called me to rectify the mistake and brought my package to my front porch. It seems the confusion arose because both packages had the same control number, [redacted][redacted]. I suggested to the driver that reading the labels might prevent such errors in the future.

I am experiencing such frustration with FedEx regarding a recent delivery. My package was delayed by the driver without my consent. When I try to contact customer service, they do not listen and even hang up. They suggested text alerts, which I already have. The next day, the package couldn't be delivered due to supposedly closed business, which is not true. There are plenty of people around, and we receive packages regularly. It's evident the driver may not have attempted delivery as claimed. I am stuck waiting because of this issue, unable to go pick up the package due to the shipper's choice. Customer service is unhelpful and unwilling to listen. They transfer calls without giving access codes and cannot provide any useful information about the delivery. It's frustrating to deal with a situation like this, especially when other companies can handle similar matters effectively.

I am disappointed with FedEx as my package was not delivered and my reimbursement claim was denied. I have faced multiple issues with FedEx since moving to my current area, despite never having problems with them before. I find it frustrating that the only way to reach them is by calling and being put on hold for extended periods. In this situation, a 123lb kettlebell was supposedly delivered to my house at 10pm on 3/8, but I was awake in my office next to the front door and no delivery was made. The package wasn't marked as delivered until 1:02pm on 3/9, which seems suspicious. I usually receive delivery notifications promptly, making it unlikely for the kettlebell to be taken unnoticed. While tracking my package, I noticed a hold on it in Kokomo, Indiana. After calling customer service, they mentioned an address issue, even though we've received packages from the company here numerous times. Previous drivers knew to use Google maps, not GPS, to locate us. Attempting to contact the Kokomo office directly led to being informed that communication could no longer be made with them. I requested for my phone number to be given to the driver for directions, but no call came through. Whether it was a driver mistake or poor communication from customer service remains uncertain. Due to this experience, I'll be refraining from using this service in the future. Ultimately, I had to purchase the part from a local store after trying to resolve the situation with both the customer service representatives I spoke to on March 18 and the driver who never called.

Since the new year started, I've had issues with my deliveries being misplaced twice. The first incident happened in January with my insulin pump package. Despite staying home all day to sign for it, it was left at a neighbor's house without a signature due to Covid concerns. The neighbor eventually brought it to me without any formal handoff. The second mishap occurred recently during heavy rain when a package was left halfway up our driveway in the open. I have a designated box for deliveries that other services have used without trouble, making these incidents frustrating. I believe these incidents are unprofessional, especially considering the importance of the items delivered from LLBean.
