Subject: Issue with Using Multiple Email Addresses in Gmail Account I have been successfully using my Gmail account with the business email address [redacted] for over a decade. Recently, I encountered an issue when trying to send emails from this address through Gmail. Despite receiving emails via forwarding from creativecareer.com, when using the "From" function, I am met with an auto-response indicating I no longer have access to [redacted] I have confirmed with Earthlink that the email host is functioning correctly, and I have not made any changes to my settings. I have double-checked the configuration in the 'Accounts and Import' section of Gmail, where the email address is correctly listed under 'Send mail as.' I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue so that I can continue to send emails using the [redacted] address through my Gmail account. Thank you, George

I need assistance with recovering access to several of my online accounts that my ex-partner, who has been causing me trouble for some time, has hacked into. I have multiple Facebook accounts that he has compromised, as well as important information stored in other accounts necessary for my business and personal use. After realizing that my phone had restrictions set up on it, likely by my ex, and not being able to figure out the issue, I attempted a factory reset that led to additional complications. I am not very knowledgeable about technology, but it is evident that he keeps manipulating my devices. Any help or guidance on how to regain control of my accounts and ensure my privacy and security would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am experiencing issues receiving emails from Amazon.co.uk. The last email I received from them was on 25 Jul [redacted]. My Amazon account is currently frozen because I am not receiving the OTP sent to me at [redacted] Although other emails are coming through without any problem, Amazon emails are not showing up in my inbox or spam folder. I have not blocked Amazon from my Gmail account. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with Amazon, and they mentioned the emails have been sent successfully, suggesting the issue lies with my mail provider. I have been facing issues setting up a Google Voice number. When I try to link my phone number ([redacted]), I receive an error message stating it can't be used. Even though I don't have any numbers linked, adding a new one results in the same error. I initially added my number but removed it to restart the process correctly. My Google account has been hacked, and the hacker added their bank account information to the payment options without my consent. I fear they might try to steal money from my YouTube account once it is monetized. I cannot remove this unauthorized information from my account, and I am anxious about the situation. Here are some details I found on my account that I need help with. I can provide proof that the email address attached to the account belongs to me. I have lost access to my account that I have been using for many years. Approximately six months ago, I added two-factor authentication to the account. Unfortunately, I have lost the codes because my phone, a Huawei P30 Lite, was damaged when it got wet. The email connected to the account is [redacted], and the recovery email is dota.real331397. The linked phone number is +[redacted]7. I remember the email password but do not have access to the 8-digit codes stored on my Huawei P30 Lite. Additionally, there is a subscription to Adidas messages and linked accounts to Mobile Legends Bang Bang and World of Tanks Blitz. I have made donations using a Qiwi purse with the number +[redacted]1. I will need access to the account for gaming and my YouTube channel with many subscriptions.

I lost access to my email [redacted] about a day ago. I tried to pay a fee on an app through Play Service but forgot my password. After going through the "Forget password" process on my Pixel 5 and creating a new password, I found myself logged out of all devices. Even after resetting the password, I couldn't log in as the 2-step verification required a notification on my phone, which I couldn't receive because my US number was canceled and I didn't update it with a new one. Despite trying to send the verification code to my alternative email (hotmail), it kept going to [redacted] I attempted to answer recovery questions, but they never appeared, leaving me stuck in a deadlock situation.

I can no longer access my Gmail account [redacted] with any of my known passwords. I suspect it has been hacked and the password changed. Trying to update the phone number via my other Gmail [redacted] resulted in a Tammy request from Mount Laurel, New Jersey, while I am in Atlanta, GA. I believe the hacker is in Mount Laurel. The associated iPhone number [redacted] is no longer active, and Google is not providing the option to recover through the backup email, indicating possible hacking and information alteration. I had a Google Family account with an email I created for my daughter. I accidentally deleted her entire Gmail account while trying to switch to a different family account by deleting the one I created. Despite trying to recover it, Google is not providing me with the option to retrieve the account, stating there is no way for them to sign me in. When I attempted to create a new account with the same email, I was informed that it is already in use. While this situation wouldn't be significant, I used the account to send and receive photos of my daughter, and now I can't access other accounts connected to the email through Google. Without the ability to log in with the deleted account, I'm stuck without access to those linked accounts. Is there any way to recover or completely delete the lost account so I can create a new one with the same email address?

I recently reset my phone to factory settings to remove viruses and now I can't recover my email account because I can't remember the password. Previously, I could recover it by receiving a call or SMS on my phone. Even after the reset, it's asking me to verify the device but I can't as it can't connect to the main device. I miss the old days when I could recover via a call or SMS. My email is crucial to me, and I can confirm my details match because the location and everything are the same. The new security policy is frustrating, and I wish there had been a notice about the changes. Please assist me in recovering my email.

Recently, my SSD malfunctioned, and I've lost access to my email, [redacted], as the password was saved in the Firefox browser on the SSD. The password for the email is complex, and I'm unable to recall it, particularly because I always used auto sign-in. I've encountered an issue logging into my account due to the 8-digit pin requirement for two-step verification. I've recently switched phones and phone numbers, making it challenging to access my Gmail account. Hello, I've encountered difficulties trying to reach Gmail customer support. In November [redacted], I set up a Gmail account with the address [redacted] I sent an email from this account to myself at [redacted] However, it's been over three years, and I can't recall the password. When attempting to recover the account, it requests the last password used, but as there has only been one password, this information eludes me. The account has remained inactive, and I am keen to have it deleted. It was initially created on my iPhone. Hello, I am having trouble logging into my email address because I can't remember the password. When I try to enter a password I think I know under the "Choose another option" section, it says "Google couldn't verify that this account belongs to you." I was only signed in with this email address on one device, which I no longer have. I hope there is a solution for this because I urgently need to log in there.

Hello, I wanted to report a Gmail user who has been using vulgar language and attempting to scam me since 08-02-22. His name is Josen Roy, and his email address is [redacted] He even used profanity in his emails towards me. I urge you to take action against him to prevent further scams. One significant lie he told me was his phone number, [redacted], which seemed suspicious. After checking on Canada [redacted], I discovered it is actually a California number, specifically from Hughson, California. His inappropriate language and behavior need to be addressed promptly.
