The burial account set up for Jazmere Brianna Custis currently has a hold on withdrawals. I did not receive any emails explaining the situation. I have reached out multiple times using the contact us link, but haven't received any answers. The services are scheduled for July 5th and July 7th. Balances need to be paid 48 hours before the service. I followed the troubleshooting instructions by providing my name (Andrea Horton), my relationship to Jazmere (godmother), and the purpose of the funds, but still no resolution. Please address this promptly, or I will be forced to seek assistance from the news and an attorney. Our friends and family have contributed to the GoFundMe under the impression that the funds would assist us, and now with the hold, everyone is upset. If the hold is not lifted or I do not hear back within 24 hours, I will involve the media and legal help.

I was contacted regarding supporting a man named Lee Harkey in Norman, OK, who claimed to be a victim of a serious accident involving an uninsured, undocumented driver. I donated $25 to his gofundme, but after noticing inconsistencies in his story and discovering his history of deception and criminal record (Inmate #[redacted], Walter Lee Harker, Jr.), I believe I fell victim to a scam. Lee has made false claims about his injuries and has resorted to manipulation, even mentioning suicide when questioned. I am requesting a refund of my donation and urging gofundme to alert others about his deceitful ways to swindle money from well-meaning donors. It might be necessary for authorities to investigate further. Thank you.

Since February [redacted], I have noticed charges on my mother's bank statement for $3.49 each, with descriptions like "(POS payment) - GOOGLE* CREATIVEAPP G. CO/HELPPAY #CA CARD#[redacted] ---AMT $3.49." These identical charges have been occurring monthly. Additionally, there are similar charges for "(POS PAYMENT) -GOOGLE*SANDBOX MOUNTAIN VIEW CA CARD#[redacted]" also in the amount of $3.49, multiple times each month. After contacting the bank, they stated that these charges are from GoFundMe accounts, which my elderly mother has not opened. It is evident that her card is being fraudulently used. Please reach out to me at [redacted] or my mother at [redacted] (Amalia) to address this issue promptly, stop the fraudulent charges, and arrange for a refund. Your swift attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ms. Montoya

This is my third attempt to contact Gofundme regarding my withdrawal issue. Despite multiple tries, I have been unsuccessful in transferring the money from my account as there is no record of it anywhere. Despite receiving emails prompting me to transfer the funds, my attempts have been unsuccessful, and I am unable to find a phone number to speak to a representative for assistance. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and do not plan on using the service again. I urgently require assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Lacrisha Johnson. On June 1, [redacted], my family experienced a tragic house fire that claimed the lives of my father and son. To seek assistance in burying my loved ones and helping my daughter recover, I created a GoFundMe page. However, to my surprise, instead of family support during this difficult time, my page was reported by them and subsequently deactivated, adding to my already heavy burden. As the legal guardian of my children and closest next of kin to my father, many kind donations have been taken away from us, hindering the support needed for my daughter's recovery and our looming hospital discharge in August. With no other resources or support network, GoFundMe was our sole lifeline, and I am devastated by its sudden removal. The account linked to [redacted] on Facebook is inaccessible to me. Thank you for listening to my concerns. Stay blessed.

I am heartbroken to share that my daughter recently passed away from a rare illness, leaving us with significant expenses. Her friends initiated a fundraising campaign, "Celebrating Lizzy McDaniel's Life," to cover end-of-life costs and a memorial event planned for July 14. Unfortunately, we have been informed of a delay in accessing the funds until July 17, jeopardizing our ability to make essential payments on time. This delay is jeopardizing the memorial celebration we have planned on Bastille Day, a significant date for my daughter due to her time in Paris. We implore you to consider our situation and expedite the withdrawal process so we can proceed with the necessary arrangements. Time is of the essence, as canceling the event would deeply impact those traveling long distances. We have depleted all our resources trying to save our daughter, and your understanding and help would mean the world to us during this difficult time. Your prompt assistance in releasing the funds will ensure that we can honor our daughter's memory as planned. Thank you for your consideration.

I recently received a message on Facebook regarding my friend, Bruce Delamore. He is in need of antibiotics for the next six weeks but has been denied due to financial constraints. Bruce, a wheelchair user for some time due to a severe accident, urgently requires these antibiotics to survive. He is located in Tucson, Arizona, and though I am in Montana, I am looking to start a GoFundMe page to gather funds for his medical expenses. Despite not knowing if Bruce is currently hospitalized, I have a distressing picture showing the impact of his medical conditions on him. He is a sincere individual facing serious health challenges, and I am seeking guidance on how to provide assistance to him.

I made a $2,[redacted] donation in January [redacted] for Cadien's medical fund. Angela, the campaign organizer, supposedly placed the funds in a jar at Lakeside Market where Staci, Cadien’s mom, worked, in March [redacted]. Shockingly, the Hughes family never received my donation. It seems the organizer misused the funds for personal gain. Although I don't expect the full amount back, I kindly ask for a refund of $1,[redacted] to directly support the Hughes family during their continued struggles with their child's health. After reporting this fraud and seeing the page taken down, I appreciate the preventive steps taken. Unfortunately, I've been unsuccessful in requesting the refund through your faulty refund page for several days. The campaign name was "Parents of Caiden Hughes." Please assist me in this matter as soon as possible. Thank you, Suzette Murphy.

I've been attempting to access my account for two weeks now to create a new page, but I keep receiving an "incorrect password" message. Despite requesting a password reset and being informed that an email has been sent, I have yet to receive it. Strangely, when trying to log in with my Facebook account, it claims it doesn't exist. I would appreciate your prompt guidance on how to proceed. Thank you, Kim Parker.

I am writing to report a potential issue with the Aftershock Theater Company's GoFundMe account. There seems to be a fundraiser happening in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for the same company, which can be found on Facebook. A woman by the name of Abigial McStabby Lis-Perlis is running a similar fundraiser, and some of the funds were used for her 30th birthday without mentioning it on the GoFundMe page. Despite reaching out to inquire about the connection to the Pittsburgh Aftershock Theater, I did not receive a response from the account. I kindly request an investigation into this matter and urge them to disclose the birthday celebration use of the funds on their page. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Drew H.

Hello, I made a $30 donation to Ricardo’s Hospital Fund on July 14, [redacted], and did not provide a tip through GoFundMe. However, upon processing the donation, I noticed a charge of $30 for the donation and $[redacted] as a GoFundMe tip, which I did not authorize. I am a single mom with two boys and am currently unemployed. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed two attempted charges on July 14th: $30 for the hospital fund donation and a subsequent unauthorized $[redacted] charge for a tip 15 seconds later. The $[redacted] charge was declined due to insufficient funds. I did not input those numbers, and there seems to be a glitch in the system causing this issue. I kindly request not to reattempt the $[redacted] charge and to address this issue to prevent future occurrences. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Sincerely, Woo Yang S.

Hello, I am Andrea Robinson. I am currently trying to access the funds from the GoFundMe account for my late spouse, Gregory Robinson. After filling out the required bank details following the link sent by the GoFundMe initiator, I received an email stating that my banking information needed verification, asking for a bank statement. I promptly provided the statement. However, for the past 24 hours, the page has been stuck on a 'Processing - Verifying - Our payment processor is verifying your information. This may take a few minutes' message with a spinning circle, showing no progress. I have attempted to seek assistance three times, but the issue persists. It seems there might be a glitch on the website causing this delay in progress. For further assistance, please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you, Andrea

Hello, my name is Marnie Hoppe. I was in an accident, and there is a GoFundMe account with $11,[redacted] for my physical therapy and care that my friends and family donated. I'm looking to open an account, but my wife already has one using the same email. I don't have Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media accounts. I only use my email or phone for communication. It's crucial for me to speak with a real person as I'm not a robot. I urgently need assistance with some financial support until I meet with the Social Security Administration law judge, possibly between now and January [redacted] to March [redacted]. It's to prevent my disabled wife and me from becoming homeless.

My son, Ethan F., has a GoFundMe account, but there seems to be an issue with the beneficiary being his father, Chris F., instead of him or his brother, Sam F. I, Susan F., the mother, do not want Chris to be the beneficiary as he is a convicted sex offender, which has hindered our donation efforts due to the community knowing about his past. Sam attempted to change the beneficiary but was unsuccessful. We urgently need to resolve this to ensure either Ethan or Sam can receive the donations. Thank you for your prompt assistance. - Susan F.

Multiple accounts were opened under the names of Miranda J. and her child Rylen J. They accused me of fraudulent activity, resulting in the freezing of funds. They also falsely claimed on my GoFundMe page that we were not legitimate, which impacted our ability to receive donations. The allegations were proven false with DNA evidence. Due to their actions, I closed my original account. They received donations for Rylen, who is still at the funeral home, preventing my son from receiving proper services for his child. The funds they collected for Rylen were obtained fraudulently and they should be held accountable. I am seeking assistance on how to proceed. The names associated with the accounts are Sierra N., Alyssa J., and Randy J., with a fourth account for another grandchild. They are now taking a vacation while causing distress. I have emailed regarding their actions, and I urge action to return funds or pursue legal action against them. My name is Angela S., and my account was under the name Angie B. S. on Facebook.

Hello, my name is Daniel Blakeman. I created a GoFundMe for my terminally ill father-in-law to raise funds for one last holiday. We successfully raised £[redacted], setting up weekly withdrawals into my account. However, upon checking my bank, I noticed that although the withdrawals are recorded in the history, no payments have been received. Sadly, my father-in-law passed away a month ago, and we now rely on this money for his funeral arrangements. Urgently needing these funds, I am concerned about the discrepancies and may involve legal assistance if the issue persists. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, Dan.

A friend, Rebecca R., was falsely accused of fraud and informed she won't receive more donations. Rebecca, a medically fragile single mother in a wheelchair facing eviction, urgently needs assistance to escape an abusive situation. If her left arm immobility is due to a stroke from the stress, it would be extremely upsetting. Can you investigate this issue? We are bewildered why she has been removed from receiving help when she genuinely needs it. Rebecca is a Christian, devoted to her son, foregoing meals for him, and a talented writer seeking assistance to return to work. This situation has deeply saddened her, and she has done nothing to prompt this action. Please clarify what transpired. We understand if you can't disclose the source but kindly explain why she was excluded after seeking support. Jan W., initiating this request, seeks answers for Rebecca.

I'm experiencing the same issue as many others with difficulty receiving donations on my GoFundMe page. I've found that the link sometimes doesn't appear or is hard for potential donors to locate. To make it more straightforward, I've been instructing people to visit the GoFundMe website, search for my page, click on the picture that appears, and then donate. However, I believe the process could be much simpler. When sharing the page on Facebook, it would be ideal for viewers to click on the picture and have my profile instantly pop up for them to donate without extra steps. As my fundraising deadline is approaching on the 30th, it's crucial for donations to flow in smoothly. Simplifying the donation process would benefit both donors and fundraisers alike. I appreciate your consideration in making this enhancement for a more efficient donation experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
