I purchased a $[redacted] Google Play card for my son, but it turned out to be defective. The protective covering on the card was old and wouldn't scratch off properly. As I tried to reveal the hidden numbers, some of them came off with the covering. I can't return it to Walmart as they're out of stock. Contacting Google by phone is impossible due to the pandemic, and I haven't received a response from them. Now, I'll have to file a complaint with the FTC to get my money back, which will likely involve going to court. It's frustrating to be out $[redacted] when Google, with all its resources, should easily resolve this. Can someone provide me with missing numbers on the card so I can use it?

Google sent me a £[redacted] bill for an ad account I don't have. Fortunately, my bank intervened and blocked the charge, alerting me about it. Despite sending numerous emails, I've had no luck resolving the issue. The reference number for the ads is [redacted], which I learned from my bank's message. Repeatedly, I receive the same unhelpful response, "[7-[redacted][redacted]] Concern about the Charges." It's clear we do not operate any ad account. My wife and I are retirees, aged 72 and 68, respectively, enjoying our time together given my health condition. We have no reason to advertise on Google. I was alarmed to find while searching for my father's obituary online, that our names were linked to a terrorist watch list, which is completely false. After contacting the FBI, they advised me to reach out to you to address this issue. We are not under any watch list and it appears that we are being targeted unfairly. I will be filling out the necessary paperwork as directed by the FBI. It's crucial to retract this misinformation as many people have seen it. Our family has been wrongly associated with the DOJ, FBI, police, and Homeland Security watch lists. This misinformation has harmed my late father's reputation and our family. On December 15, my Google Chrome accounts encountered significant issues. The 'owner' account unexpectedly switched to my late husband's email address, although he passed away in April [redacted], and I don't have his password. Since then, all activity has been tied to [redacted] To access emails sent to my account, [redacted], I have to navigate around and interact with the icons on my computer screen. Additionally, I am unable to send photos from Picasa as I used to. The longtime Picasa account number is also inaccessible. Deleting [redacted] might resolve these challenges. I would like to report a Google Drive that contains my stolen artwork. I create hand-drawn Disney Fan Art for t-shirts, etc. and someone took my files without permission. The drive was shared on various craft pages on Facebook under the name "Ben Dover," which indicates malicious intent. Initially, I could see my artwork, but now the owner has restricted access. Recently, I lost access to all my email accounts. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the passwords to my main email account or the recovery account. I reinstalled the Windows 10 OS on my laptop. Earlier, my Android phone crashed, causing me to lose access to my Google Authenticator App, which had backup codes for my accounts. I have attempted to recover the account using a new Gmail Account and the phone number to receive a verification code. However, each time I am informed that my account cannot be returned to me, despite providing a detailed explanation along with the specific dates and timeframes of when I lost access. This situation is truly frustrating as my email contains crucial information and passwords. Losing access to this account would result in losing a significant amount of important data and backups.

In [redacted], I was informed about a lawsuit involving technical issues that I supposedly couldn't fix. Subsequently, I have been frequently hacked. Recently, I believe I have become a victim of mind control, potentially due to an illegal surgery following a physical assault. There seems to be a cover-up from the hospital claiming I was pronounced dead, which my credit report supports. I suspect my unemployment benefits, stimulus, and even a PCH sweepstake prize of $2,[redacted],[redacted] plus $9,[redacted] weekly for life have been stolen. I signed up for new phone service with Visible, a Verizon subsidiary, but accidentally entered my email as [redacted] instead of [redacted] I have since created a new email account for the misspelled address. I suspect Visible tried to email me while the misspelled email was invalid, and even after contacting them via chat and phone, I haven't received any emails from them. I'm unsure if Google's servers are blocking emails to the non-existent address or if Visible's servers are marking my email as non-existent. Visible recommended I contact Google to resolve the issue. I need to ensure I can receive Visible's automated emails for password resets, billing, shipping, etc.

I am having trouble with Google sign-in, which keeps telling me my email and password are invalid. Consequently, I am unable to access and view photos and other information sent to me. I am frustrated with the restrictions on certain apps in the app store. Today, I will be canceling my YouTube TV subscription due to these limitations. I believe in freedom of speech and choice. However, I recall a situation where I was removed from a Democratic Facebook group after a member shared detailed instructions for violent activities during BLM protests. These actions, including tactics like placing white individuals in the frontline during confrontations with police, were not addressed in the same manner as the situation with Parler.
