On 10/17/[redacted], my nephew made three separate unauthorized charges on the Google Play app totaling $[redacted].77 for the game "Wordscape." I did not permit these purchases and do not want to keep the items bought. I reached out to my bank before the charges went through but was advised to contact Google. I hope for a speedy resolution as I cannot afford such expenses due to my financial situation. I urgently need the refund of the full amount for legal fees and personal bills. Since retiring from Verizon, I have been using [redacted] since August [redacted]. Gmail has stopped being able to access the now defunct Verizon.net email. I have tried everything I can find on Google to recover it. Through various phone upgrades, I have ended up with multiple accounts, most of which I can no longer access. I do not have a list of forgotten passwords, and it seems like I lose more information with every attempted correction. I am in a password struggle, and my Chromebook, Chromecast, Google Home, and phones have become frustratingly useless. I feel the need for a blackboard to keep track of the ever-changing attempts to simply get into any account.

Hello, I am a long-term user of Google Photos on both the app and desktop version. Recently, I encountered an issue where all my photos displayed on the app were out of order, even after clearing data and cache, as well as logging out and back in. I have attempted various solutions 20 times to no avail. My archived pictures, however, remain in order. Any advice on how to address this issue would be highly valued as I enjoy revisiting my photos on the app.

I have had ongoing issues with my Google Pixel 4a since purchasing it earlier this year. After experiencing a dark screen, I had it repaired at a Google Repair Center. However, on October 5th, [redacted], following the screen replacement, new protector, and case, the screen went dark again and the phone stopped working. I was left with no choice but to purchase a new phone, leaving me with a nearly brand new defective Google Pixel 4a 5G 128GB. I would appreciate being reimbursed for the phone and am willing to return it in its original box with the accessories for some compensation. I can send it back in a prepaid box with a shipping label provided by you.

Dear Google, I am attempting to log in using a new Samsung Tab A7, which is not fully set up yet. Google isn't recognizing the device. I understand this is for security reasons to verify it's me. My Huawei 6y2019 is refusing my password. I've noticed it has the incorrect time, which might be why it's rejecting the password. I'm currently sending this message from my Dell Inspiron 13 [redacted], where I usually log in with my password, but now it's asking for a code to be sent to the same Huawei 6y2019, which isn't possible at the moment. My email account "[redacted]" seems to have been compromised as I am unable to access it due to a password change. I have a recovery email, "[redacted]," which I can use for verification. When attempting to reset the password, Google asks for a secondary phone number which I provided (1-[redacted]), but it was rejected as already being used. Unfortunately, I do not have another phone number for verification. I also have a secondary Google account, "[redacted]," which shares the same phone number.

Recently, I have noticed that emails are disappearing from my mailboxes right after I open them, even before I can close the mailbox. The Archive section is also gone, and some mailboxes only have emails up until July [redacted]. This sudden behavior is concerning, especially without any prior warning. I am wondering if Google is executing an old plan from years ago that was delayed due to Covid, leading to this unexpected situation. As a Physician, the information in these emails is crucial for my patients' well-being, and any disruption can have severe consequences. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I had been paying for my former boyfriend's YouTube premium subscription for a while, using different cards. After our breakup, I repeatedly asked him to update his payment information. Despite taking steps like requesting my bank to block the payments and getting a new debit card, I was surprised to see a $9.99 charge on my new card on October 3rd, linked to his YouTube account. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed it was indeed charged to my new card. I am puzzled as to how YouTube was able to charge my new card when I did not authorize it, and my ex does not have access to it.

I received a message from someone named Vivain Flores who misspelled my name, claiming I had won a lottery from Facebook.com. They insisted I verify my identity to receive the prize. I had a video call with a person claiming to be Mark, the owner of Facebook.com, who sent a picture of a California Driver's License as proof. I provided the information they requested, but then they started asking for passwords to my personal email and other accounts. Somehow, my phone number was changed and now I cannot access my account. It is linked to all my other accounts including [redacted] I reported the incident to IC3.gov and identitytheft.gov. I reached out to Facebook, but they claimed the profile did not violate their standards, even though it was used for fraud. I am frustrated as I cannot access my account or the services I paid for. I have tried all avenues, but the changed phone number is preventing me from regaining access. How can someone else use my account with a different phone number? When will I receive assistance to resolve this issue before it's too late and I lose everything?

I am attempting to access an old email account for which I have forgotten the password. I followed the account recovery steps by clicking the 'forgot password' link and trying a few old passwords. Despite this, I was unable to regain access. I then requested a recovery link to be sent to my alternate email but realized I no longer have access to that email either. Interestingly, in [redacted], I successfully used a different email for account recovery and even have an email from the Google Accounts Team containing a verification code sent to me on September 8, [redacted]. It is puzzling why I could utilize one account for recovery in [redacted], but I am currently unable to do so to access my locked account. If there are additional verification options available, I am willing to provide them to confirm ownership of the account.

I am experiencing difficulties with my Bitwarden Password manager as several of my Gmail accounts have been compromised and are now inaccessible. Despite having secondary verification methods in place, the recovery process redirects me to an email address that has also been hacked. This creates an endless loop as all my verification emails are sent to the compromised address. The affected accounts are as follows: 1. [redacted] 2. [redacted] 3. [redacted] 4. [redacted] 5. [redacted] 6. [redacted] 7. [redacted] I possess the passwords for these accounts if required. The issue is further complicated by some of these Gmail addresses being linked to other accounts. I need help accessing my old email account, [redacted] The last password I remember is Wyley1990. I can't access it through the old methods as my phones are broken. On September 12, [redacted], Google Fiber was installed at my residence, and I requested the transfer of my telephone number, [redacted], from Spectrum to Google Voice. After initiating several port requests to Spectrum from Google, I received confirmation on September 28, [redacted], that the number transfer was successful. It was scheduled for October 1, [redacted]. However, on October 1, I received an email from Google stating that Google Voice had been removed from my account on September 30, [redacted]. Spectrum confirmed porting the number to Google on October 1, [redacted], at 8:00 PM, but Google registered the number only on October 2, [redacted]. After re-adding Google Voice to my Google Fiber account, I attempted to activate the number using two different Gmail accounts, but both were unsuccessful. Finally, during a call to Google on October 18, [redacted], a representative informed me that [redacted] was linked to another Gmail account, [redacted] Google verified this email, but I am unable to access it. Without live support for Google Voice or Gmail, I am facing difficulty in accessing my long-held number. I am looking for a resolution to link the number to a Gmail account that I can access. I recently changed my password but unfortunately forgot it. This has caused me to be locked out of my account for a few months now because I am unable to complete the two-step verification process. I have tried reaching out via email multiple times but have not received any response. I ended up creating a new email account, but there are essential things connected to the initial email that I urgently need access to. Google has been deducting $5.40 from any credit card linked to my account without my permission. I did not authorize these payments for Adtriquil virus cleaner or RokoTV remote. There have been nine consecutive weekly withdrawals of $5.40 for the antivirus and now $23 for the Roko remote, which just started. I want a full refund for all these unauthorized charges as I did not subscribe to these services and they are not downloaded on my phone. I am frustrated with Google as I have not approved these transactions. I demand that this issue be resolved, and all the money taken from my account be returned. If this matter is not rectified, I will take legal action against Google.

I am experiencing difficulty resetting the password for my Google accounts. Despite having the original email confirming to keep it for account recovery, I am not presented with any options for recovery email or security questions. I am unable to recall the last password and even selecting 'try another way' does not yield any results. Google states it cannot verify my account without providing any verification steps. Although I know the recovery email which I have used for 15 years, the system does not prompt me for it. This issue is occurring with two accounts, "traceeblair64@gmail" and "[redacted]" I have attempted the recovery link without success, and even though I have changed my phone number, the system does not request this information during the process.

My phone was stolen, and I lost everything because someone hacked into it and obtained my passwords for all my accounts. It's been a nightmare. They took my Alcatel 3V, my Samsung 7 tablet, and my ZTE QLink phone. The Alcatel also had an unused TextNow card on it that I bought with my cash app, and the government phone was registered in my name. This has been going on for a while, so I closed my old email account hoping it would stop. I thought my info would be safe in Google Takeout, but I was wrong. They hacked it and gained access to my business account, causing me to lose everything. Family photos, memories of loved ones who have passed, my children's and grandchildren's pictures - all gone. They even locked me out of my Facebook, which was linked to some of those emails. I've had to create 7 or 8 new emails. Please help me recover my accounts and data.

I have been scammed out of a significant amount of money by a woman who claimed to run three businesses and was waiting for a company in America. She led me to believe we were getting married three and a half years ago. I recently discovered she has been requesting gift cards from me under false pretenses - Google Play, Amazon, and Steam cards. I have involved the police, and they advised me to report it to Google, providing all the fake IDs she is using on Facebook and Instagram. Please contact me via email at [redacted] so I can share all the necessary details and evidence I have accumulated. The authorities in both England and America are investigating. Despite multiple reports to Instagram, Facebook, Hangouts, and WhatsApp about her fraudulent activities, no action has been taken. She even created a fake marriage certificate using my late father's name and signature. Please assist me in this urgent matter. Thank you.
