I am struggling with resetting my Nest thermostat following a recent power outage due to a storm. The electrical connections in my area went down, and when the power was restored, my Nest thermostat is displaying "no product" on the app, preventing me from controlling it remotely. I lost my iPhone 6 last week, and prior to misplacing it, I changed my phone number, which I can't recall. I have since gotten a new Android phone with a new number and email address at [redacted], as my old email at [redacted] is inaccessible due to a forgotten password. The names associated with these emails are Steve or Steven Kline, born on August 8, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the person who found my iPhone 6 seems to have accessed my Facebook account using the email [redacted] I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this issue.

I recently switched phones and no longer have access to my previous phone number and email. It has been about three to four months now, and I urgently need that information for legal matters involving my daughter. I am extremely frustrated as I have been unable to retrieve it. I have been trying to contact your support team, but I am unable to receive any messages due to my outdated email. I recently purchased a Galaxy A12 to replace my broken Galaxy A11. Unfortunately, I cannot log into my Gmail account ([redacted]) due to a required 2-step authentication code being sent to an old phone number ([redacted]) I no longer have. I'm in need of assistance recovering my Google account, as it is the only way to access my Gmail. Despite attempting Google's recovery process, I'm unable to receive the second verification code on my phone, which is causing issues. I reached out to Just Answer and have been waiting for an expert named Ram to contact me by phone for two weeks now. I recently switched from an Android to an iPhone, which makes it challenging to access my Google account without the original device.

I have been dealing with a chronic hacker for over three years now. The individual has stolen over $[redacted] from me and is now using the Open Source License against me. They have accessed my Google Workspace and run apps in the background. This person uses my device for their TV, movies, and advertisements for Google Play. I need to ensure they are using their own device, as they have multiple devices. They block me from sending messages, repeatedly hack my email due to saving passwords as I type. The person goes by the name Christine Bly. I have had to keep creating new email accounts because there is seemingly nothing they cannot hack. They have caused me a lot of distress. The individual has devices with Mac OS, Chromebook, Pixel, iPhone, and Android. Please assist in removing this person from my device with their Open Source "Apache" license and IMS Summit. I forgot my login information for my old Gmail account. I need to recover it as it holds all my important photos and information. It is my only other Gmail besides the new one I created. This individual has been using my Moto G Stylus for over 3 years without my permission, causing financial loss and significant disruption. Despite multiple police reports, the unauthorized access continues. I am now taking steps to involve the FBI and the Federal Trade Commission to address this issue. This unauthorized user has interfered with my ability to use SMS/MMS and has accessed my passwords and emails. Immediate action is necessary to prevent further unauthorized usage. The level of intrusion is alarming, and I urge AR Core to enhance their security measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Hello, I was hunting in Georgia and lost both of my phones. I have all my login details and passwords for my accounts, but I can't seem to get far. I bought a new phone from Family Dollar on a prepaid service, and it's not letting me add my Gmail account because it can't verify the device. It's frustrating that I can't access my own account with the correct information. If I ever needed to use a library computer to log in, I'd be in trouble! I have a busy schedule and limited time to spend on the phone or computer. Is there a way I can speak to a real person over the phone about my Google account? I've tried various troubleshooting steps like using desktop mode, clearing cache and cookies, changing networks, power cycling, hard and soft resets, but nothing seems to work. I no longer have access to my Google accounts, Gmail, or Yahoo email due to all my phones being stolen. The recovery emails and phone numbers linked to the accounts were on those stolen phones, making it impossible to receive verification codes. Hello, I have a S** phone that typically uses fingerprint and face recognition to unlock, but it's now requiring a pattern that I don't remember. I recently got locked out of my longstanding Google account, which I've had for more than 10 years. I'm devastated because I have important pictures stored on my Drive and Google Photos, and I can't access them anymore. The lockout occurred when I was signed in on my work computer deleting a large amount of old emails. I got locked out shortly after that, and it has been really upsetting for me. I accidentally deleted my account under the email address [redacted] Immediately, I created a new account under [redacted], noticing the difference in the email addresses. Now, I need to recover the old account (ending in [redacted]) as I forgot the password. The only recovery phone number linked to it is a landline. Whenever I try to retrieve the 6-digit verification code, I'm prompted to input a zip code which wasn't required during the account creation. The new recovery number is [redacted]. My main priority is to regain access to the old account (ending in [redacted]) and delete the new one (ending in 77), as I require access to the old emails. Please ensure not to confuse the old account with the new one; it was an oversight that led to this confusion.

I am currently unable to access my Google account as I no longer have access to the mobile number needed for verification. Originally from Sri Lanka, I relocated to Kuwait in [redacted] for security reasons and added a Kuwait mobile number for two-way verification. I have since returned to Sri Lanka in [redacted]. Unfortunately, I am now unable to log in to access essential files and photos stored in Google Drive due to the lack of mobile verification. This is particularly challenging as I need to complete my thesis.

I'm experiencing problems with sending emails. The language in them is not English, and I've been hacked multiple times recently. After recovering my account a few days ago, I had to do it again this morning. I'm considering leaving Gmail and Google due to ongoing issues over the past couple of months. I've been a Gmail user for years without any prior problems. I attempted to download input tools as recommended, but it didn't resolve the issue. I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account. I've followed the instructions multiple times and provided the information requested, like when I last used my password, but it's not working. Since my computer is new, it might not be recognized. I'm unable to log in to change my information because of the password issue. I attempted to work with an expert named Felix Smith, but unfortunately, he couldn't assist me. I tried once more today, but they're asking me to sign up again, even though I've already been charged a dollar.

I recently cleared my PC to free up storage space, but now it seems like all the information from my main account is gone, leading me to suspect a possible hack. Despite having backup codes, I am unable to log in successfully, and the phone number that was linked to the account is no longer connected. I've gone through the recovery process multiple times, but each time I try to use the backup codes, it sends a verification code to the same inaccessible account, causing confusion.
