I have reviewed all suggestions for why the promo code did not work, but none of them were relevant to my situation. On March 2, [redacted], I purchased the Sunbeam 16-Compartment Cubby Shoe Rack that advertised a promo code MARCH10. I applied the code as instructed, but it did not reflect the discount. I have carefully checked the details, and there is no indication that this item is excluded from the promotion in the fine print. I have a screenshot of the offer, including the promo code and terms. I kindly request a refund of $10 to honor the discount promised. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Recently, I had a disappointing experience using a Groupon at a salon. At first, the person claimed I had visited before, which was not true. Then they charged me an unexpected $65 fee for "toner," not mentioned in the fine print. Later, this fee was increased to $75 due to my long hair, also not specified in the deal terms. Other Groupons I've used always had such details in the fine print. Additionally, the stylist did not give me the desired color and made disparaging comments about my previous hairdressers. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the color result, the undisclosed charges, rude remarks, misrepresentation, and lack of professionalism in this particular salon visit using a Groupon.

Good morning, my name is Andres G. I represent the YMCA's Youth Safety & Violence Prevention, a non-profit organization in Chicago. I am reaching out regarding a refund request for two purchases made on March 31, [redacted]. The transactions were for tickets to play at Paintball Explosion. Unfortunately, as our youth program at the YMCA ended yesterday on 04/18/[redacted], we were unable to use the tickets. I kindly request your assistance in processing a refund for the unused vouchers, as we would like to allocate the funds towards our other youth programs. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. The order numbers in question are 1[redacted]23-[redacted] and 1[redacted]23-[redacted].

I recently attempted to purchase a $10 Dominos Groupon for $5 through an email offer from Groupon. However, upon clicking "Buy," an error message stated that the deal was invite-only. I believed the email qualified me for the purchase, so why send offers I can't access? This recurring issue has been raised previously with Groupon support, who assured me it would be rectified, yet the problem persists. As a loyal Groupon member for a decade, I find this situation confusing. Please address and resolve this promptly. Additionally, kindly ensure I receive the Dominos Groupon before it expires tomorrow. Thank you.

Hello Groupon Team, I recently purchased a Groupon deal for a stay at the PB Surf Beachside Inn in San Diego. The stay was supposed to be from 4/20/18 to 4/23/18, Friday to Monday, for a three-night stay. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my visit. The hotel did not meet the expectations set by the Groupon advertisement, as there was no continental breakfast provided as stated. Additionally, the room was not clean and had a concerning stain, which we suspect might have been blood, near the TV and bed. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, and there was no parking available for guests, forcing us to park far away from the property. During our stay on 4/20/18, there were disturbances from neighboring rooms with constant traffic and noise throughout the night. Despite attempting to address the issue with management, there was no one available to assist us, and the loud music and disruptions continued until early morning. The following day, we were informed that a refund for the remaining two nights was not possible on-site, and we were advised to contact Groupon directly for assistance. I would greatly appreciate your attention to resolving this situation promptly. I can be reached at [redacted] or contacted via email at [redacted] Your assistance in addressing these concerns and arranging a resolution would be highly valued. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Janine M.

I purchased a [redacted] mAh solar-powered smartphone charger on April 13, [redacted]. The charger works well as a plug-in battery, but the solar panel does not adequately charge the battery. I specifically needed the solar charging feature, so the product is not useful to me. I have been attempting to process a refund on your website for 2 days, but keep receiving the error message "Oops! Groupon Goods is temporarily unavailable or overloaded." I would like to return the charger for a refund to my original payment method. Can you assist me with this?

I bought a wheel alignment deal on Groupon for my car at Groovy Automotive in Austin, TX. There was no mention in the ad that they couldn't work on certain vehicles like European cars. I had to take a day off work only to be told upon arrival they couldn't do the service on my BMW. The employee explained it wasn't specified in the ad and I would need to get a refund from Groupon. I feel frustrated as I wasted $51, a day's wages, and gas money. I'm upset but trying to handle it calmly despite my anger issues. I prefer a refund to my bank account or an equivalent in Bitcoin. My name is Justin Pena, and you can reach me at [redacted] I hope this situation can be resolved properly. Thank you.

I have sent nine emails regarding Groupon debiting my account twice for one purchase of a Jiffy Lube coupon on April 21, [redacted]. Despite providing my bank statement, explaining the double charge, and being initially told it was a pending charge, the issue remains unresolved. After the charges went through, Groupon's support team mistakenly claimed my issue was resolved. I am disappointed with the lack of understanding and request a refund of the additional $39.99. Please contact me at [redacted] for assistance. I have been a loyal Groupon customer since the beginning and wish to continue using your services, however, my confidence has been shaken. Disappointed but hopeful for a resolution. Thank you. - AS

I am experiencing several issues with Groupon that I needed to address promptly. Firstly, I purchased a platlet rich plasma facial deal from Canyon Medical Center in Calabasas, CA, which they are now refusing to honor despite the voucher being valid until May 2. They recommended I request a refund, which I am now seeking. Secondly, I bought a Groupon for mink eyelash extensions and refills from House of Beauty by Yaretd in Camarillo, CA, which has expired. Despite numerous attempts to schedule appointments and visits to the shop during business hours, I have been unable to reach anyone. Additionally, I had contacted Groupon to update my email address from [redacted] to [redacted] due to hacking issues. However, I am still unable to access my old vouchers, and I demand either the old Groupons be reinstated or a refund issued for the lost value. I would appreciate a prompt response to these concerns. Thank you, Pam Stephenson.

Issue with Retrieving Return Label I am currently having difficulties obtaining a return label for the Sonic-FX Solo Toothbrush with 11 Heads (white) that I received on April 20, [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts since 4/20/18, I have not been successful in retrieving the return label online. Whenever I try to initiate the return process, I encounter an error message stating, “Oops! Groupon is temporarily unavailable or overloaded. Please try again in a few minutes.” I even engaged in a live chat with a representative from Groupon who advised me to reach out to JustAnswer.com, but they in turn directed me back to Groupon. I am requesting the return label be promptly sent so I can return the toothbrush and heads for a refund.

Hello, I'm Alana Rowton. I encountered an issue while ordering a 70" tv stand last night. Despite entering the correct billing zip code, I had trouble submitting my debit card information because the system insisted it did not match the bank's records. After receiving a message that the order was processing and I would be notified via email about any issues, I did not receive such an email. Upon attempting to check my order status, I found that the customer page was inaccessible, leaving me uncertain about the transaction. I am concerned about whether my order was successful, as I am unable to retrieve the order number or verify any details. My billing zip code is [redacted].

I purchased three adorable fruit baskets for my grandchildren, expecting an email with the details, but they never received it. I received a reminder email saying the offer was expiring, so I called customer service, but my grandchildren were confused as they didn't know how to claim the baskets. After researching how to redeem them, I realized I had actually purchased three discounts and not the actual baskets shown in the picture. It turns out my grandson would need to pay extra money to get the baskets, which I didn't realize. I asked customer service if they could combine the discounts for a $90.00 basket, but they didn't understand. Now the Groupon has expired, and I feel disappointed. I thought I was getting the cute baskets pictured, not just a discount. Since the email was never received, I'd like to use the $90.00 discount to send my grandchildren something they'll love. I'm on a fixed income, and the expensive baskets are beyond my budget. My grandchildren are excited about the baskets, and I hope the company can assist me in resolving this misunderstanding.

I purchased adorable fruit baskets for my three great grandchildren, but unfortunately, they never received the email notification that was supposed to be sent in April. Recently, I received an email indicating that the baskets were about to expire, which was a surprise since my great grandchildren were unaware of this. I contacted customer service, but they seemed uninformed. I shared the email containing pictures of the fruit baskets with them to show what I had ordered - one for each child. Upon clarification, I realized that what I actually purchased was three 30% off coupons for fruit baskets, not the actual baskets themselves. Due to this misunderstanding, I am hoping to resolve the situation by combining the three 30% discounts to receive 90% off a single fruit basket. As a loyal customer, I value our relationship and look forward to continuing to do business with your company.

I would like assistance regarding a Groupon I purchased for Bloom today. I am looking to cancel the voucher and receive a refund. The terms require using the voucher to buy more expensive items, resulting in additional costs. Although I bought a $40 voucher for $20 on Groupon.com, using it made the purchase more costly than not having the voucher. Upon comparing the product choices and prices with and without the voucher, I discovered the inflated prices. Despite the $40 discount, the flowers ended up being more expensive, providing fewer flowers at double the price. Moreover, there were extra charges, including a $5 vase fee and a $2 delivery fee for May 11th, that were not present when purchasing without the voucher.

I am seeking a refund for the purchase I made on Groupon for flowers from Blooms Today (Order #1[redacted]51-[redacted]). When I used the voucher, I ended up spending more than if I hadn't bought it. The flowers turned out to be more expensive and of lesser quantity compared to the regular prices without the voucher. I noticed additional charges like a $5 vase fee and a $2 delivery fee for May 11th, which weren't present when I didn't apply the voucher. The prices seem marked up, making the $40 discount insignificant. It feels like a bad deal overall. You can reach me at [redacted]

I used a Groupon for a 3-month Pandora Premium subscription, but I have not received the service after contacting them via email. Despite having a Groupon certificate, my account is still on the free standard Pandora package. I received an email about my thumbs-up playlist but would like to access the Premium features. I prefer receiving the 3 free months of Pandora Premium rather than a refund. Thank you for your assistance.

I encountered an issue with Groupon regarding my order. I ordered a membership to Bjs and contacted customer service on April 27 to ask a technical question, only to have my order mistakenly cancelled by their staff. After confirming the error was on Groupon's part, they advised me to reorder. However, when attempting the purchase again, I was unable to proceed as the original order was still in the system. Today, I attempted to reorder the Bjs membership for $35, including the membership and $25 in Bjs dollars, but received a message indicating this option was no longer available. I believe I should not be held accountable for a mistake made by Groupon. Despite regularly making purchases through Groupon and shifting from Amazon, I am facing challenges with this transaction. I would appreciate it if my order could be reinstated as initially placed. I have tried contacting [redacted] multiple times, but unfortunately, no one has answered my calls.

I placed an order today and noticed a duplication in my purchase. Instead of receiving one coupon, I have been charged for two. Upon contacting the help center via live chat, I found them unhelpful. Despite explaining I only ordered one, they insisted the sale is final for both items. It seems that Groupon lacks a customer service option within the USA for assistance. Disappointed with this experience, I may have to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company. Dealing with Groupon in the future does not seem appealing. Here is a snippet of the conversation with the "help" center: Logo Chat Name: Fred Finkelberg, Chat Ticket ID : [redacted][redacted]0 Rohaizad Husin, Apr 27, 5:04 PM CDT: Hi Fred, Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund as stated in the Fine Print on your voucher and the deal's purchase page. If you're unable to utilize your Groupon, feel free to pass it on to a friend or family member. If you encounter any issues with redemption, please inform us promptly for assistance. I have a Groupon voucher for a snorkeling trip for two. When I contacted the company to schedule the trip, they informed me of a $29 wet suit fee instead of the $10 fee mentioned on the Groupon. Additionally, I have an old Groupon for the same company, and they mentioned expired Groupons are not accepted. The company, now called Sea Daddy's Adventures, required a wet suit for snorkeling, which I'm not comfortable with due to my size. I am seeking a refund for both vouchers and would appreciate Groupon credit instead. Thank you.

I made a purchase for a juice cleanse on 4.18.18 but encountered issues with double charges. On that date, my credit card had expired, so I entered a new one and placed the order, being charged $[redacted]. Despite no confirmation, I reordered on 4.25.18, again charged $[redacted]. This time, I received an email with a coupon code prompting me to visit the vendor's site. However, the site required me to input credit card details before I could apply the coupon. After using the coupon, I was charged $[redacted], totaling nearly $[redacted] for one juice order. I need help correcting this situation and resolving these excessive charges.
