I have been a customer for years and purchased an escape room for $[redacted], expecting to use my $65 Groupon. Unfortunately, the escape room was full, and despite not being able to use it, the Groupon was marked as "viewed," causing me to lose out on $65. This loss comes at a challenging time for me since I recently lost my job and car. I took my daughter and her friends to the escape room as a way to help her with anxiety and depression but ended up being out hundreds of dollars. It's disheartening that Groupon wouldn't refund the amount considering the circumstances. I won't be using Groupon again after this experience. It's disappointing to see how businesses handle situations like this, especially when people are genuinely struggling to make ends meet.

Please contact me promptly at [redacted]. I have left a message without a response. Despite the phone message directing me to seek help online, my attempts have been fruitless. I am taking steps to report Groupon to the BBB. They withdrew funds from my checking account for various products without adequate communication. These include "Hello Fresh," a return address stamp, and 2 canvases. There was a lack of confirmation on delivery dates, stamp details, photo choices for canvases, and shipping addresses. I am utterly displeased with Groupon's service and lack of efficiency. I plan to inform my Facebook friends about the challenges in reaching customer support and the company's handling of transactions. Trust is now in question.

I purchased a mirror that arrived damaged and defective. The charger port on the back is broken, the mirrors are falling out, and it won't stay upright. I have tried contacting the seller with no response. Additionally, the pictures of the damage cannot be uploaded due to size restrictions. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase as the product does not meet the advertised specifications, and I am seeking a refund. I tried to redeem my Groupon right after purchasing it, but the vendor informed me they were facing staffing issues and no longer providing the service. The scheduled class on November 8th, [redacted] did not take place as the host, Lola, was unreachable due to leaving her phone in an Uber. I recently bought four Laser-Lipo Treatments from Light RX using Groupon, but I was informed that Groupon only allows me to use one treatment despite charging me for two. I also traveled 33 miles for a scheduled consultation at the Virginia Beach location, only to be told it was meant to be over the phone. Although I missed the call for the phone consultation while speaking to the salesperson at Light RX, Groupon messaged me to reschedule it for five days later. Due to these inconveniences, I am requesting a full refund for both laser lipo treatments I bought. My name is Ashlie O'Neill, and my Groupon name is Ashlie Teal. I purchased a holistic massage coupon with Groupon code VS-JZTC-PYCG-992k-JHZ5. My experience has been frustrating with difficulties in scheduling appointments, last-minute cancellations justified by Groupon's incorrect agenda. Despite finally attending my first appointment with Ms. Svetlana on January 27th at 9:00 am, subsequent appointments set with her were rejected as she had canceled my initial appointment without notice. Even though I had written reminders and the voucher receipt, she preferred to accommodate someone else. Several weeks ago, I made purchases through Groupon for tinted windows for my vehicle and hair services in a specific state. I was considering purchasing a voucher to revisit a tattoo shop I had visited previously. Accidentally, I clicked the buy button before making a decision. I purchased dental care for my two dogs, but this veterinary office refuses to provide simple cleanings and wants to charge $[redacted] per dog, totaling $[redacted]. I informed them that other vet offices offer basic cleanings for less. They suggested I seek a refund through Groupon. I contacted my credit card company about the issue since I pre-paid for the service. I attempted to cancel and request a refund on the Groupon website and, finally, the refund showed up today. It has been over 3 weeks since I purchased a 90-minute deep tissue massage for approximately $60 on Groupon. Unfortunately, I am unable to print the proof necessary to make my appointment. Despite multiple attempts to contact the massage business, I have not been able to schedule my appointment as they do not answer their phone or return my messages. Additionally, when I found another massage site online, it was closed for safety reasons, leaving me frustrated with the situation. I have not received any response from Groupon, and when I tried their chat site, I was directed to pay an additional $5 for customer service. This experience has been stressful, especially during these uncertain times. I request a refund of the $60+ payment made on my Visa card between February 15 - 19, [redacted] through Groupon, as I have not been able to obtain the massage I paid for. I purchased three Groupons for Miami Aqua Tours, but I encountered issues when trying to book a boat tour. Despite calling multiple times with no answer, I attempted to use the Groupons on Feb 13th. Unfortunately, I was informed at the ticket booth that only 10 Groupons are accepted per day, a policy not clearly stated on their website. Despite showing my call log, my friends and I had to pay full price for the boat ride as we couldn't use the Groupons. Hi, my name is Carlette Myers. I have purchased several Groupons and have been pleased with all except the one I am inquiring about today. I bought a Groupon for InstaSculpting located at [redacted] West Fallbrook Ave, Suite #[redacted], Fresno, CA [redacted] - Phone # [redacted] for 6 treatments at the beginning of last year. Upon arrival on 2-19-[redacted], they offered me more treatments for $70 extra, which I paid. Due to the pandemic, I only used 2 treatments before they temporarily closed. Good morning, I am finding it frustrating that resolving issues like this during a professional phone call is not possible! I bought a Groupon for four treatments at "Frost Fit," and during my first session, I got a burn on my back from the treatment. Frost Fit couldn't refund me because they marked my Groupon as redeemed. I have tried to contact Groupon multiple times without success. I don't think I should have to buy a customer service membership to get help. I paid $68.00 for this and would like a refund for that amount. Please look into this and reply. Diane T.

I recently purchased a floral arrangement but mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address during checkout. Additionally, I utilized a Honey offer that required me to purchase a gift card from them to use as payment for the order. However, I couldn't find where to apply the Honey gift card during checkout, so I decided to cancel the order with the intention of rectifying the issues with customer service. I would like to proceed with ordering the flowers for delivery to my brother's address using the Honey gift card for payment. Hello, last year I purchased a Groupon for the owner and manager of jfeom my son's program to jy skin, but due to Covid, they couldn't use it. They tried to make an appointment recently. The salon was very rude and even mentioned that since it was a Groupon offer, they would receive a limited service. This made them feel belittled. I would like to change the location and I feel it's unfair for them to offer deals that are not honored with the full service. I don't recall actually authorizing the purchase; however, I managed to cancel it promptly.
