I recently purchased a KALLAX shelving unit from the IKEA store. After coming home, I realized that only half of the parts were included as the furniture came in two separate packages with the same article number. The store did not have any signs indicating that both boxes need to be collected, and the cashier did not mention this either. I reached out to customer service, and after filing a case, I was informed that the missing package cannot be shipped due to size restrictions with Fedex. The store suggested I pick it up myself, but it is far from my location. I know that IKEA ships these products via Fedex for online orders, so I'm hesitant to return to the store. I am willing to pay for shipping; I just want the missing package to be sent to my address.

I bought a complete kitchen with cabinets in [redacted], and now some of the doors are de-laminating. The plastic laminate is bubbling up and coming off the material underneath. Ikea claims it's due to water damage and won't honor the 25-year warranty. I find this reasoning unreasonable as our kitchen hasn't been flooded. I believe this may be a common problem as I've found similar issues online with this model. We are requesting Ikea to replace the cabinet doors at no cost.

I reached out to IKEA on 4/30 and received the following response: "Thank you for your email. We aim to reply within 3-5 days. Thank you for contacting us." Details provided: First name: Manjit Last name: Madar Phone number: [redacted] Email: [redacted] Store: Tempe Concerns raised: Order #[redacted]62 was short-shipped 4 items, and I was told by agent Jasmaine O on 4/24 that my CC would be credited $29 for delivery charges but I have not seen this yet. The order was also not delivered on 4/27 as promised due to a miscommunication on their end. A gift card for $[redacted] was promised for the inconvenience with a new delivery date of 5/3 (Conf number [redacted]8). It has been past the promised time frame, and I have not received the resolution. I hope for a prompt response regarding the gift card and CC refund. Thank you.

Hi, I contacted Ikea almost 10 days ago regarding a problem with my bed. Even though I accidentally emailed the UK customer care, they responded within three days! It's reassuring to see the UK Ikea taking care of their customers. After multiple emails and a long phone call where I was on hold for over an hour, I visited the Woodbridge, VA store. Unfortunately, I was denied a replacement leg for my bed which has caused it to collapse. Despite attempting to purchase the part, I have been unsuccessful. I have been patient, but the lack of response is pushing me to consider disposing of the entire bed. I hope Ikea addresses my concerns promptly; otherwise, I may have to look elsewhere for furniture. I recently purchased around $[redacted] worth of IKEA cabinets. I am in urgent need of purchasing 4 NORDLI 4-drawer chests to complete my order. We were expecting a delivery today and received two confirmation calls yesterday, but no one arrived or contacted us. We're frustrated as we both had to take the day off for this long-distance delivery, only to not even be informed that it wouldn't be coming. After calling after 7PM, we were told they weren't showing up and received a casual "oops." We are incredibly upset and would appreciate any assistance on this matter. I recently purchased furniture from my local IKEA store and requested delivery and assembly for a TV stand as well. The assembly company who arrived only put together the frame of the TV stand, not the entire piece. Following up with IKEA, they initially promised a free next-day assembly which didn't happen. After another attempt scheduled for today, the assembly company claimed to have come and gone without any notice, leaving us puzzled. Despite trying to reach out to them multiple times, there is no response. It has been a frustrating experience, and we are seeking a refund for the assembly services along with compensation for the time wasted.

I had a delivery scheduled for yesterday. I got an automated message the day before, promising a call 30 minutes before the driver's arrival. I never got this call, only a difficult-to-understand message from the driver saying he'd be there in 10 minutes. I rushed home from work (a 10-minute drive) and assured him I'd be there in 10 minutes. He called again 6 minutes later, claiming he was at my house. I asked for 3 more minutes but found no one when I arrived home. The driver didn't answer my calls and the company put me on endless hold. After a heated call with the driver, I was told Ikea would contact me, but no one did. A follow-up automated call about my delivery never materialized. I'm eager to reschedule my delivery, get my paid item, and receive an apology for this frustrating experience. My order number is [redacted]24.

I received an email informing me that my order hadn't been delivered. After contacting the delivery company NAL, they mentioned they are still waiting for the truck carrying my order. When I inquired about a possible delivery timeframe, they couldn't provide one and advised me to reach out to Ikea. Unfortunately, my attempts at contacting Ikea customer service have resulted in being put on hold four times with no response. I urgently require someone to get in touch with me promptly to provide an explanation. Otherwise, I will have to request a refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused by Ikea's lack of communication.

My experience with T-Force has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service lacks professionalism and consideration for customers' schedules. After spending over an hour on hold, I was informed that my 4-hour delivery window would only be provided after 8pm the day before delivery. This leaves me scrambling to plan my day, coordinate with my crew, and arrange for child pickup from school. IKEA, known for their customer service and quality, deserves a better delivery partner than T-Force.

Dear IKEA Customer Service, I had a delivery scheduled for today. The delivery service contacted me at 11:11 AM, saying they could deliver in 15 minutes. I explained I wasn't home but could return shortly, and they said they couldn't wait. Later, they called again when I was at work, claiming they were about to deliver within minutes. The delivery window of 11 AM to 3 PM was neither agreed upon nor communicated in advance. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach customer service by phone from noon until 4:30 PM, I am frustrated. Due to this poor experience, I may need to cancel my order and shop elsewhere. I recently picked up my order from a collection point in Birmingham. I want to acknowledge the exceptional customer service from Sharon at the Wednesbury store. Despite my confusion about the collection location, Sharon went above and beyond to ensure I received my order by coordinating with Pete at the collection point. I later visited the Wednesbury store for additional items. However, upon assembling the bed frame, I noticed a mark that I had to cover with a marker. Additionally, the mattress had a noticeable dirty mark upon unwrapping it. This was not the quality I anticipated, especially after paying £[redacted] for the mattress and £[redacted] for the bed frame. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter. Thank you. I placed an order on Friday, May 18th for 3 Bekant standing desks, but I want to change my order to the smaller 47-inch version instead of the 63-inch one. I can't find my order online to make the change myself. The new item number is [redacted].[redacted].20 for the 43-inch white Bekant standing desk. Could you assist me with this issue? I have been trying to contact Ikea Customer Support without success. I waited on hold for 1.5 hours yesterday with no response and today all circuits are busy. I need help before the items are shipped.

I bought the Kura bed on May 23, [redacted]. When I tried to assemble it at home, I discovered that I was missing some necessary parts. In the manual, on page 5, the first step requires connecting 3 posts with specific notches. However, I only received 1 post with 1 notch and 6 posts with 2 notches each. After contacting customer service, the first representative suggested returning the entire bed, which was inconvenient for me. When I called again to speak with a supervisor, I was offered to have the pieces mailed to me, but it would take a week. Instead, I decided to visit the store in person since I was heading back to L.A. that weekend. At the store, I was informed that the only available option was to go to another location where one piece was reserved. The manager, Lara, seemed unsympathetic towards my situation, speaking through an associate and not directly to me. Melissa offered to follow up and mail the missing parts but I have not heard back from her yet. As a long-time Ikea customer, I am disappointed with the handling of this issue and would appreciate a more efficient resolution without the need for further calls or visits.

Regarding reference case # [redacted]9 about the Freiheten sofa, I would like to address an issue with an IKEA order that was delivered on May 23. Unfortunately, only one out of three boxes was delivered, and there has been no communication about the other two pieces despite multiple attempts to contact IKEA by phone. We urgently require the remaining pieces of the order delivered to zip code [redacted]. This order was made in late February, and we have faced several delivery complications. With summer guests arriving in two weeks, it is crucial for us to receive the complete sofa set promptly.

I had two scheduled deliveries from Ikea that did not go smoothly. The first time, the delivery was delayed due to a truck breakdown without receiving a prior call. Shortly after calling them, I received an email about the delay. The second delivery was set for a Saturday between 12pm-4pm, and I arranged for someone to be present at the location as we don't reside there. However, the delivery did not arrive as scheduled, and I was later informed via email that it was rescheduled for 5pm-7pm. Despite this, the driver surprisingly arrived at 4:50pm before the revised time, while we were trying to find someone to accept the delivery. Unfortunately, as we were unprepared, they marked it as a missed delivery, though it was within the original time frame. I've been on hold for hours to reschedule and am hoping for a new delivery slot this Thursday within a 4-hour window.

I am disappointed with the customer service experience I had with IKEA. I made a purchase on 6/3 and received an email instructing me to call a [redacted] number, which led to a dead end with no option to speak to anyone. After trying other numbers, I eventually reached a representative who transferred me to another person, putting me on hold for over half an hour with no call-back option. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance and would appreciate someone addressing this issue promptly.
