The dress is expected to be shipped on Dec. 18th, after the standard tailoring time. My wedding is on Dec. 30th, and the latest I can receive it is the 28th. Upon payment, I was informed the dress may ship 4-8 days after processing. I require confirmation that it will arrive before my wedding, or if there are alternative shipping options to Expedited. Expedited shipping takes 3-5 days, but as I am in Hawaii, it may be longer. I seek reassurance or may have to cancel my order. Thank you for your assistance.

I had paid for expedited shipping for a simple dress I ordered to arrive before Christmas. However, upon checking the status, the estimated shipping date is December 29 instead of today. The dress is not customized and should only take a day or two to process and ship. Since I am located in the US and there is a warehouse here, I am concerned about the delayed shipping date. I placed an order on December 7th for a King Tiger RC, and it has yet to arrive. I am concerned about the delay as I have never experienced such issues with deliveries before. I placed an order on February 19, [redacted], and selected the fastest shipping option of 3-4 business days. I checked the tracking last night only to discover that the order was placed on February 23, [redacted], and now it's saying the package won't arrive until March 5, [redacted]. I am outraged by this delay as I urgently need the package, and today is the latest it should arrive. I feel frustrated and unsure of what steps to take next.

I have two things to ask about. Firstly, I found two pairs of shoes that I like, placed them in my cart for comparison while shopping. When I returned to my cart, it was empty, and now I can't recall the page the shoes were on. Secondly, I'd like to send a picture of a shoe I'm considering to my mom, but I need help with electronically sending it along with the shoe model number. I appreciate any assistance.

I purchased two round handmade crochet tablecloths on March 4 this year. The total amount I paid was €82.87, including shipping. However, on the 14th of March, I received two completely different tablecloths that were sent from China. I had to pay an additional €31.69 for customs fees, which I was unaware of. After a lot of effort to contact the company, I was instructed to return the incorrect order to an address in Poland, costing me another €18.50. I have already spent a total of €[redacted].06 for the tablecloths, customs, and return shipping, but I still have not received the correct order. The company has offered to refund the customs fees, but I am seeking a full refund. I am frustrated with their lack of communication and difficulty in reaching them. This experience has made me lose confidence in receiving the correct product.

I placed an order weeks ago, and I was notified that it was shipped and delivered. However, I never received the item. This is my first time ordering from your company, and I am disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my order. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours, I will have to take further action, including canceling the payment with my bank. I will also leave negative reviews online.

I purchased a dress from the website for someone else. Upon delivery, I was informed by DHL of a £31 import tax. The person no longer wants the dress, so we requested to return it when the delivery man came. After contacting Light in the Box, they offered a 50% discount on the extra fees to prevent the item from being destroyed. However, DHL stated they can only return it at the sender's request. Despite asking Light in the Box to return the dress, they insist it will be destroyed unless I pay the fees. My order number is [redacted][redacted].

I placed an order and noticed my top choice shirt was not available, but it seems to have been ordered now. The order status shows "contacting customer service." Could you please provide guidance on replacing the hex-shaped plastic cartridge inside the faucet in case of future repairs? Do you offer the replacement cartridges as a separate order item along with the special hex tool for removal and replacement? This faucet was purchased as a sample for a potential commercial apartment building project. 2. I recently bought the boys' 2mm full wetsuit size xs for my 3-year-old, but it turned out to be too small. The sizes are running very little, with short legs and arms. I believe I need a size Large in this brand as it runs quite small. However, I am experiencing difficulties with the return process. Hello, I recently made a purchase for a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner. At checkout, I encountered an issue where the webpage indicated that my credit card had been declined. I proceeded to try different cards multiple times, assuming the transactions had failed. To my dismay, I later received notifications from various banks confirming that all attempts had actually gone through successfully. This resulted in me unintentionally paying for the same item five times. Hello, I encountered an issue while trying to make a purchase on your website. The shipping option seems to be unavailable. I attempted to input delivery addresses for both the UAE and India, but I received an error message stating: "No Shipping Method Available At This Time." I was wondering if you deliver to the UAE, as it's not listed in your countries selection, although prices are displayed in UAE AED. Interestingly, India is listed as a country option, but I couldn't select it for shipping. Moreover, I couldn't find a link to submit an inquiry before placing an order. The only available option seems to be after placing an order. This situation is concerning to me. While seeking customer service, I was directed to a page instructing me to fill out an online inquiry form, but unfortunately, no link or email contact was provided. I eventually found an email address ([redacted]) through an external search, rather than on your website, and have already reached out to express my concerns.

I have not yet received my order for the rainbow bag with the order number [redacted]4. I did receive another bag that I ordered later on, for which I paid insurance and shipping. DFL charged me £20 for delivery, and £9+ of that was for VAT. However, despite my inquiries, I have not received an explanation for the remaining balance. The order number for the bag that arrived is [redacted][redacted]. This discrepancy is unusual for me when ordering from this company. I recently purchased the Rock Crawler RC car based on the impressive video demonstration showing it jumping ramps and speeding across water at 55 to 60 miles per hour. However, I am extremely disappointed with the product. The more expensive model I purchased fails to even reach one mile per hour, struggles to climb any obstacles, and frequently gets stuck in grass. It is small and essentially useless. I feel like I wasted my money on this piece of equipment and I am seeking a refund. Surprisingly, a $40 RC car from Walmart outperforms this supposedly top-tier model. Hello, I placed an order with LightInTheBox on July 9, [redacted]. On checking my order status, I noticed that only one out of the nine dresses I ordered has been shipped. Despite selecting expedited shipping, the other dresses are now scheduled to ship on July 30, [redacted], which exceeds the processing time stated on the website. I have made several purchases from Light in the Box, including my most recent order today. While two of the items were satisfactory, the third item fell short. I am seeking a replacement for the unsatisfactory item and would like to clarify that I am not willing to cover the cost of return shipping. If I am required to do so, I will reconsider ordering from Light in the Box and will share my negative experience with others through numerous reviews. I have placed an order for two items recently. The first item, an evening silver women's wrap with order number #[redacted]2, was shipped on July 14, [redacted]. The second item, a women's silver evening bag with order number #[redacted]7, was shipped on July 19, [redacted]. Prior to ordering, I was advised that the expected delivery time would be 5-8 days. However, after reading reviews about late deliveries, I am concerned about receiving my items on time for my event. It has been 10 days since the first item was shipped. Tracking my packages on your website has been unreliable and I even encountered issues with the accuracy of the tracking number provided. Some customers have reported receiving their packages after 4 weeks. I need assurance regarding the arrival time of my orders, or else I may need to make alternative purchases.
