I missed the Mother Mother concert at the Regent Theatre on January 13 due to Covid. I purchased Acoustic package tickets through Live Nation for the smaller show the band hosted before the main event at the Hollywood Palladium. Unfortunately, my son and his friend were left disappointed after attending the show. Despite having tickets for the acoustic gig, they were not given access to it and were only granted standard admission. Despite arriving on time, there was no information available on when the acoustic gig and meet and greet would take place. The lack of guidance and assistance from staff at the venue added to our disappointment. The advertised package included a Q&A session, meet and greet, special laminate, sticker set, signed photo, and acoustic set, none of which were provided. Even after reaching out to Live Nation with a complaint, we received dismissive and unhelpful responses. I am determined to escalate this issue as it's unfair to pay for something and not receive the promised experience, especially with a disappointed child in the mix. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased concert tickets as a gift for my sister, but during the process, I wasn't prompted to input her name or indicate that it was a gift. Now, when I attempt to transfer the tickets, I'm informed they are non-transferable. Following their instructions to resolve the issue proves challenging as their website is unresponsive, making it impossible to reach out for assistance. Your help with this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am currently in a chat regarding order #59-[redacted]/CAR and I am extremely frustrated with the automated system. I am struggling to communicate with the representative. Despite my repeated explanations that I do not have a smartphone, I am being directed to download my tickets through an app. I need assistance with my Ticket Delivery method as I do not have the capability to use a smartphone for this purpose. I have already printed my order details which mention Ticket Delivery eTicket, but I am unsure about when and how I will receive an email with an e-ticket that I can print at home. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I am in need of help from someone who can comprehend my issue and provide a solution.

I am having trouble reaching Live Nation using their hotline (1-[redacted]) as it seems to be out of service. The alternative number ([redacted]) has also not been helpful in connecting me to a real person during the designated hours. Unfortunately, the email responses I have received only provide generic answers. The issue I am facing involves selling tickets for the now-canceled Ozzy Osborne concert. Live Nation states they will only provide a voucher to the original purchaser, who resides in the USA, causing complications as the person I sold the tickets to is now requesting a refund from me. However, the refund will be directed to my friend in the USA, creating further complications. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Warm regards, S.K.

I bought VIP tickets for the Jelly Roll Concert at Darien Lake. I had a terrible experience because the lounge was closed before we even entered the venue, despite paying for 2 free drinks and food. They claimed to have emailed all Live Nation customers saying it would start at 5-7, but I did not receive any email so we missed half of the event and had to spend extra money. I am requesting a refund of half the money for each of the 4 tickets, which were $[redacted] each.

I bought 2 tickets to Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening at the Warner Theater in Washington, DC for Friday, November 24. Additionally, I opted for parking at the Ronald Reagan Building for $19. I made the purchases through PayPal, and the receipt displays a $19 payment for parking. I reached out to Live Nation's chat support, and they informed me that ParkWhiz would email me. Despite checking my spam folders, I haven't received any communication from ParkWhiz yet. Therefore, I would like a refund for the parking or for ParkWhiz to acknowledge my purchase and send the necessary email for parking access promptly.
