I have been receiving Louisiana unemployment benefits since June [redacted], up until December [redacted] when I had to re-file in January due to benefit exhaustion. I've been receiving benefits without any issues until this week. Usually, I file my weekly benefits on Sundays, with funds deposited on Mondays. However, as of today, Thursday, February 25, [redacted], the benefits have not been deposited. I've contacted multiple agents daily since Monday, each offering various reasons for the delay. Despite uploading proof of identification again as requested, no progress has been made. I've requested to speak with a supervisor for a quicker resolution but have been denied. Waiting 21 days for a fix is unreasonable, as bills need to be paid, especially with kids to feed. This situation needs urgent resolution.

I have not received a payment since December 7. I have been filing every week. I received an email on February 25 stating there was an issue with identity verification closure. They mentioned they received my documents, reviewed them, but there are still three benefit payment audits on my claim. Whenever I call, I always get the runaround. I have lost everything, and now the state is involved because I am homeless with two kids.

I have an ongoing unemployment claim that states it's in progress each time I check the website. Despite speaking to multiple workers, including one named Emerald on February 11th, I haven't received any funds on my card. I was told they were waiting for my proof of identification, which I have sent seven times. The last worker assured me they received it and were expediting the process. Another worker later confirmed they had everything needed and were in the processing phase, yet I still haven't received any money. With impending homelessness, I am desperate for these benefits to provide shelter for my children and me. I complied with all requests, so I'm unsure why there's a delay in receiving my benefits. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for my Louisiana unemployment and federal unemployment payments. Despite trying to contact the workforce department multiple times via email and phone calls, my claim has been under audit review. I was mistakenly advised to file a new unemployment claim when my original claim reached zero, but I later learned I just needed to continue filing weekly certifications for job searches to pull from the next available quarter. Unfortunately, due to this advice, I am now facing payment delays. If your claim is nearing zero, remember to keep filing weekly certifications to ensure a seamless transition to the next quarter without the need to file a new claim unnecessarily.

It has been 9 weeks since I received payment. I was deemed ineligible because the paperwork was submitted a few days late due to homelessness due to the virus situation. They requested information on wages I reported via the portal, deducting money for a week during which I helped disaster victims in Lake Charles, LA, during the last hurricane. My children were removed from my care due to homelessness, despite verifying my identity multiple times. They resolved my outstanding issues, stating there were none, and promised to release my benefits that week. It has been 4 weeks since then. I am desperate to have my children back; all I need is a stable place to be located so they can come home to me. My children are scared and separated, and I am not being informed of their whereabouts. Please assist me.

I received a $1,[redacted] check from the Workforce Commission for unemployment, but due to an error in my bank information, the money was sent to U.S. Citibank's card services. Despite receiving three debit cards from them, none had any funds. I've completed two ID verification forms, but it has been almost 10 weeks without receiving payment. This delay is causing me to face eviction and lose all my belongings. I am struggling to reach anyone at the Louisiana Workforce Commission as appointments are necessary, but I can't schedule one. I urgently need assistance; please contact me at [redacted].

I am Anita K. Lambert. My phone number is [redacted] and my email is [redacted]. Last four digits of my social are [redacted]. I am having trouble tracing my missing payments for April 24th, May 1st, and May 8th. I have transaction numbers, but neither LWC nor ReliaCard can locate them. The payment from April 24th should have been for the 19th week, which was mistakenly returned to LA Workforce. I received payment for the April 25th week on the working ReliaCard. I urgently need help with this issue as I am behind on rent and groceries. Please assist me promptly. Thank you and God bless.

My unemployment claim has been pending since October 17th. I have submitted all the required documents multiple times and after finally speaking with a representative, I was directed to another phone line. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone due to high call volumes, even after they extended the support to Saturdays. I've been told my case was audited three times, with two audits closed and the last one still ongoing. I've provided the requested selfie with my ID and social security number numerous times with no updates. I'm feeling stuck with my Louisiana unemployment claim.

I had three checks stolen from my mailbox last June, and one each in July and August last year. After contacting a few coworkers about the issue and facing some unhelpful responses, one person finally took the time to address my problem. They confirmed that the missing checks were never cashed and sent me a form to fill in my personal information along with the check details. I faxed it back on the 18th of last month. Since then, I have been unable to reach anyone. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you, Charles Holifield.

Hello, my name is Vionakka Carter. I have been waiting for my back payment since February 17, [redacted]. The delay has caused me a lot of stress and frustration. I have submitted all possible documents, including my social security card, Section 8 letter, Louisiana SNAP food stamp information, [redacted] tax return, unemployment information, ID, and verification selfies. I have also completed the ID verification process. Despite all this, I have not received my payment of $4,[redacted]. I have reached out to various offices, including the Louisiana workforce commissioner's office and my state representative, but I am still unsure of what additional documents are needed. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to clarify the situation and expedite the process.
