I am experiencing ongoing issues with my Lycamobile where all calls are going directly to voicemail without ringing. Some contacts are also indicating that my phone number appears as private when I call them. Moreover, when contacting other Lycamobile users, they mention that they are prompted to leave a voicemail instead of the call connecting. This problem has persisted for the last 15 days and is causing me significant frustration. If these problems cannot be resolved satisfactorily, I am considering switching my carrier and provider. Hello, I am experiencing difficulties making calls to specific networks and internationally since yesterday. I am subscribed to a tariff plan that offers unlimited everything, and this issue is not exclusive to me as my friends are also facing the same problem. It would have been helpful if there was prior notification of any disruptions from your end, as you usually send messages for other updates. If the service is no longer available, a heads-up would be appreciated so I can consider switching to a more cost-effective network with similar features. I have been a loyal customer of yours for over a decade. Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance with canceling the auto-renewal service on my Lycamobile SIM. While attempting to recharge my SIM with a £15 voucher pin, I mistakenly applied a £5 voucher which triggered an automatic balance renewal. Unfortunately, I've been unable to reach Lycamobile customer service since Friday to resolve this issue. I kindly request that the existing plan be canceled, and a refund of £5 be processed so that I can proceed with recharging my account with the correct £15 amount.

I have a Lyca SIM with the number +[redacted]5. Unfortunately, I mistakenly recharged it with a £1.99 Bundle plan. I would like to request a reversal of this charge and kindly ask not to dispatch a new SIM to the address provided. The transaction reference number is MFST[redacted]. I am currently travelling out of the UK and plan to use the SIM in the Netherlands. Could you assist in transferring the amount to my mobile top-up instead? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I transferred my Lyca number ([redacted]3) to Three on the 28th of September [redacted]. However, I canceled my Three contract yesterday and requested to have my number back with Lyca. Even though I topped up with £20 yesterday and everything was fine, this morning I suddenly lost network access and it now shows "no service." My SIM card has stopped working. I urgently need my number back with the top-up as I have provided it to several places. Please assist me in resolving this issue as my number is crucial to me.

I recently switched my number, [redacted], from Lebara to Lyca. Despite receiving a message confirming the porting was completed, I am unable to receive calls on my new Lyca number. Whenever I try to call, I receive a message stating "the number you have called is not recognised." I have contacted Lyca three times, spending a total of about three hours on the phone. Each time, I was given different assurances but no resolution. I requested to speak with a supervisor but was left waiting for 45 minutes without an answer. Although I understand there may be issues, I would appreciate better communication and updates on my inquiry. It has been three weeks since I initiated the porting process, and I hope for a swift resolution.
