I've left multiple messages and tried to have conversations with Lyft support through the app's chat feature. Unfortunately, the responses in the chat have been delayed, offering no helpful solutions and advising me to wait 24 hours before contacting them again. I have screenshots from the app and my bank account to support my claim of fraudulent charges. Not having used Lyft for 2.5 years, I've received three unauthorized charges in the past two days. My bank account doesn't appear to be linked to the app, which is concerning. I've deleted my account due to these issues. As a single mother, the latest charge has drained my bank account, leaving me distressed. I urgently need to speak to a customer service representative to address this frustrating situation.

My husband and his friend experienced a canceled flight at the airport. They were provided a Lyft voucher to arrange a ride. However, the driver named James initially refused them due to their luggage amount and vehicle size. Later, he returned and offered to drive them to the hotel at an extra $40 charge despite the voucher. I overheard this conversation and felt upset about the additional fee. They are scheduled to return to the airport today with a voucher. I wish for a driver to be arranged for them at [redacted] Airport Blvd, Morrisville, without any charge as Delta Airlines has covered the cost.

I have been trying to dispute and contact Lyft multiple times, but it has been challenging to reach their customer support. The available contact options are not working, and I suspect someone else might have access to my Lyft account. I keep getting ride alerts even though I have not used Lyft recently, and when I try to dispute them, I am told that I took the ride. This unauthorized usage is affecting multiple accounts and causing overdraft fees. I have been using Uber instead due to this issue, as Lyft continues to charge me for rides I did not take. Upon reflection, I recall encountering a challenging rider named Vincent who may have filed a complaint against me. Despite his disruptive behavior due to mental health issues, I was patient and understanding. However, it seems that Lyft solely relied on his report to suspend my driving privileges without seeking my side of the story. In contrast, I have been a dedicated Uber driver for six and a half years, using the phone number [redacted]. I recently noticed some unauthorized transactions on my account related to rides taken in Virginia. It is clear from my account history that these transactions were not made by me as my balance was 0 during that time period. Someone accessed my account without authorization and used my credit card information. They even used a different profile picture. I am seeking reimbursement for all transactions made between January 31st and February 1st, as I did not approve any of these payments. I have already reached out to customer service through the app, but they closed my claim without resolving the issue. I am willing to provide a copy of my driver's license to prove my identity. Please conduct a thorough review of these transactions and refund all unauthorized charges back to my card. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel this ride three hours before the scheduled time of 2:15. Despite trying to call Lyft, I was unable to find assistance in canceling the ride. As a result, I did not utilize the service. The driver was a male with short black hair, a slightly lined up black beard, and light skin. The 3-6 teachers have been having discussions with parents. A 1.5-hour conversation took place with April before the decision to leave was made. Parents are inquiring about the situation, expecting better communication. Some teachers are on the verge of resigning due to the lack of clarity. Even Hannah is aware but has not followed through on promised discussions. Parents are hesitant to commit without experienced teachers and the community they value. Several families joined recently, amidst the challenges of the pandemic.

On Saturday, I had to rush to the emergency room with one of my dogs for a back issue while having my other nervous dog with me, making it a handful. Both drivers went above and beyond, showing great kindness and patience despite the circumstances. I planned to tip them generously but got distracted with my dog's well-being and other concerns. I now recall my intention to tip them more. Unfortunately, it's been over 72 hours, and I can't adjust the tip through the app. I would like to give both drivers an additional $20 each. I've been searching for a way to contact support without success as the help resources only cover issues with drivers.

My daughter took a Lyft from the airport with a driver named Jorge/George, who was extremely rude and disrespectful towards her. He became angry because she didn't speak to him when she got in and proceeded to use offensive language towards her, including calling her derogatory names. This behavior made my daughter feel scared, and she decided to exit the vehicle. Thankfully, this incident occurred during daylight hours at the airport. My wife recently took a Lyft ride in Phoenix and paid the driver's tip in cash. She had a great ride and the driver was very nice. Yesterday, we received an email requesting a tip for the driver. My suggestion is to add a spot on the tip page to indicate that the driver had already received a tip with cash. At this time, it looks like the rider failed to tip the driver, and that does not look good in the history of the rider. I am requesting a refund from Lyft for an unauthorized charge on my card. Despite providing evidence of the refund owed, it has been 4 weeks and my money has not been returned. I am frustrated with the situation and urge Lyft to return my money promptly. Taking money without authorization is unacceptable, and I demand a resolution. Yesterday, I had a frightening experience with a dangerously reckless driver while using Lyft. Despite reporting the incident, support only offered me a $5.00 credit which I find inadequate given the severity of the situation. The driver was speeding at 90 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone, nearly causing multiple accidents. I sustained bruises from the seat belt and am shocked I didn't suffer whiplash. Support claimed I could only receive a $5 credit for a $25.99 ride, but this response doesn’t address the real issue. I have a good history with Lyft, with over [redacted] rides and mostly 5-star ratings. I once received a refund on September 24, [redacted], which was unrelated to this incident. This experience left me feeling scared and vulnerable, especially as the driver exhibited erratic behavior and the vehicle smelled of drugs. I fear for the safety of others if this driver is not addressed promptly.

I recently purchased a Lyft prepaid gift card at Randall's over an hour ago. The receipt from Randall's confirms that the card was activated. However, when I tried to use the card on my Lyft app, it shows as not activated. I already reached out to customer service and sent them the required information, including pictures of the receipt and gift card, as well as what the app is displaying. Despite this, I have not received any response yet. The store where I bought it refused to issue a refund, putting the responsibility on Lyft to resolve the issue. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and resolution.

I ordered a car to one address and it never arrived. It seems it went to a different street and picked up someone else, thinking it was the right person. The driver started driving towards the drop-off address with the wrong passenger. I contacted the driver, sent texts asking why he left when the right person was still waiting, but he didn't respond. He reached the destination without dropping off anyone and I was charged for the ride without my son being picked up. I'm upset because my son was coming from the hospital and feeling unwell. I have evidence, screenshots of the texts I sent and the incorrect pickup address where he went. Unfortunately, when I tried to report it through the app while on the move, they said there was no issue with the pickup and drop-off. The driver didn't pick up the right person. I had to order an Uber to get my son, and I have evidence of that too. I want my money back. I'm very upset, and if I don't get any resolution, I will have to take this to consumer rights.

I booked a Lyft Priority pick up, but the driver did not arrive despite clear directions provided. The app indicated the driver was across the street with no specific location. The driver was deaf, so I texted instructions with my address but he couldn't find it. The driver cancelled the ride, or it timed out as "arrived." I got another Lyft, and that driver successfully reached me following verbal instructions. Lyft billed me $5 for a "no show." After complaining online, they offered a Lyft Credit expiring in 4 weeks, but I prefer a refund to my Visa for the $5 charge. It is frustrating that there is no direct way to contact Lyft to resolve this matter, only an endless online loop.

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me with my issue. Checkr conducted a background check on me, but it was inaccurate as my date of birth and nationality were not included. I reached out to Checkr and provided two clear criminal background checks, but they stated they can't do much from their end and advised me to show the documents to my employer, Lyft. In their response to my email, they mentioned they do not make decisions and instructed me to submit the documents to Lyft for them to assess the situation. I have been dealing with this for the past two weeks, and it seems Checkr's mistake is causing me trouble since neither Lyft nor Checkr can assist me. Should I seek legal advice and sue Checkr for their inaccurate reports? Or should I request Checkr to conduct another background check with the correct details, even if I have to cover the expenses? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I booked a ride to the airport to save $27.85 by selecting the wait and save option. However, the driver took me to an abandoned parking lot near the airport as he indicated he couldn't understand English and asked for a different destination. Despite trying to show him the correct location, I was worried about missing my flight due to the tight TSA timeline. To resolve the situation, I entered a different terminal which cost an additional $30 for a 10-minute ride. I believe I should be reimbursed for this extra cost since I had difficulty communicating with the driver and ensuring he understood the correct destination.

I had a difficult experience with a Lyft driver who refused to complete my ride. Despite informing him of my walking issues due to a disability, he left me stranded in Manhattan, near Lexington and 80th Street. I was supposed to meet someone at Ess-a-Bagel and provided the address when I got into the car. The driver became rude, claiming I gave the wrong location, even though I reiterated the address and explained I was unfamiliar with the area. He then shouted at me, demanding I exit the vehicle and calling for another Lyft, which I did not request. I had to take a taxi to my destination, incurring additional costs I cannot afford on my fixed income. It is unjust that I am now being charged for a ride I never received. Hello Lyft Support, I've attempted several times to access the application but have been unsuccessful. Whenever it verifies my phone number, a window pops up stating I am ineligible, even though I have not finished entering my documents and data. I'm puzzled by this. I would like to understand the issue preventing me from completing my application. The previous email mentioned I needed to complete the ID Verification step to continue with my Lyft driver account. The steps provided include logging into the driver dashboard, selecting 'Finish Application,' and clicking 'Get Started' under 'Identity Verification' to answer authentication questions.
