Hello. I signed up on your website a few days ago and got a monthly subscription. Yesterday, I got logged out somehow and can't log back in. I keep getting an "incorrect password" message and when I try to reset it, I'm not receiving any emails. Could you please help me out and send the password reset link to my email? Thank you.

I joined 'Match' in [redacted] and have been an active paid member for several years. Initially, I had an honest personal profile with varied photos showing different aspects of my life. I temporarily stopped my account when I was in a relationship with someone from Match, but now I have reactivated it. I lack current photos but want to accurately represent myself to other members. I would like Match to display my original profile and photos so I can show who I used to be and who I am today. Unfortunately, currently, no one can see me or communicate with me. Hello, I am Robert Branno and I created an account on your site in September [redacted]. In late November, I connected with Amanda and we have been dating for 2 months. Recently, I hid my profile after meeting her and even mentioned in the comments that I had met someone special. However, my profile became unhidden, causing Amanda to think I am still looking for someone else. In frustration, I deleted my account. I need to cancel my subscription. I thought I had done it to end in September [redacted], but it renewed despite the stated end date of September. Since then, I've been trying to cancel, but now it's prompting me to do it on a computer instead of my phone where I originally signed up. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford the £14.99 monthly fees indefinitely. I've now purchased a secondhand computer to cancel, but I can't access the cancellation page on Match.com. I even bought a new battery, but the page still won't load after a couple of hours. When I tried on my phone, a "click here" link didn't accept my password, which I changed yesterday. I found us to be very compatible, which led me to purchase Superlikes to show my interest. However, I'm struggling to locate her on the website or app consistently. I was only matched with Russian profiles when I set my preferences to be within 50 miles. Additionally, many profiles seem to only be interested in casual encounters. I have also received profiles of users who no longer want to be on the site. I raised these concerns with you within 14 days, but received no response. Subsequently, I have canceled my profile and future payments. I refuse to pay to communicate with customer service, especially without a contact number for Wales. Charging customers for support services is unjust. This kind of practice creates opportunities for scammers.

I recently discovered that match.com has been charging me £[redacted] for a membership I thought I had cancelled years ago. I am not seeking a refund but would like to permanently cancel my account. My bank suggested contacting match.com directly since they blocked future charges on my account. However, I am having trouble accessing my account online as I forgot my email and password. I have been unable to find a working contact number for match.com online. Is there any way to resolve this issue and cancel my membership without resorting to blocking my card or changing bank accounts? The match.com headquarters are reportedly in London, Leicester Square.

I am having trouble accessing my Match.com account. I am confident I have not violated any terms of use. I suspect my account may have been restricted because of a person named Susan. We met three times, had meals together, but ultimately she blocked me, claiming we were not compatible. Not once was I impolite or offensive. I accidentally liked her profile about three years after our last meeting, and was promptly banned. It seems too much of a coincidence. Despite this incident, I had a positive experience with Match in the past, meeting great people who remain good friends. I recently canceled my subscription with Match before it was due for renewal. I received confirmation that the cancellation was successful, but I noticed that you still withdrew money from my account even after the cancellation. This is unacceptable and potentially illegal. Please ensure that my account is fully canceled and refund the money back to my bank account. I will have to take further action if this matter is not resolved promptly. Moreover, I want to bring to your attention that there is a profile on your site belonging to someone looking for casual encounters due to their ill spouse. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my match.com account. Despite attempting to reset my password through the "forgot password" option, I am unable to progress. Upon trying to utilize the new password sent to my email, it states there is an issue with my account. I have been encountering this problem for 24 hours now, impacting my paid month's membership as I have lost a day. Kindly address this predicament promptly. I acknowledge that some of the messages that generated complaints may have been sent prior to my warning. I have taken the initiative to issue a second apology to all the ladies involved. I signed up for a one-month subscription on Match and was billed $49 for a 5-year plan outside of my subscription through Apple without my knowledge. I managed to reverse the $49 charge, but I'm struggling to cancel the 5-year membership. The support representative is asking me to pay and reverse $[redacted] to Apple five times, which seems excessive. The initial attempt to reverse the charge didn't work, leaving me out $[redacted]. I'm reluctant to go through with the other four steps and more $[redacted] transactions until the first one is resolved. I attempted to open an account using [redacted] and made the payment. However, my phone number was not recognized, preventing me from proceeding. Switching to my other email, [redacted], I was able to pay and start the account. Regrettably, I noticed later that the premium was also charged to my first email. I am seeking a refund for the [redacted] subscription. It seems there was an issue when creating my account initially. How can I request a refund? I've attempted to use Match several times since [redacted], and the experience has been disappointing. Men request your phone number, then proceed to call and disrespect women in ways I never imagined. I've decided to stop subjecting myself to this treatment. The world has evolved... One of the most disturbing aspects is the number of men displaying AR-15s & AK-47s in their profiles. This is not about love but about spreading hate, and I'm weary of encountering mean and disrespectful individuals. I cannot continue with this platform; I crave unity, not division.

I am unable to access my match.com account. Once I enter my username and password, I receive an error message stating there is an issue with my account. I have attempted to contact support by visiting atsupport.match.com, but I am directed to a form that I have filled out multiple times without a resolution. I have also tried to reset my password and clear my cache based on suggested solutions online, but these have not worked. Additionally, I attempted various other methods such as typing in different URLs and manually entering my credentials, all without success.
