I need to retain my Hotmail account in order to access all my important files that I have saved over the years. I have been using Microsoft since my HP Windows XP days, possibly not the exact version I used back then, and my account dates back to [redacted]. I'm open to upgrading to the newest version of Hotmail/Outlook. I kindly request assistance in transferring all my folders from my early days with Microsoft to the updated platform. Thank you for your help.

I need help syncing my iPhone cloud-based contact list with my Outlook program on my desktop. I'm getting an error message "no default profile in Outlook" when I try to sync. I would appreciate assistance from a Microsoft tech support person who can remotely access my computer to fix this issue. Eldon Foster. Thank you.

My Microsoft and Xbox accounts were blocked back in August [redacted] due to suspicious activity. Despite submitting forms for over eight months, I keep receiving the same automated response stating my accounts are blocked without further explanation. I had numerous software purchases amounting to thousands of dollars. I seek assistance in regaining access to my old account at [redacted] and my Xbox username as brianbrown42, or a refund for my purchases. The lack of human support from Microsoft regarding this issue is frustrating. I am concerned about the cyber theft implications as I am unable to ascertain what led to the blocking of my accounts. I appeal for a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.

Regarding ticket: [redacted], I bought an "Office Home and Student" license card from Microcenter for my wife's new Apple iMac. When trying to activate it, I encountered errors. Despite working with a Microsoft technician, we were unable to install it successfully. The next day, I found out the license had been activated under an email I don't recognize. I've contacted Microsoft four times, only to be told there is a fraud investigation and that I must pay for [redacted] until it's resolved. I find this situation unacceptable. I paid $[redacted] for the key, and now I'm expected to pay monthly? I demand a new product key promptly. If there is a fraud issue within Microsoft, that's your responsibility to handle, not mine. I suspect an error from one of your 24x7 techs caused this mess, and I seek a resolution or contact information for a manager who can assist. If this matter isn't addressed, I will share my frustration on social media platforms.

I am a new employee at an IT firm and was tasked with upgrading computers from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro. During the process, I tried to purchase the upgrade using my company card. However, the card was declined, and it automatically defaulted to the customer's card without alerting me until after the transaction was completed. This happened again on a second computer but I was notified of the decline this time. My colleague then provided their company credit card, which was successfully used for the purchase. Unfortunately, the receipt displayed my card number. Upon reviewing the company credit card statement, it seems both of our cards were charged, in addition to the customer's card. We unintentionally paid for three licenses but only used two. Is there a way to seek a refund for this error?

I am seeking assistance with deleting my Microsoft account. Unfortunately, I have lost access to it as it requires a phone number I no longer possess. Despite multiple attempts at account recovery, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access. The attached Microsoft account uses my Gmail address [redacted], of which I still have access. I kindly request the permanent deletion of the Microsoft account and would appreciate it if a verification email could be sent to my Gmail address for confirmation. Thank you for your help.

I have been locked out of my Hotmail account. I have tried many times to fill out the account recovery form, but it keeps getting rejected. I mainly use the account to receive purchase confirmations and rarely send emails. The form asks for at least three previously sent emails, and I have only sent two to my sister in the past year. Unfortunately, she doesn't have records of our previous communications. I don't have much experience with computers as I am 68 years old. Please assist me in regaining access to my account.
