I am extremely disappointed with the recent delivery issues regarding our Milwaukee Journal Sentinel subscription. Lately, our Sunday paper has failed to arrive for the past two weeks. Despite contacting customer service, we were directed to an offshore call center. After being assured of redelivery, it never took place on both occasions. When requesting to speak with someone in the United States, I was informed this option was no longer available. Even when asking if there was a number to reach the local Milwaukee Journal Sentinel office, I was informed that all calls are routed to the overseas call center. This situation is frustrating and makes me consider canceling our subscription altogether.

We have a mailbox attached to our Journal, but the delivery person consistently throws the paper onto our driveway. This forces us to go down into the ditch or use tools to retrieve it, especially challenging for my handicapped wife and my own back issues. Despite being double-bagged in plastic, the inconvenience of collecting it each time is becoming burdensome. It would be greatly appreciated if the delivery person could take a moment to place the paper inside the box, as it would save us from unnecessary strain. Please address this matter promptly to avoid any further disruptions. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Michael S. N2W31920 Twin Oaks Drive Delafield, WI [redacted]

Since late [redacted], my new delivery person has been consistently delivering my Sunday and Wednesday papers in unsatisfactory locations. Instead of placing them in my paper box, he often leaves them in the snow or in a puddle in front of the box. Unfortunately, my Sunday paper from February 23 was even thrown past the paper box into a ditch filled with water, making it likely unrecoverable. This has happened around five to six times in the past two months. I have a paper box for a reason, and I simply expect my papers to be placed there, not on the ground or in unacceptable locations like snowbanks and ditches. In the current challenging market for print media, upsetting paying customers like this is unreasonable. The impact of poor service can quickly spread through social media platforms, and it's essential for your company to address these issues promptly.

I live at [redacted] Willow Lane in Hartford, Wisconsin [redacted], and I wanted to inform you that my Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel paper has blown out of my mailbox six times already this April due to windy conditions and improper securing in the double pink bag. I have a suggestion to solve this issue by having the carrier tightly fold the paper into the double bag and then fasten a rubber band around it before placing it in my mailbox, as my previous carrier used to do without any problems. I have had to purchase a replacement paper for $2.50 each time this happened, totaling $15 for April already. I have reached out to customer service five times this month, but the problem persists. Please address this matter promptly by instructing my carrier to use a rubber band around the pink double bags. Thank you, Doug Witczak.

I contacted customer service on Wednesday, August 26th, [redacted], to cancel our subscription. I specifically requested that the cancellation start on Thursday, August 27th, [redacted]. The representative assured me she would take care of it. However, we are still receiving the paper daily, which should have ceased the following day. We are unhappy with the editorial tone and biased language used in your articles. We prefer objective news reporting without personal opinions or slants. While we enjoy the sports and comics sections, we find the overall content lacking in unbiased reporting. We have decided to discontinue our subscription due to these reasons. Please cancel our subscription immediately. My account number is MJ[redacted]. Thank you.

Dear Sir, I am reaching out regarding the recent articles targeting Senator Johnson. I believe that a newspaper's role is to inform rather than influence political outcomes. In a free country like the United States, media influence should be used responsibly. It seems that your publication has taken a negative stance on Senator Johnson, attempting to sway public opinion. I have noticed a trend where media outlets are losing credibility due to biased reporting and shared narratives. Using repetitive language like "inciting violence" or "Russia Collusion" does not establish truth. It is essential for newspapers to maintain integrity to sustain readership. Senator Johnson's reputation is being unjustly tarnished by your publication's unsubstantiated claims. I hope for a more balanced and accurate representation of facts in the future. Thank you and best regards.

Good Morning, I have been a subscriber to the Journal for 26 years and live in Wauwatosa at [redacted] W. Wisconsin Ave. For several years, our regular delivery person did a great job, usually leaving the paper close to our door. However, it seems there may be a new delivery person now. On multiple occasions, I had to go outside to retrieve the paper placed halfway down the path. During a recent snowstorm, the paper was buried under the snow and not placed near the house. We value our daily paper and kindly request that it be left just outside our front door for easier access. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Regards, Michael T. and Jeffrey S.

Hello, I live in zip code [redacted] and have been experiencing issues with my Shop Now weekly ads. Lately, my ads only contain grocery store promotions and are missing the advertisements from major stores such as Lowe's, Home Depot, Stein Garden, Menards, Kohl's, and others. Interestingly, other neighborhoods seem to be receiving the complete set of ads. I raised the concern with the US Postal Service, and they mentioned this is how they receive the ads. I also contacted the journal, and they assured me they would address the problem. I simply want to receive all the weekly ads from Shop Now. Thank you for your assistance.

I currently have a subscription to receive the newspaper only on Sundays and Wednesdays until March 1, [redacted]. Firstly, I did not receive last Sunday's paper on January 9th and have submitted a report. Secondly, I also did not receive yesterday's paper on January 12th but have not reported this yet. Thirdly, I was shocked to receive a bill for $[redacted].30 for 2 papers per week, which does not align with the $20.00 per year charge on my account. Additionally, I am unsure about the "$[redacted].00 Additional Charges" listed. As I am on a fixed income, I cannot afford these unexpected charges. I would appreciate it if the pricing could be adjusted as I am considering canceling my subscription if this issue isn't resolved.

I have not received the TV Book for the past four Sundays with my J-S delivery. I have reported this issue and requested refunds for the last three weeks. My report for the fourth week is as follows: It seems the carrier is not following through in providing the complete service. Please escalate this matter to ensure that it is addressed. Could you kindly confirm receipt and understanding of this message, credit my account, and prevent this from happening again? I would appreciate an explanation for how this oversight occurred. Thank you, wgkoch

This heartwarming tale recounts the story of the Walker Easley Family, who were separated as children 40 years ago when their mother passed away. Through the years, many family members reunited, but one, Marshall Sterling Easley, remained missing. Growing up in Gary, Indiana, Marshall eventually found himself homeless in Milwaukee, unable to read or write. A compassionate woman crossed his path and provided him with food, clothing, and shelter, even attempting to jog his memory about his family. After much searching and perseverance, Marshall's siblings received a text revealing that he had been found by this kind-hearted woman. Thanks to her efforts, the family was joyfully reunited with their long-lost brother after more than four decades.

I have not received my newspaper for the third time in a month, despite paying in advance. You mentioned that my account would be credited, with the newsstand price being $3.49. My address is [redacted] Carter Circle North, Franklin. I am not interested in receiving two papers tomorrow like last time; I want my paper promptly. Typically awake at 4:30 a.m., I can tolerate a delay due to weather, but all my neighbors have received theirs. If I end up buying a paper from the local gas station at 6:00 a.m., I anticipate a credit for the newsstand price. As of today, I have not observed any credit added to my account.

Our previous carrier, Allyson Tetzlaff, was exceptional during her time delivering our paper. She retired at the end of November. The paper was consistently in the box before I left for work at 4:45 am. I kindly ask the new carrier to inform us if they will continue delivering at that time. If not, I may have to cancel my subscription, which I have held for over 60 years. Thank you.

I'm having trouble finding a local number to get a copy of yesterday's newspaper. The number I have been calling seems to be out of service. When I reached out, I spoke with two individuals who had foreign accents and were more focused on selling a subscription rather than helping me find a copy. I am willing to subscribe for six months if I can be directed on where to pick up extra copies. My father, who used to advertise in the Milwaukee Journal, Milwaukee Sentinel, and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for over 50 years, is no longer in contact with his previous connections due to retirement and poor vision. I have heard there is an office on Kilbourn, but it's been challenging for my sister, me, and others to obtain copies of older newspapers. I would appreciate a phone call to discuss my concerns further. Thank you, Cheryl P.
