When I try to access the NVC case page to input and upload documents, I encounter an error message stating that the server is unable to reach the target, and the shown target is tdcwozwcapp02.ca.state.sbu. This issue has occurred for the first time today while accessing two different cases on the NVC website. I suspect that the NVC pages may have been compromised for the "pay" buttons and the DS-[redacted] button links, as this problem has affected at least three separate cases for me today.

As the attorney for two U.S. Citizen children, I am concerned about their approved consular processing from June last year. I had printed their DS Confirmation pages which are essential for their immigration process. However, when attempting to check their cases recently, the DS-[redacted] forms and affidavit of support seem to have disappeared. This is perplexing as we had been waiting for consular dates in the DR for them. Additionally, I have realized that each child now has a separate DOS case number on top of their NVC case number. This situation has caused confusion and I'm unsure of the next steps to take.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am the beneficiary in regard to the case number BMB[redacted]. I want to provide an update on the immigrant visa interview experience I had with my daughter at the United States Consulate in Mumbai on November 5, [redacted]. Following the interview, I received a 221g letter instructing me to submit additional documents via email for further review. I was later told to hold off on submitting passports until further notice, expected in 3-4 months. Unfortunately, my wife, the Derivative Beneficiary, couldn't be interviewed the same day due to an unresolved medical issue. She had her interview on November 29, [redacted], where she was asked to submit required documents and passports in New Delhi. Despite doing so, we were informed that our case is still in administrative processing. After checking your website, I noted that inquiries can be made after [redacted] days, and it has been over a year in our case. Your prompt update on our case status would greatly ease our family's worries about reuniting. Appreciate your attention to this matter. Regards, M.R. K-2A Sheikh Sarai-2 New Delhi-[redacted] India

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with a document. Two months ago, they requested all my [redacted] W-2 forms along with other documents. I uploaded them, as I only work for one job at one company. Today, they approved everything, including the W-2 I submitted. However, I received a message again today asking me to upload my [redacted] W-2. I only have one W-2, and it has already been accepted. What is the quickest way to resolve this? My agent uploaded it under the "Other Documents" category. Is this a mistake?

I submitted a petition for my wife and our two children, ages 8 and 12, on November 13, [redacted]. They had their interview together at the consulate in our country on February 17, [redacted], but due to Covid-19 and Proclamation [redacted], their visa was delayed. I became a citizen on May 11, [redacted], and my wife obtained her visa. However, my children's visa process was impacted negatively, requiring me to file new petitions for each of them. The new petitions for my children have been approved by USCIS and sent to NVC. I have received new case and invoice numbers and have been asked to pay the fees, even though I had paid for the previous petition and all documents were accepted before their initial interview. I expected their files to go directly to the US Embassy in our country without going through the NVC process.

I am writing regarding Case Number: YDE[redacted] for M.C.N., born on May 26, [redacted]. I paid the IV immigrant fee for Shamah and Kylie at the embassy on 9/29/21 during an 8:30 am interview appointment. However, I have not been able to activate my electronic account to complete the DS260 forms as requested. After the interview, I was asked to reschedule for Oct. 28th, but encountered issues adding Shamah and Kylie to the group. During the Oct. 28th interview, the problem with the DS260 forms persisted. I need assistance activating my account to show the fee as paid so I can complete the forms before the follow-up appointment on November 10, [redacted]. Your urgent attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. M.C.N.

Subject: Difficulty Completing DS260 Forms Case Number: YDE[redacted] Name: Molla, Clauvice Nyah DOB: 26 May [redacted] I am reaching out regarding the challenges I encountered after paying the IV immigrant fee for Shamah and Kylie during the embassy interview on 9/29/21 at 8:30 am. Despite being instructed to complete the DS260 forms online for them, my electronic account remains inactive, preventing me from doing so. Following an unsuccessful attempt to rectify the issue on the same day, I was prompted to reschedule the interview for October 28th, the earliest available date. However, I faced difficulties adding Shamah and Kylie to the same interview group for that day. During the October 28th interview, the problem persisted, hindering me from finalizing the DS260 forms for both individuals. As we have another appointment on November 10th, I urgently seek assistance in activating my electronic account to reflect the paid IV fee, enabling me to complete the necessary forms promptly. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Molla Clauvice Nyah

Dear "Melanie," I am requesting an update on the status of SIV applicant Mohamad Iqbal Razmi. His SIV case number is NVCSIV[redacted]. He and his family have their passports ready and are in urgent need of approval for evacuation. Mohamad Iqbal Razmi is currently hiding with other SIV applicants in a city far from Kabul to escape the Taliban. The weather is becoming extremely cold with snow, and they lack warm clothing, staying on bare floors with only two blankets for the whole family. Women are cooking on propane tanks. It is crucial for their safety to be evacuated before the freezing weather worsens their living conditions.

I am in a situation where the NVC is requesting either a W-2 or a 1099K for my private business. Since I receive payments through PayPal, I do not have these forms available as they are not provided by PayPal. Although my earnings were only $[redacted] and not the required $20,[redacted], my tax preparer has drafted a letter to justify why the amount was reported on the W-2 line. The delay in resolving this matter is causing financial strain as I am the sole provider for both households until my husband joins me, which was expected to happen over the summer. I hope the letter will suffice and help expedite the process to avoid further wait time.

Hello, I hope you are well. I need some assistance regarding my case. My name is Mutasim J. N. A. Your case number is JRS[redacted], and your invoice number is IVSCA[redacted]0. I have already hired a lawyer, but I have some inquiries. I sent an email about a month and a half ago and have not received a response. I currently hold an F3 immigrant visa but due to a recent divorce, I would like to switch it to the F1 category. I have submitted the divorce papers to the NVC but have not received any information regarding the process of changing my visa category or instructions for proceeding with the interview in Jerusalem, which is my home country. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide and clarification on why there has been no response to the divorce paperwork I submitted to the NVC. Thank you.

Hello, I am Afton and I applied for my husband's Visa, which has been approved. However, we are still waiting for the interview appointment in Abu Dhabi. It has been 2 years, and 10 months since we got married. My mental and physical health have deteriorated, and I need my husband here in the US. I provided documentation from doctors and myself to expedite the process. After getting approval from NVC and a call from State Representative Kevin Hern's office, we were initially happy but later learned that the expeditious was denied by Abu Dhabi, causing me to fall into depression. I am questioning why, as a US citizen, I have to go through all this when married to a citizen should make it easier. My sister is facing similar challenges with her husband's Visa. Her mental health has declined severely. Our case numbers are [redacted]. We are perplexed by the prolonged process and seek assistance. Thank you, Afton Shoeleh

I have written a letter vouching for him to stay at my residence and take responsibility during his visit. Unfortunately, he was informed that visas are not being issued at the moment. I received an email regarding my wife and my step-daughter's immigration process from China to the US. The email suggests starting the next step with the NVC. However, it's unclear if this is a mistake as we are awaiting further instructions for an embassy interview in Guangzhou. This confuses me as we have not been able to reach anyone at the NVC for details. I am worried about the status of the application, what is needed from us, and why we received this email prompting us to initiate the process. Having access to the NVC website doesn't provide the clarity I seek.

I have been navigating the challenging immigration process with the Form I-[redacted] petition for an alien relative for nearly 4 years, which has been extremely exhausting for my husband and me. As a Canadian living in the USA for the same duration, I initiated the process while residing here with the awareness of the NVC. However, to my dismay, I received an email scheduling my interview in Montreal, Canada on my due date as I am currently pregnant with our second child. Unfortunately, traveling to Canada poses a risk of being considered inadmissible when I attempt to return to my established life in the USA, where my entire family, including my baby girl, husband, and his family, resides. I have diligently reached out to the NVC and the consulate to reschedule the interview within the USA to no avail, facing a cycle of redirection without resolution. The never-ending process has left me longing for closure so I can reunite with my family in Canada while striving for a sense of normalcy without the persistent uncertainty.

Hello, I'm Errol Jarrett living in Ohio. I filed for my wife and daughter in Jamaica. My daughter received her visa on March 6th, but my wife's is pending. The embassy requested my [redacted] tax return, which I provided along with the transcript. They later asked for my [redacted] tax return, which I submitted. Despite IRS processing delays for transcripts, the embassy insists on receiving it promptly. I tried to explain the situation, but they were unwilling to listen. The IRS has agreed to send a note explaining the transcript process, but the embassy is adamant. If I can't provide the transcript in time, there may be additional costs. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In January, I applied to have Queenie Sarsosa Quoc, my fiance's 14-year-old daughter, added to the petition following USCIS SOP. I mailed a letter to the California Center with this request, but I have not received any response or notification from the NVC yet. Recently, the Embassy in the Philippines emailed about scheduling a visa interview for my fiancee. I need clarification on whether Queenie Sarsosa Quoc has been successfully added to the petition and if she should accompany my fiancee to the Visa Interview.
