Hello, my parents are in the process of selling a house and they received a 3-page document to verify funds. On the 1st page, it stated that the funds were verified for $[redacted],[redacted]. However, on the 2nd page, in the 2nd paragraph, it mentioned that the approval is not a final loan approval or a commitment to lend. I am concerned that this might be misleading for my elderly parents, as they are almost 80 years old, and I want to ensure they are not being deceived into thinking they have final approval. Furthermore, the 3rd page indicated a loan amount of $[redacted],[redacted] with a sales price of $[redacted],[redacted], while the 1st page clearly stated approval for up to $[redacted],[redacted]. This conflicting information is quite perplexing. I just want to make sure my parents fully understand how much money this individual is truly approved for before entering into a contract. Thank you for any insight you can provide.

I recently received a letter about my mortgage payment decrease from $[redacted].21 to $[redacted].94, but my email confirmation still shows the old amount. This is confusing for me as a first-time homeowner. In addition, I received a check from Quicken Loans for $62 which I cashed, but now I'm concerned I may need to return it if my mortgage payment hasn't actually been reduced. Can you please clarify this situation for me?

I attempted to settle my Belk account balance today, which amounts to $27.77. However, I am facing difficulties due to my frozen checking account linked to my Community First Debit card, affected by fraudulent activity. Typically, I pay this bill over the phone using my checking account. Despite trying to contact Belk, including Carmen Myers, my refinance contact person, and other Quicken Loan numbers, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining guidance or assistance since they are currently unavailable or closed. Seeking assistance from my credit union for a new debit card is only possible tomorrow, but alas, today is the due date for my payment, making it likely to be marked as late. I have exhausted my known options and will attempt the auto pay feature for Belk over the phone, even though I doubt my payment will go through due to the frozen account from the fraud issue.

I recently had my checking account compromised and had to open a new account. I updated my Auto Pay information with most companies, including Quicken Loans. However, despite providing my new account details more than six weeks ago, today's bill shows I owe two months' worth of payments. I am frustrated and disappointed by this oversight. I urgently need Quicken Loans to rectify this error and update my account promptly for Auto Pay. I am willing to discuss this matter with a company representative as soon as possible to ensure my payments are in order. If necessary, you can verify the information with my bank. I am eager for a swift resolution to this issue to avoid any further complications. Thank you for your prompt attention. Sandra D. Loan Number: [redacted]

I am interested in buying a home on a 22-acre property that cannot be subdivided due to zoning laws. The current owner wants to split it into Parcel A with the house I want and Parcel B with other buildings. There is an $[redacted],[redacted] outstanding balance on the property, and Parcel A was appraised at $1.25 million. The owner and I would each own 50% under tenants in common. I know the loan would cover the entire property and require a Tenancy in Common Agreement prepared by a lawyer. Can Quicken Loans finance this?

For the past few months, we've been consistently receiving our billing statements for loan # [redacted] later than usual. For instance, we got the billing statement due on 04/01/[redacted], dated 03/11/[redacted], on 03/23/[redacted]. Normally, we used to receive our statements around the 8th of the preceding month, giving us about a 3-week window before the due date. It seems either the USPS delivery speed needs improvement or Quicken should send out statements earlier. It took 12 days from the statement date for our last billing statement to reach us, making us apprehensive about the timely arrival of our payment in Carol Stream, IL. We have concerns that our payment might not be credited before a late fee is applied. We trust you understand our situation and will address this issue promptly to help uphold our excellent credit record. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Our Property Management Company specializes in managing retirement apartments for individuals over the age of 60 throughout the UK, overseeing more than [redacted] properties. Typically, we have a contingency plan in place to relocate owners to a secure location in case of emergencies such as fires or floods. However, due to the challenges presented by the current Coronavirus situation, we are uncertain if our usual accommodations will be available. Therefore, I am reaching out to major hotel chains to inquire if they can assist us.
In the event of an emergency evacuation, are you able to provide overnight lodging for our elderly and vulnerable owners?
I would appreciate a prompt response and would welcome a phone call from one of your representatives at your earliest convenience.
If I have not navigated your website correctly, please direct me to the appropriate person to address this request.
Thank you, Lisa B.

I recently submitted a loan inquiry to check current interest rates. Shortly after, I received a call from your company. I prefer not to be contacted by phone and find the repeated calls intrusive. Please remove my number, [redacted], from your system. This persistent calling has left a negative impression, and I am not interested in obtaining a loan under these circumstances.

Good evening. My refi loan number is [redacted], and my name is Joanne Payne. I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, Monday, August 3rd, at 2:00 at my home to sign the papers. There are some issues that need to be addressed before the meeting.
Issue #1: I haven't received the online papers from Amrick that the notary asked me to sign before the meeting. Please send them to my email [redacted] as soon as possible.
Issue #2: The paperwork in my Rocket dashboard mentions my first payment is due on September 1st, but my agent and another representative confirmed it should be on October 1st. Please correct this discrepancy before I sign.
Issue #3: My contact, Christopher Stanley, is currently on vacation until the 10th. Besides email, who should I reach out to so we can resolve these issues before the appointment tomorrow? Could you kindly give me a call early in the morning when you open, or at 6:00 my time? My cell phone is unreliable.

On March 3rd, my husband received a call from a lady claiming to be from Quicken Loans, mentioning Harrison Wyatt. Despite our repeated statements that we were satisfied with our current mortgage, the caller persisted with offers to refinance for a lower interest rate. After being firm about our lack of interest, the call ended. Shortly after, I received an email thanking us for the conversation but stating they would have to close our file. The message emphasized concerns about our credit score being pulled without our consent. We've had similar experiences in the past. We are alarmed by the forceful language like "CLOSE YOUR FILE" and "WE PULLED FOR YOU" in all caps. We have explicitly requested not to be contacted for refinancing and insist that our credit score not be accessed without permission. We kindly ask for our preferences to be respected and appreciate any assistance in addressing this matter.

I currently have a mortgage with Quicken and am paying PMI. When speaking with Pedro from your call center, he mentioned that PMI is based on the purchase price of the home, not its current value. However, I remember a Quicken flyer suggesting that increased home value could lead to PMI elimination. Can you confirm which information is accurate regarding eliminating PMI based on home value appreciation? Thank you.
