Hello, I am reaching out to discuss an incident involving my Roblox account. A few days ago while playing a game with friends, an individual offered me Robux through gift cards. Naively, I believed him as I was unaware of the risks associated with these types of scams. He even showed me his account with a significant amount of Robux to prove his legitimacy. Despite my doubts, I proceeded to interact with him on Discord. During the conversation, he provided me with a redemption code and suggested redeeming it on my behalf, leading to a suspicious request for my password. Refusing this, I attempted to redeem the code myself, which resulted in the loss of all my account information, including my parents' money invested in the account. Feeling helpless, I turned to my friends for assistance, only to discover that I no longer have control over my account. I am seeking aid from Roblox to regain access and secure my account, ideally through a password reset. My account was recently hacked. The person used my Robux that I had been saving ([redacted]) and traded all my pets in Adopt Me. They spent the Robux on a Trump [redacted] shirt, a disgusting witch hat, and some weird faces. I never got my Robux back, and I have been asking my mom for ages to buy me more, but she said no because I spent it all. There is also a group of hackers on Roblox called the BunBun Girls, who are hacking players, retrieving information, and selling it on the dark web. Please make your website more safe and kid-friendly.

My account was compromised, and I suspect it didn't have an email or phone linked to it. The username, livingmadness, isn't accepting my password. Upon searching for my account, I noticed unauthorized changes and activity. I can offer proof of ownership with details like the dates and amounts of added funds, recent catalog purchases within a month or two, and any previous email or passwords connected to the account.

I encountered an issue after taking a break from playing a game on Roblox. I am having trouble accessing my account. I have multiple accounts, but the one I am trying to log into has Robux, unlike the others which do not. I am also a premium member. Every time I input my account name and password, it prompts me to reset my password, but I don't receive the code to do so. When I try to retrieve my username or password, it requests my phone number, but then I receive an error message saying it cannot be done. Please resolve these issues so I can access my account without any further problems.

My daughter logs into Roblox daily. Today, she tried to log in but was unable to. I'm unsure which mobile number is registered on her account since she has had it for a while. Even though she is putting in the correct username and password, it's not allowing her to log in. I have the email linked to the PayPal account I use to make purchases for her, but unfortunately, I can't regain access to her account.

While playing Welcome to Bloxburg, someone asked me to build a house for them. After completing it, they promised to pay me with robux. They requested my password, which made me hesitant, but they convinced me. I shared my login details, and after refreshing the page, I found myself logged out. Subsequently, I discovered my email had been altered and struggled to reset it. Unfortunately, I only recall the user's name starting with "noobsoof4354." I typically log into Roblox and have been using the same account for 8 years without any issues. However, recently while playing with a friend, we received a strange notification in a game. We refreshed the page and resumed playing. Normally, when I finish playing, I either close the game or leave it open in a browser tab. Yesterday, when I tried to play again, the tab prompted me to log back in, which is unusual as I usually remain logged in. When I attempted to log in, I was informed that my password had been reset and needed to be changed. When I created my account years ago, I didn't have a phone number or email address linked to the account. I never changed my password, so it seems my account might have been compromised.

I am currently on the Security Notification page, which states that if an accurate email address was not provided during the account creation process, no emails can be delivered. When setting up my account, I did not provide an email address, causing difficulties accessing my account. I have attempted to verify my account but have not received any verification emails on my Yahoo Mail. This issue has persisted for the past two days. My username is OSSSuper.

One day while playing, I got logged out and mistakenly entered the wrong password several times. When I tried to reset my password, I realized I never added an email or phone number to my account. On December 11, [redacted], at 2:04:49 AM (CT), my account (Doctor_Syn) was banned for the reason, "[Your] account has been moderated because one or more of the charges on the account were reported as unauthorized or disputed by the billing account holder." I am currently 18 years old and have owned this account since I was 13. Although I am unable to confirm, it appears that my parent's billing information could be linked to my account. Nonetheless, I did not make the recent charge, as I have not purchased any ROBUX or Roblox Points since July 9, [redacted], based on my email receipts. Moreover, I suspect that my account may have been compromised. This suspicion is supported by recent transactions on my ROBLOX account, including a [redacted] ROBUX/Roblox Point purchase for an ad that I did not authorize. I have also experienced several unwanted password reset attempts. In response, I have initiated my own password resets to safeguard my account from further unauthorized access. I submitted an appeal to their team yesterday. My customer support ticket number is [redacted]5.

My son often accidentally loses Robux by pressing the "A" button, which is also used to access inventory and other game features on his Roblox account under the screen name Kendy [redacted]. This issue occurs in the game Dungeon Quest, and the account charged ends in [redacted]. He has lost [redacted] Robux in Dungeon Quest and another [redacted] in Workout Island in a single day. The problem arises when the purchase confirmation screen is still displayed in the safe zone, and he attempts to interact with another object using the "A" button.

My Roblox account was hacked by someone who gained access through my compromised Gmail account. They uploaded inappropriate content while I was changing my passwords, resulting in my account being permanently terminated. I have been trying to access my emyjedi account for about five days now. To confirm my identity, I had around [redacted] Robux in the account. However, I am hesitant to share my password until I am certain that the site is secure. I recently encountered a security notification that led to me being kicked out of my account. I made a mistake by sharing my password with my best friend family_428 to do my avatar, and she changed the password and took over my account. I noticed her playing on my server using my account (janin_20061). I tried my password, but it no longer worked. I am feeling upset and lost about how to regain access to my account. Hello. I need assistance. The player "Yuh_Fxgt6" hacked my account and took all my wood resources, including rare end times wood and snowglow wood. Several generous players contributed wood for me to build a palace, but Yuh_Fxgt6 ruined that by stealing everything and mocking me with "RIP." I urge you to permanently ban this thief. Is there any way to retrieve my stolen wood? Restarting from scratch would be time-consuming and costly.
