While playing Adopt Me, I didn't realize some players were dishonest. I got scammed after a trust trade with a random person. I reached out to a moderator but was warned that scamming isn't against the rules in Roblox, which I believe harms the platform and other players' experiences. Hello, my daughter has reinstalled Roblox on her new tablet. Whenever she joins a server and starts playing on the map, she gets kicked out after one or two minutes repeatedly. This never happened with the same account on her old tablet. Could this be a connection issue with Roblox, or is something missing from her registered account? Can you please explain why she can't play for more than a minute or two?

In French I have been hacked. I am not familiar with your company. My spouse and I, retirees, noticed that the same amount was debited three times in October, four times 20.35 in November, and three times 20.35 in December without consent. I wish to cancel this subscription that I am unfamiliar with and request a refund. The police suggested I resolve this amicably; otherwise, I will file a report. I am not alone in this matter. Please take the necessary steps. We are retirees. Waiting for a response.

My account "AllieisAwesome78" has been hacked. I believe the old password was "alliecat," and it seems someone guessed it, accessed the account, changed the password, and took control. I would often notice them online, playing games like Adopt Me. I'm hoping for assistance to regain access to my account as I worked diligently to accumulate my belongings on there. On November 2nd, I noticed unauthorized charges on my account. After unsuccessful attempts to get a refund through Google, my bank helped me. Unfortunately, my account was deleted, removing all my previous purchases. I would appreciate assistance in reinstating my account with a new credit card and restoring the items bought prior to November 2nd. Thank you.

I am playing a game called "Jojo" based on "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure." After joining my friend for 5 minutes, my avatar suddenly changed to a noobish style with a yellow body and blue limbs. I tried leaving and rejoining, but now my avatar has a blue body with black everywhere else. Can someone please help me fix this issue and ensure my friend receives the appropriate rewards?

I fell victim to a scam where I unknowingly shared my Roblox account details after clicking a link in a YouTube channel called Aestheticxx. Consequently, I was logged out and cannot access my account as my email and phone number were deleted. I am unable to track my past purchases, including one made in the summer of [redacted] using my mother's credit card for approximately [redacted] robux during quarantine.

I would like to request the restoration of my accounts deezbeez3 and ShadowZae3. I have devoted countless hours and years to these accounts and it feels unjust to be banned. Additionally, it was distressing when my second account was compromised due to hacking. I find this situation frustrating and unfair. I have been an active player of this game since [redacted], and I am exhausted from dealing with these issues. I kindly ask for the reinstatement of both accounts. I'm having trouble accessing my little brother's Roblox account. His username is Jackothecat45. Upon trying to log in with what I thought was his password, I received an error message stating it was incorrect. He mentioned not setting up a recovery phone number or email for the account. I used my Apple ID to assist in making in-game purchases for him. Unfortunately, his account seems to have been compromised, and it's causing distress. I can offer proof of the billings made through my Apple ID if needed.

I created my account in [redacted] using my Xbox, but forgot the password and had to create a new one to access Roblox on my phone. I mistakenly switched accounts on my Xbox assuming it would save, but it didn't. I've been using the wrong account ever since. I really want to regain access to my original account with the username "lymmsfe" that I use for all my games. I received a 7-day ban from Roblox due to a dispute with a homophobic user. I am upset because others have been banned unfairly for refusing scams and being reported by children. I stood up against the homophobic behavior, although I may have responded rudely out of frustration. I believe my account suspension was unjust, and I hope Roblox can reconsider and reinstate my account promptly.

My son's account has been suspended for 3 days without any explanation. I am certain he did not engage in any fraudulent activities and would appreciate clarity on the trade that led to his suspension. The lack of details on when the incident occurred and the absence of a means to appeal is concerning. Despite reaching out about missing pets purchased with Robux that disappeared due to a glitch, we have not received any response. The discrepancy in how suspensions are handled compared to addressing player concerns is disappointing. The lack of communication regarding the ban and its timing is frustrating, leaving us in the dark about the situation.

I feel very upset that my account was unjustly deleted. It was terminated due to changing my group icon to a picture considered "adult content," which was simply an image of a boy with bandages on his eyes. I only appealed once after receiving a 3-day ban, but the next day I was informed that my account had been terminated. This situation seems unjust as I did not break any of Roblox's Terms of Use or rules.

It is frustrating to receive multiple unhelpful responses to our inquiries over five days. The account needs to be reinstated or a refund issued for the unauthorized charges. I seek a clear resolution instead of continuous customer service delays. Please address this promptly by restoring access or refunding the amount spent in the game.

Roblox, the past three weeks have been a nightmare for me. It all started with a trade gone wrong with someone called "wuvvingyou." Then a user named "q3sm" somehow messed up all my pets in Adopt Me and items in Murder Mystery. After that, my account got banned for seven days due to inappropriate language, which I swear I didn't use. I even have proof of the trade and the issues in Adopt Me! I tried reaching out through Discord only to find my account terminated. Roblox, I've invested a lot in this account, please help me get it back. Thank you.
