A friend of mine, jaseyface9, who is a big fan of Rogue Lineage, recently experienced a ban from the game unfairly. He had paid [redacted] Robux for access during a 57% discount sale. The ban occurred when someone joined the server and used an exploit to fling all players into the sky, resulting in my friend getting banned along with others. This caused distress to my friend, who purchased 2 packages of 80 Robux each through the mobile app to acquire the [redacted] Robux needed for the game. Despite enjoying the game and playing continuously, the incident occurred today around 3:40 PM. I strongly believe my friend deserves a refund for the Robux spent.

Yesterday at 9:06 p.m. EST, my account was accessed by a hacker who took my Super Happy Face and used 4,[redacted] ROBUX to buy two other limited items, Catching Snowflakes and Rose Amazeface. The hacker enabled trading and exchanged my limited items. Additionally, they messaged my friends with a fraudulent message about a red valk, clearly a scam. I am seeking assistance to recover my items. This is my first experience with such an issue, and I am unsure of the necessary steps to take. I have contacted ROBLOX support via email, but have only received one response, causing me great concern. I invested approximately $[redacted] to obtain the Super Happy Face and have spent nearly $1,[redacted] in the game over the past two years.

My account was compromised, and the username affected is Vile80r1234 on Roblox. I have attempted multiple times to request the return of my account and even offered payment, but the hacker continues to use my mother's credit card, which I believe he obtained from her. I am requesting assistance in regaining access to my account along with all my Robux. I possess old videos that can serve as proof of my ownership from the start. Hello, I could use some assistance. Lately, I've been experiencing issues with getting kicked out of games on occasion with a message stating "Game running on different device," even though I haven't shared my password with anyone. I've tried to reset my password without success. A specific incident occurred when I tried to log in to Roblox but was unable to because I had forgotten my password. When I try to play Royale High on my iPhone 6 Plus, the Roblox app closes suddenly and takes me back to the home screen. This issue also occurs in Bloxburg, while other games like Meepcity run without any problems. I'm on software version 12.4.3 and would appreciate help resolving this so I can enjoy playing Royale High as smoothly as on my laptop. It seems others are facing similar difficulties.

I tried to update my account (fierceful_women) by changing my password, username, adding an email, and a phone number. However, the system kept saying my password was incorrect. I logged out and attempted the "forgot password" option, but it didn't work. It's been 6 months now, and despite reaching out to Roblox customer support a while ago, I have not received any assistance. My cousins are eager to play with me, so I need this resolved soon. A few years back, I was on ROBLOX, took a break for a bit, and upon returning, found myself logged into an old account. Despite numerous attempts to change passwords and recover my original account, which is under the username DOOGLAS16, I have had no success. It seems the hacker altered the password, and even though I believe I remember it, I haven't been able to access my account. It contains a significant amount of valuable content. I was playing in MeepCity with a friend when I teleported to her and discovered she was online dating. She's only 10 years old but acting much older, sharing personal information and links for potential in-person meetings. I'm concerned and want to report her behavior. Unfortunately, I don't know the guy's username, only hers. She unfriended me, so I can't find her profile. I do have her TikTok and Snapchat information if those can be helpful.

When I opened my initial account, I purchased items, but after 10 days, I got signed out of Roblox and lost my Robux. I created a new account, replicated the same avatar, but encountered the same issue. This cycle repeated when I tried to get more items, and my card got declined. I have cleared the outstanding bill that was mistakenly unpaid due to a misunderstanding. I mistakenly blocked my card, which was linked to my son's account on Roblox. Hello, I hope you are having a good day. I recently logged into my account and noticed that I had received Roblox Premium without purchasing it. After further inspection, I realized that someone had hijacked my account and traded away hundreds of dollars' worth of items that were in my account. I have never shared my password on the Roblox site. I played a game with someone named IaMrOsEBri who used to be my friend. Although we haven't talked in a while, I joined her game to catch up before bed. Sadly, she didn't seem friendly. When I greeted her and tried to play together, she responded rudely, making me feel hurt. I even cried and felt like retaliating, but since I'm the school vice president, I couldn't risk it. The situation escalated as she said hurtful things like not caring if I unfriended her. I was so upset that I almost broke my computer. I hope the game moderators can address her behavior before 11/20/19 or I will have to report the issue.

I purchased a VIP Server for the game Island Tribe for my grandson on November 8, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the server is not allowing his friends to join despite my attempts to troubleshoot. I have tried refreshing the server, adding friends' names directly, clicking on "allow friends to join," and refreshing the server link. I invested in Roblox so my grandson could play with friends, as advertised on your game site for VIP Servers, but he has been unable to do so. I contacted support and was informed that refunds are not handled by Roblox, directing me to reach out to the developer for assistance. I recently switched from playing Roblox on Xbox to PC. Upon trying my favorite game mode, Boxing Simulator 2, on the new platform, I realized none of my progress, purchased items like weights and protein bars, or cosmetics transferred over. A player with the username inner196 took advantage of my trust by pretending to offer ROBUX in exchange for my password. Regrettably, I fell for this and shared my password with them. As a result, they scammed me by taking all the valuable items in my inventory in the game Bubblegum Simulator. After this incident, inner196 proceeded to block and unfriend me. I believe that by intervening and asking inner196 to return my pets, or by resetting their account's password if necessary, the situation can be resolved fairly. My Roblox account and the verified email associated with it were compromised recently. To make matters worse, my email address was deactivated. I suspect the same hacker is responsible for both incidents. Despite contacting my email provider and Roblox for assistance, I have not received much support. Roblox's requirement to contact them via the original email address is impossible as it's no longer accessible. I am frustrated with the lack of understanding and help from Roblox, as my account is now under the control of the hacker. I urge Roblox to acknowledge my situation and assist me in regaining access to my account. The situation has caused me significant stress and frustration, and I urgently need my account restored.
