Every time I try to play online, it loads without any issues. However, once loaded, I find myself stuck in either my apartment or garage, unable to exit. This problem has persisted for some time, and despite several attempts to resolve it, I have not been able to. I believe it may be a significant glitch preventing me from enjoying the game properly. I seek assistance in understanding the issue and finding a solution to this frustrating problem. Your help in rectifying this matter would be greatly appreciated as I grow weary of waiting for a resolution each time I try to play. Thank you for your assistance.

Since the Executives and Other Criminals update, I've experienced severe FPS drops while playing online. Prior to the update, I was getting a stable 45-60 FPS, but now it's dropped to 1-10 FPS with significant stuttering, making the game unplayable. The game appears to freeze as if it's crashing, then resumes at the extremely low FPS rate. I'm confident my PC can handle the game, but I'm baffled as to what this update has done to cause such drastic performance issues. I've attempted to switch lobbies and even tried playing in single-player mode, but the problem persists in all modes.

A few friends and I are currently undertaking the criminal mastermind challenge. Amidst our attempt at the prison break heist, some players disconnected, resulting in a mission failure for me. When everyone rejoined, they all had 7/26 progress, but I was reset to 0. The gamertags of the players involved are felixseicisolish, SKOTTSWAGG22, Menschlichkeit, and myself Gmk615. I am experiencing difficulty with the support website, as I have not received a relevant response addressing my specific issue. Our platform is PS4.

I've been unable to access my account for a few weeks now, as I repeatedly receive a message stating it's been locked due to numerous login attempts. Unfortunately, I hadn't been able to address it earlier due to my finals. To my surprise, I received an email today informing me that my account has been banned for alleged activities like modding, hacking, and exploiting gameplay. I promptly submitted a support ticket to R*, hoping for assistance. However, the response seemed automated, as they closed it without investigating the issue.

I bought the Great White Shark card for $1,[redacted],[redacted] and then immediately purchased the Bullshark Cash Card for $[redacted],[redacted]. The payment was deducted from my account, and I received an email receipt. However, the funds from the second Bullshark card were not added to my game account, even though the Great White card transaction was successful. I request that the missing funds be added to my account promptly, as the payment has already been processed.

I'm in desperate need of assistance. I've put in so much effort, but a hacker has caused chaos by deleting all my data, including my progress in BO3. I feel devastated and powerless. My character, at level [redacted] with all stats and weapons unlocked, is now gone. The only vehicles I had, the Osiris and the new armored car, are also missing. I have GTA5 on my Xbox [redacted] where I have reached level [redacted] and spent numerous hours playing. I attempted to transfer my character to my Xbox One, but despite the transfer appearing successful, when I go online, I start fresh. I have rebooted my Xbox multiple times with no success. Additionally, I purchased $10 worth of GTA money which I intended for my existing account, but it ended up on the wrong one. My accounts are linked, and although it says the transfer was completed, my progress hasn't transferred. I am frustrated about the money going to the incorrect account. Despite trying everything, I cannot resolve the issue. I have tried calling support but with no luck. I am seeking guidance on how to retrieve my previous character on Xbox One and ensure the money is on the right account.

I am having trouble logging into the PlayStation Network. When I attempt to reset my password, it prompts me for my date of birth. Unfortunately, when I first set up my PS3, I was so excited to start playing that I may have entered a random date of birth. Now, with my new PS4, I am unable to access my account where all my friends are. I have tried numerous passwords to no avail. I am desperate to resolve this issue and would greatly appreciate any assistance.

I am experiencing issues with Grand Theft Auto 4 on Steam. Despite finding some solutions online and managing to briefly open the game, I encountered rendering problems and lag. After restarting, I was unable to open the game again despite trying all the previous steps. Steam shows I played for 4 hours, which is inaccurate as I only had the game open for around 10 minutes. I am frustrated and seeking assistance with this problem.

I am encountering difficulties transferring my GTAO character to the PS4. I had completed the transfer a year ago but didn’t use it on the PS4 due to financial constraints preventing me from purchasing a PlayStation Membership. Consequently, I continued playing on the PS3 and have since progressed from rank [redacted] to [redacted] with earnings totaling [redacted],[redacted],[redacted]. I am eager to move all this progress to my PS4 account, but I am unable to do so. Every time I load GTA5 online, I have trouble connecting to other players. I can only connect to one or two people, and when I'm in a job, it often says everyone else has left when I know they haven't. Sometimes, when I do manage to join a larger group, they all leave simultaneously after a minute or two. I've attempted to troubleshoot by adjusting firewall settings, NAT type, deleting and reinstalling my profile, and running multiple connection tests. My internet connection meets the recommended standards for online gaming, but the issue persists.

I have been trying to transfer my PS3 GTA5 account to the PS4 for a week now. Every time I call Rockstar for support, they hang up on me. This is unacceptable. I need assistance transferring all my items as currently, only my crew and some items have been transferred, not everything else. When I got the PS4, I made a new account thinking it was required, but now I realize it wasn't necessary. Please help me with this issue, or else I will have to leave a negative review.

I was falsely banned and was told it would automatically lift, but it hasn't. I was unfairly given a 20-year ban even though I didn't cheat, it was my brother's misunderstanding. I was playing with my friend when suddenly I got kicked and banned without reason. Another player likely a modder gave out money, which I was unaware of as I was briefly away. I returned, got kicked, and found out about the ban lasting until 01-26-[redacted]. Please understand it wasn't me involved in the cheating incident, so I request to be unbanned. Thank you.

I believe I know who is responsible. The individual always acted immature, which surprised me given their age. My account, RainbowDash7757, was affected. I am frustrated about what occurred. I put in a lot of effort to reach that level in GTA V for Xbox [redacted] without any mods or glitches. The person I suspect, RebornJokerG0D, is the one who did this. I am uncertain why this happened to me. When possible, I plan to change my gamertag to DarkBronyG0D to commemorate this experience caused by my childhood friend.

I was recording when I received a notification stating that I had been banned without any valid reason. Even though I have been demonstrating good behavior, the ban has not been lifted. It has been a year since the incident, and I am still unable to access my account. I took a break from playing for months due to this issue, as I was unable to communicate. Despite my continuous attempts to contact Rockstar, I have not received any response, and I have been unable to reach them by phone. Please assist me with resolving this matter.

I'm having trouble participating in large sessions and missions in GTA5 online. It's challenging to find people to play with, and when I do, I can't stay connected for long due to network errors. I've tried various troubleshooting steps like changing networks and platforms without success. This issue seems isolated to GTA5 as other games work fine. I hope to resolve this problem to enjoy full lobbies and missions seamlessly without disconnecting due to network errors.

I have been permanently banned from the game, and I believe it was unjustified. During a gaming session, I encountered a hacker who was using various cheats like spawning players in the air, invincibility, and trapping. I reported this player, and shortly after, I found myself banned. I am requesting to have my account reinstated without any loss of progress, especially my items, vehicles, properties, and level. I was also affected by another hacker who crashed my game after I called them out in the chat. I suspect that I might have been framed by the actual cheater. One of the hackers I reported goes by the name (ItzKeo). I hope to have my account restored promptly as I did not engage in any form of cheating.

Dear Rockstar, I'm reaching out regarding a recent permanent ban from GTA Online. Hello, I need some assistance with Rockstar Games regarding "GTA V." I would like to play the game offline in single-player mode due to my job constraints as a seafarer. Unfortunately, I have been unable to do so successfully despite owning the game for almost six months. The limited internet access on board the ship where I work makes it challenging to play. I believe the strict measures against piracy are impacting legitimate users like me who face connectivity issues. Today on GTA 5 Online, I was completing missions for Martin Madrazo and earning between 9 to 12k for each mission. I started playing at 12:30 in the morning and noticed that despite doing many missions, my earnings didn't increase after banking the money. Every time I finished a mission, I would deposit the money but my total stayed at £[redacted],[redacted]. I play on PS4 and my online ID is CHICKENLEG32. Can someone assist me with this issue?
