Dear Rockstar Support Team, I have been playing GTA V for a while now and have always enjoyed the online experience. A couple of months back, I purchased a new PS Plus card to continue playing GTA V. However, when I logged in recently, I noticed that some of my expensive cars were missing. I had worked hard in the game to earn money to buy these cars, and it's disappointing to see them gone. The specific car I am missing at the moment is the Pegassi Toros, which was worth [redacted],[redacted] in-game currency. I haven't made any changes to my account, so I find it strange that these cars are missing. I hope you can look into this issue and help me retrieve my missing vehicles. My PS4 has been experiencing issues. I am looking to transfer my GTA Online account to PC. After buying GTA on Steam for PC, I hoped to carry over my progress from the PS4. I have invested over $[redacted] into my PS4 account and wish to keep playing on it. However, my old PlayStation is no longer viable. I prefer not to start anew in GTA Online and repurchase game content that I already own.

I am frustrated by the frequent updates preventing me from playing RDR2 on PC offline. Living in a remote area, updating using a cellphone is costly and time-consuming. The latest 7+ GB update will take two days and approximately $50 in charges, risking corruption during download. I want to enjoy the game I paid $80 for without relying on the internet or constant updates. This situation is incredibly aggravating, and I am at the point of destroying my PC due to the frustration.

Hello, I am seeking assistance in replacing a lost GTAV key that I purchased from an online retailer that has gone out of business. I originally bought the game in [redacted] and played it until my gaming laptop stopped working. I have now switched back to playing on my PC and am in the process of redownloading some old games. Unfortunately, the website I bought the game from, funstockdigital.co.uk, has closed down, and I am unable to retrieve the key from there. I still have all the emails related to my purchase and can offer screenshot evidence once we establish communication via email. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The signal jammer located in the San Chainski mountain range, near the silos, did not register as destroyed for me, preventing me from unlocking Avi Schwartzman. Additionally, I did not receive the $50k reward as expected. Could you please address this issue so I can continue progressing in the game? I lost two cars in GTA 5 Online and haven't received a refund for them. I attempted to contact Rockstar, but their system seems to be malfunctioning. The vehicles I purchased were the Mammoth Patriot Stretch and the Dubsta 6x6. The Mammoth exploded, and I couldn't retrieve it. The Dubsta 6x6 vanished after I bought and drove it one night. Error 0x[redacted]6. Since the update on Friday, I can't access the online game. I've already lost three days. It's unacceptable that a big game developer like this can't fix their server issues for three days. I expect a response and compensation now. In three days, I could've reached at least level 10 with the new role... I expect at least a small level up or a free role or a free pass. I bought all three roles and the first pass. And now, being offline for three days is really frustrating.

Yesterday, I followed all the clues to find the Navy revolver and complete the challenge for the $[redacted],[redacted] reward. But now, when I logged in today, the money is gone, and the revolver is missing. I checked the clue locations again, but they are no longer there. I would appreciate it if my account could be refunded the missing funds and if I could have the revolver back.

I have completed the new heist twice since its release and earned $[redacted],[redacted], but my earnings and the car I won from the wheel disappeared. I logged in today and got the car again, which is good, but I am disappointed that this issue occurred. I have been playing GTA since it came out, and I hope to have this resolved promptly so I can continue enjoying the game. Thank you.

Today, I attempted the new challenges on GTA V to acquire the new gun. To obtain the weapon, I had to eliminate an NPC after deciphering all the clues. After successfully completing the task and receiving the gun and $50,[redacted], I logged back in to find that both the gun and the money were missing. The NPC and clues were also nowhere to be found after waiting for an hour. I am unable to reach out to Rockstar support since I misplaced my 2-step verification code. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue. I also attempted to contact them via phone, but the two numbers I tried did not go through. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

I purchased the Pixel Pete Arcade to receive Twitch Prime benefits but I have not yet gotten the refund for the purchase. I want this matter resolved promptly. Despite Twitch Prime showing "claimed" for the free property of Pixel Pete, I am not receiving the benefits, indicating an issue with the Social Club not recognizing my linked Twitch Prime account. This is not the first time I have encountered problems with Twitch Prime benefits. Although I tried to open a ticket to address this, the issue remains unresolved.

I ordered a new car for my Arena War garage knowing it was full. I decided to replace my Oppressor MkII with the new vehicle, which it did successfully. Afterward, I couldn't locate my Oppressor. I checked all my garages, the Terrobyte, and even verified if it was destroyed, but it was nowhere to be found. I attempted to address the issue by closing GTA and reloading, but the Oppressor remained missing. I also tried restarting my PS4 and relaunching GTA, but unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the problem.

On Saturday, December 13th, I noticed that I had around 2.3 million dollars in my account from various jobs, including a casino visit where I won the Komoda car from the podium. With that money, I purchased a garage for my office and even managed to earn an extra [redacted] thousand from the diamond casino heist. However, when I logged in today, Sunday, I was surprised to find that I no longer had the podium vehicle, my account balance had decreased to 1.9 million dollars, and the garage was missing. Interestingly, my two friends who were playing with me still had all their progress and belongings intact.

I encountered a problem with one of my characters. In the middle of locating all the spots for the Navy Revolver, my internet disconnected. After reconnecting, I found the 5th location but was unsure where to encounter the slasher. I then switched to my second character, identified all the spots, received help from a friend on locating the slasher, obtained the Revolver, and then went back to my initial character. The game prompted me to achieve 50 headshot kills, but I don't have the revolver in my possession. I'm unsure how to proceed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been playing GTA 5 for about a year, and unfortunately, my PS4 account was banned. I put a lot of effort into my account with the username (semi120). The issue is that I didn't link my old PS4 account to a Rockstar account. I have now created a new PS4 account with the username (ii7amoood442). Could someone please assist me in recovering my old account? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a concerning issue. Approximately two years ago, I ceased using my Rockastar account and unfortunately, I have forgotten all the details associated with it (current email, nickname, etc.). It's possible that someone else is now utilizing it. The account was first activated from a Slovak IP address and was originally linked to [redacted] before being transferred to [redacted] I am unsure which email is now associated with this account as I have misplaced the password for [redacted] The original username for the account was wizard000001, and it was activated on December 25, [redacted]. I would greatly appreciate it if you could transfer this account back to [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

I completed the casino heist but did not receive the money I was supposed to get, around $[redacted],[redacted]. Before that, my friend and I were selling cars, and I was supposed to receive $[redacted],[redacted] from that, but I got nothing. Additionally, I had an apartment at Alta St. apt, but now it's gone, and apparently, I have a house near the runway where Trevor lives. It's not showing on Dynasty 8, but you can verify my account. I'm on PS4, and my username is brooklynmincraft.
