I need to contact Workman's Comp for Speedway as an employee in Tennessee. I was injured at work and had to go to the ER due to tripping over a box while carrying a cup of coffee, resulting in stitches. I cannot return to work until a doctor clears me, and this incident is on film. I work in the Prep department and want to keep this confidential from my GM. I value my job and the people I work with at Speedway.

Hello, I would like to share an incident that occurred at the Speedway on I-10 and Yarbrough involving one of your employees. Recently, I experienced a situation where the employee assumed something incorrectly and behaved inappropriately towards me, using offensive language in front of my children and other customers. This happened during a rainy day when we sought shelter at the Speedway. When my son requested an umbrella, the employee aggressively approached him. I intervened, placing myself between them, yet he continued to use foul language towards me. This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially in front of my children. The employee repeated this conduct several times during the incident. I am seeking advice on how to address this situation. Thank you.

I redeemed a "Space Invaders" scratch-off Ohio Lottery ticket at the Speedway in Massillon, Ohio on [redacted] Lincolnway E. The cashier, Joe, misled me about my prize money, claiming it was only $20. Despite my initial belief the ticket was a $2 winner, I discovered it actually held all 15 prize amounts, making the $20 payout impossible. Joe's repeated inquiries about my understanding and hesitation raised suspicion. He gave me change for $20 on my purchases and withheld the remaining money. I frequent this Speedway daily due to a lack of transportation and have been a loyal customer, but my trust is wavering. I seek the rightful payout and accountability for Joe's actions. My complaint was dismissed, but with proper investigation, the security footage would reveal the truth. I am determined to secure what is rightfully mine from Speedway, no matter the effort required.

I've noticed that the Speedway gas station located at 25th and Hallman in Terre Haute, Indiana, has been declining in cleanliness and customer service quality. The day manager's behavior is often rude, the fountain machines are frequently out of service or products, and the store overall has started to smell bad. Moreover, there seems to be only one store clerk working at night to maintain stocked items. It's disappointing to see such a lack of care from the employees, making every visit to the store unreliable and unpleasant.

I am currently at Speedway in Clarksville, TN. I made a purchase and paid in cash, but I was overcharged. Despite not being able to get my cash refunded, I had to charge the items to a credit card to pay the correct amount. The manager informed me that my cash couldn't be voided or refunded, leaving me in a frustrating situation where I must now pay interest. I attempted to contact customer service regarding this issue but unfortunately, they are closed. This experience has been disappointing, and I am seeking a resolution to get my money back.

I want to address an issue I experienced at Dry Ridge Speedway at 10 Taft Highway in Dry Ridge, Kentucky. There seems to be a situation where a man in a maroon Nissan car receives preferential treatment by the staff. He honks, a worker runs out, and he gets free food and drinks all day and night. This man even received another customer's walker left at the gas pump. It feels like discrimination because I pay for my items while he gets everything for free. It's concerning that the manager provides him with coffee and a sandwich every morning. The situation doesn't seem fair and doesn't reflect good business practices.
