I have spent hours trying to resolve the audio issue on STARZ! I can only see video but no audio, and this problem is isolated to my television as my laptop works fine. All other apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney are working properly. Interestingly, when I try to access Prime, it redirects me to STARZ and freezes the screen. I am currently on my free trial and this experience is not making a good first impression! I really want to watch STARZ in the New Year. I hope you are doing well and wish you a great [redacted].

I have a STARZ subscription through DirecTV. When I attempt to sign in to the STARZ app, the process keeps redirecting me to their website to input the Activation Code shown. After entering the code, I am then sent to the login page. Upon selecting my TV provider, I am sent to DirecTV's login screen, but when I enter my details, I receive an error message stating, "Invalid User ID-Email and Password Combination." Strangely, using the same login information on the DirecTV website allows me access, as well as on other subscribed channel apps. This convinces me that the issue lies with the STARZ app and not DirecTV.

I signed up for a trial for $4.99 for 6 months on my phone but accidentally downloaded the app through Apple. I was charged twice, once by Apple for $5.43 and once by STARZ.com for $4.99. I canceled my subscription through Apple, which also canceled my STARZ subscription completely. Now, I cannot watch my series on my TV. I would like my STARZ subscription for 6 months at $4.99 reinstated, but not through Apple as I have uninstalled the app on my phone.

I've been using the Starz app on my iPad for over a year without any problems. But about a month ago, I suddenly couldn't access it anymore. I reached out to Starz through my iPad for help, but their response didn't fix the issue. I'm a Verizon Fios customer, and as such, I should have access to the app for free. I've already checked with Verizon to make sure my account information is correct. Can someone please advise me on what to do next? I'm feeling really frustrated about this situation.

I am experiencing difficulties with the Starz streaming app on my Amazon Fire TV cube 1st gen connected through Spectrum (Charter) in Tampa, FL [redacted]. The app used to authenticate without any issues until recently. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times both locally and on the cloud. The authentication process seems to work on the Starz webpage with a generated code from the Fire TV app, but it never goes back to the normal access screen. I have waited for up to 30 minutes, but nothing changes. I attempted to resolve this a few weeks ago without success and tried again yesterday, facing the same problem. I just renewed my account today, and I am unable to access the app. The payment was deducted from my account today. I need assistance to regain access to the app or receive a refund. Unlike Netflix, where I pay and get immediate access, I am facing issues with your service. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this matter promptly. I was billed on the Starz website after setting up an account on my smart TV, which resulted in them treating it as a new account instead of an existing one. Their response was a generic form letter that did not resolve my problem. I canceled the subscription through Roku store, disputed the charge with my credit card company, and had it removed. Starz's customer service was very disappointing. I am waiting to confirm if the charges have been corrected and will block Starz from charging my card if I receive more incorrect charges. Their lack of understanding led to this frustrating experience, so I may not continue using their services if the issue persists.

I attempted to subscribe to Starz three times without success. I tried twice through a Facebook promotion for a 6-month discount, encountering error messages each time. Then, I attempted from my TV, inputting all my details, only to be denied access. Despite being charged on my credit card, I still cannot log in. A representative proposed an additional charge to resolve the issue, and when I sought help from the initial contact, I found myself blocked. It has been frustrating; all I want now is a refund and assurance of no future charges. I simply wanted to expand my viewing options, but this experience has become bothersome. Please cancel my subscription immediately.

I signed up for STARZ last February at a discounted monthly price of $5.26 specifically to watch Outlander. Unfortunately, somehow I continued to be billed for an extra 5 months throughout the year since I neglected to cancel my subscription after February as I had intended. Due to a tough year financially due to Covid, I discovered during tax season that I was charged $5.26 (the special rate) for 3 months, and then for the following 3 months I was charged at a higher rate of $9.48, even though I only used the service to watch Outlander in February. I am willing to pay the original $5.26 for February, March, and April, but I am requesting a refund for the overcharged amount of $9.48 in May, and the two subsequent charges in June, both at $9.48, which seems unfair to me. I hope to resolve this issue and look forward to re-subscribing when Outlander returns. Thank you for your assistance. Best, A

A couple of months ago, I canceled my Starz subscription. I'm unsure which platform I used to sign up originally. I have Spectrum, a Roku, and pay for services with my Discover card. After canceling, I received a discounted offer from Starz and decided to resubscribe. However, my Discover statement shows a full-price charge for the month I had canceled. I'm confused about my subscription status - whether I'm considered a "cancelled customer," a "rescriber," or a "regular subscriber" and what I will be charged. When I tried to contact support on the website, it indicated my subscription was canceled, but then said I already have an account. I have been a loyal customer, and recently, I have become disheartened by the offensive titles being aired on your service. Titles like "The White Princess," "The Spanish Princess," and "The White Queen" are concerning to me. In a time where issues of discrimination and prejudice are prevalent, using a person's name rather than their race in titles is crucial. It's troubling to see such titles on STARZ. These titles can give the impression that only individuals of specific backgrounds can hold royal titles, which is not the message we should be sending. All girls should feel like princesses and queens regardless of their ethnicity. I believe renaming these series is necessary. As a member of the NAACP advocating for equality, I urge you to address this matter promptly.

I signed up on March 22, [redacted] for the 6-month plan at $5. However, when I tried to access my account, my email address was not found. I have already contacted support for help, but I have not received any resolution yet. I opted to cancel my Starz subscription in May. Following this, I received an email offering 30 additional days for $2.11. However, I was surprised to see a $9.53 charge on my account yesterday. After contacting Starz, the service was canceled, and I received a refund. Today, the same charge appeared as pending. I spoke to a representative who assured me they would address the issue. I hope to resolve this without blocking Starz from my bank, as I may consider using their service again in the future. Kindly ensure my account is canceled, and all charges are refunded promptly. I have been attempting all morning to understand why I keep receiving an error message stating my email is invalid when I try to log in. I paid for assistance, but it redirected me to download apps and different pages. All I need is assistance with logging in. If this issue persists, I will contact my credit card company to stop paying for my subscription as I can't access my account due to the email issue. I sent an email, but it might take two days to receive a response.

I am writing to address an issue I encountered while trying to log in to the Starz app. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the person I spoke with regarding this matter. During our conversation, they instructed me to locate three dots that I was unable to find, causing some confusion. Despite explaining that I was unable to sign up or log in due to red dots appearing under my email ID, we could not resolve the issue. Eventually, the call ended abruptly, leaving me feeling unsure if I had unknowingly frustrated the representative. Customer service interactions should not escalate to this point, as it would be more appropriate to end the call courteously. If this is the standard of service provided by Starz, I believe they should evaluate their staff to prevent similar incidents in the future. I urge the company to address this matter promptly. I was surprised to see a charge of $47.51 on 12/3/22 for a Starz Subscription. I do not understand why this amount was charged and would like a refund for it. Additionally, I would like to cancel this subscription promptly.
