Hello, I purchased the Adidas Forum Mid Beyonce Ivy Park in white, with my order confirmed on June 3, [redacted], costing [redacted].40 €. The estimated home delivery was June 21, [redacted], but it was shipped on June 9, [redacted], and moved up to June 11, [redacted]. Despite waiting for two months, I have not received the shoes, yet my payment was processed. Tracking the order provides no information. I've reached out to customer support multiple times, where I was informed the shoes might be held at customs and action would be taken with UPS. However, there have been no updates since. My shipment was reportedly delivered on July 20 around 5:55. Despite searching extensively, I found out from a neighbor that the items were left on the sidewalk rather than at my doorstep in Philadelphia. I have been attempting to contact FedEx without success. I was unable to file a claim in time due to this delay in information. I purchased a PS5 from StockX for $[redacted] on July 29, [redacted]. The delivery date was set for August 17, [redacted], but it arrived earlier without any notification. Sadly, the package was sent to a store named Michaels instead of my home address. I was only informed at the last minute, and the package got returned to the sender. I'm wondering if there is a way for StockX to resend the package to my home address or the Michaels store so that I can retrieve it.

I visited the StockX website to buy an Off-White keychain. Unfortunately, my payment didn't process for the first attempt. I tried again and the second payment was successful, but now my card shows two charges. I only want to keep one keychain and would like a refund for the duplicate charge. I made the purchase yesterday and it hasn't shipped yet, so I hope this can be resolved soon. Thank you.

I recently received my order #"[redacted]8-[redacted]7" labeled as "new." However, upon opening the package, I found human and pet hair on the product, indicating it had been used. It took me 30 minutes to clean it off. Although I am not seeking a refund or any form of compensation, I feel compelled to share my disappointment. StockX claims to authenticate products, but how did the authenticator miss the condition of this item? This experience has left me questioning the company's standards. I believe that addressing these issues will benefit other customers who invest in their purchases and patiently await their delivery. Perhaps implementing a process to wash items during authentication or prohibiting sellers with such discrepancies from further transactions on StockX would be a step towards improving customer satisfaction. This situation has left me perplexed and uncertain about how StockX handles such matters, and I hope for better practices in the future.

I recently purchased a pair of Yeezy Zyon shoes in size 6. Upon inspecting the shoes, I quickly realized that they are not authentic. I am disappointed that Stock X failed to properly authenticate these fake shoes. I have purchased several shoes from Stock X before and can easily spot fakes. The material of the shoes is subpar, unlike the authentic ones I own. The shoe even had a Stock X tag attached to a shoelace, which is a clear red flag. I am frustrated by this experience and believe that Stock X needs to review its authentication process to prevent other customers from receiving counterfeit items. I kindly request a refund for this specific fake shoe.

I recently sold a graphics card through StockX and shipped it along with another order. While one package arrived in Georgia within 2 days, the second hasn't shown any tracking updates since Sept 20th. Upon contacting StockX, they acknowledged my concern and promised to investigate. However, I was shocked to find out that StockX marked the order as 'Cancelled' citing "Seller did not ship the item," which is untrue. I fulfilled my shipping obligations promptly, and the lost package is beyond my control. Cancelling the order due to a transit issue after I raised this problem is unfair.

I am reaching out regarding an order I placed on 31/05/[redacted] with order number [redacted]1 - [redacted]0 totaling €[redacted]. The estimated delivery window was between 09/06/[redacted] and 16/06/21. Unfortunately, the parcel was delayed without any explanation and was only located on 10/07/21, by which time I was no longer at home. I contacted UPS to change the delivery address due to the delay, but was directed to contact the sender, StockX. I tried reaching out to StockX's email support at [redacted], without success. Their online help site was also unhelpful in resolving my issue. Despite filling out a form to speak to a representative, I never received a response. The StockX application incorrectly states that the package was delivered, making it difficult for me to address this matter with their staff. I am requesting a refund or a replacement package for the item.

On September 30th, I bought shoes on Stock X but didn't see my order after I closed the page. No order confirmation email was received, and my account showed no orders. Support confirmed the order didn't go through, promising a refund. Despite this, I unexpectedly received the first pair of shoes today. I made a purchase last night and received an email today stating that my order for the Nike Air Max [redacted] Reverse Duck Camo ([redacted]) was canceled due to issues with the authentication process. They refunded the full amount of $[redacted].61. However, I noticed the same shoe is now listed at a higher price on the website. How can they change the price and cancel my order after I bought it? It feels like a bait and switch tactic or fraud. I'm confused and frustrated. If I still want the shoe, do I have to repurchase it at the new price? What's happening here?

On October 3rd, [redacted], while trying to buy a pair of Jordans on the StockX app, I encountered an issue where the price changed mid-purchase, resulting in an error message saying "Unable to review Purchase." It mentioned the lowest ask amount had changed. I tried completing the purchase five times, each time facing the same error. The following day, I realized that five transactions of €[redacted].49 each (€[redacted].45 in total) were debited from my bank account. Checking my emails, I found five identical messages assuring me of a refund within 24 hours due to price changes that forced StockX to cancel the orders. However, it has been over [redacted] hours, and I have not received the refund. I am seeking clarity on the status of my refund and when I can expect to receive it. Thank you.

I recently purchased a pair of Jordan 1 low UNC sneakers. Unfortunately, I recently moved into my girlfriend's apartment and also got a new phone, causing issues with my shipping address. Despite being prompted multiple times to verify the information, I didn't confirm her address and assumed it was correct. After placing the order, my girlfriend realized the address was wrong. I believe I made a purchase of a PS5 console from your site on 11/29. I noticed today that I was charged for an additional PS5 with an HK plug, which is not something I authorized or need as I live in Tennessee, not Hong Kong. I am concerned about the possibility of fraud since I went through multiple payment steps for the initial purchase. When I tried to address this through text, I was simply told that all sales are final. I tried to buy a sneaker, but my payment failed three times. So, I ended up purchasing a similar one that went through. Strangely, after buying the second pair, I received an email confirming the first order that was supposed to have failed. Now I have two identical sneakers due to a website glitch. Strangely, despite the three failed attempts, I was charged for all of them. I need to cancel one of the sneaker orders and have the three extra charges removed since this isn't my error.
