I recently tried to recover an old account after forgetting my login details. I contacted customer service and after answering questions from the O.T.T.O Bot, I was connected to a representative. I provided information about when the account was created and devices used, but I was unexpectedly banned for phishing despite providing accurate details. The account ID I am trying to reclaim is #20JQPLQCQ, possibly associated with [redacted] The devices I used include a Samsung Galaxy S4, Motorola Droid, and Acer Liquid Zest Plus T08, dating back to 2[redacted] and [redacted] onwards. The game was installed in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. I hope Supercell customer service can review this and assist promptly. I value my account and provided these details sincerely to access it without any issues.

I recently tried to access my Clash of Clans app on my iOS device, but I discovered that my account has been permanently banned for "account phishing." While I did try to access a different account, it was actually my own old account named "Skywalker" at town hall level 8 or 9. However, I am unable to remember the Game Center login details or passwords for that account, so I am no longer interested in recovering it. I simply want to appeal the ban so I can have a fresh start in the game and enjoy playing again.

Hello, Today, I picked up a "Hay Bench" from the top road of FarmPass. I already own one that I purchased a few months ago. The new bench was obtained from completing a farm pass task. While trying to place it on my farm, it ended up going sideways. In my attempt to reposition it, I accidentally placed it in my "stash" instead. Unfortunately, I have searched through my stash items and the bench is nowhere to be found. I believe I should have two of them. I would appreciate any assistance in locating the missing Hay Bench. This morning, my brother Liam was upset with me about something. He accessed my phone with the password he knew and played a game, but unfortunately lost and apparently said some hurtful things. Despite rejoining the clan and apologizing, I was unfairly banned for a week for actions I didn't commit. Feeling sick to my stomach and almost in tears, I am frustrated with Liam for causing this situation. He even took my phone from me and typed something censored which I couldn't see. I am willing to change my phone password and make amends, as I am desperate not to be banned for a whole week. I regret missing out on completing my recently purchased pass royale, for which I even mowed the lawn to earn. I truly hope that someone can review my case and lift the ban.

I attempted to recover my lost account associated with Supercell ID that was on an iPad mini using iOS9. Due to it not meeting the iOS11 requirement, I contacted Supercell support with hope of retrieving my account. After answering some questions from a support agent, I was unexpectedly banned for allegedly engaging in account phishing, without receiving any prior warning or sufficient explanation. I am seeking to have my account with the ID #YV90G9JJR unbanned. If this results in a permanent ban, it would be disappointing as I believe I have not committed any misconduct from my standpoint.

I recently updated my email from [redacted] to gmail.com. I gave my Galaxy 10 phone to my son, who has the same name as me, and took his old Galaxy 9+. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke the screen and decided to upgrade to the Galaxy 22 Ultra. While using the Content Transfer app, I discovered that the COC app did not transfer. After reinstalling it, I encountered an issue where a verification code was being sent to my old yahoo email. Despite reaching out to support and providing my Supercell ID, Torts in Farm4USA, I was unfairly banned for allegedly not owning the account. When I contacted them again for assistance or to speak with a supervisor, they did not respond, which I found unprofessional and discourteous. I have invested a significant amount of time and money into developing my TH14 account and want to avoid any confusion with my son's account, Thetaker. I am willing to provide evidence, such as photos of the phones with supercell ID screenshots or my son's contact information, to verify my ownership. I am prepared to confirm my ownership through the credit card linked to my account for purchases or by any other means necessary, but I need COC/Supercell to address this miscommunication and incorrect accusation of cheating promptly. This situation has been upsetting, and I simply want to update my email on my account to continue playing my game without facing any bans or unfair treatment. I hope to resolve this matter promptly to avoid any further negative experiences that may deter me from continuing to support the game financially.

I want to regain access to my old account that I haven't used in a while. I recently joined a new school with a Coc clan, but they are lower level than my main account, so I want to use my old, lower-level account. The details of my lower account are: Name: Maxy, ID: #8LJVYVGQR, TH:6, Clan: ReD_clan. I tried to reconnect using the email [redacted], which I believe was linked to it, but it's no longer connected to Supercell ID. When I reached out for help, I couldn't recall some account details, leading them to suspect I was trying to access an account that wasn't mine. As a result, my main account got banned for 31 days, and now I'm worried. I'm fine with losing the other account, but I really don't want a ban on my main account, where I've played daily for years. I'm also friends with my old account on my main account, if that information helps in any way.

I am experiencing issues with my "LuckyPaws gobs" account after falling victim to a phishing attempt. Despite my efforts to recover it using my current email, I was unsuccessful. I am concerned that the perpetrator may target my Clash Royale account linked to the same Supercell ID. The account was at Town Hall 14 and was associated with a closed clan named Lucky’s Legion. It was created towards the end of last year during the release of the Christmas log. I have invested money in customizing the account and have been inactive for some time. I recently received a Discord friend request from the person who phished my account, displaying my account's picture with the message "Rip LuckyPaws gobs." The player ID linked to the account was #Q2RGLG2R9. Unfortunately, it seems the account may have been deleted, resulting in the loss of my progress. I possess screenshots as evidence of my ownership and would appreciate assistance from a customer service representative.

Overnight, I opened Clash Royale and noticed I had changed clans without my action, and my deck was different. When I checked my old clan, I saw that I had left the clan after insulting them. While playing Brawl Stars, I accidentally used up all my [redacted] gems and [redacted] coins. Fortunately, Clash of Clans remained unchanged. However, when I returned to Clash Royale, my deck had changed again. In Brawl Stars, I got disconnected during a game. After school, I discovered I had been banned from Clash Royale for two days. In Brawl Stars, I saw the person unlocked a new character. I'm reaching out because everything happened this morning after nothing unusual yesterday. I played Brawl Stars after coming home from school and decided to contact support. I want the person expelled from my Supercell account and don't want to lose my Clash Royale or Brawl Stars progress. I asked them why they were doing this, but they didn't respond. They even changed their names on Supercell and Brawl Stars. I love Supercell games; please help me!

Supercell overcharged me for a $10 purchase, charging me $20 instead. This double charge situation is frustrating, and I want my account to be corrected. I have been playing COC for a while now, primarily on an iPhone. Recently, I switched to an Android phone but faced difficulty transferring the game.
