Hello, I went shopping at my local Target this evening just before they closed. I had three gift cards that I wanted to check the balance or use. When the cashier scanned the cards, the register displayed a message to check the "slip," but then the cashier informed me that there was no balance on the cards. I had just earned a $25 gift card for spending $[redacted]. I attempted to contact the store, but they had already closed. The cashier had already discarded my gift cards at the bottom of the pile. I have the receipt number from when I purchased the gift card. What steps should I take in this situation? Thank you.

I greeted the barista with a good morning and asked how she was, but she only replied with a curt "what do you need?" After paying, I stepped away to wait for my order. When I returned, the barista was still engrossed in conversation with a young man, so I took my things, checked out, and retrieved my coffee without interruption. As I left, she called out a thank you, which I ignored due to my frustration. Seeking assistance, I approached a cashier, requesting to speak with a manager. To my surprise, the young man I had seen the barista conversing with earlier arrived instead.

To whom it may concern, I recently visited one of your stores on North Main Street in Walnut Creek, California, on Friday, May 4, [redacted], at around 6:30pm. During my visit, I encountered a disappointing situation with a team member responsible for the self-checkout area. I faced challenges while trying to scan bananas and required assistance. An associate, a middle-aged, heavy-set Caucasian man, approached me and proceeded to mock my efforts to scan the bananas. Despite my attempt to explain that they were part of the $1.29 organic bundle, he interrupted me and entered the quantity without listening to me fully. When I tried to clarify the price, he spoke over me again and did not assist me in checking the price. His dismissive behavior, including asserting his authority as "the boss," and his mocking tone, left me feeling offended and disheartened. His conduct was inappropriate and does not align with the usual friendly and helpful service I have experienced during my over 20 years of patronage at this location. I believe it is crucial to bring this matter to the attention of the store managers in Walnut Creek. The actions of this individual do not reflect the positive and supportive environment that your store and staff usually provide to customers. Thank you for considering this feedback and for your attention to this matter.

I visited the Glen Burnie North store in Glen Burnie, Maryland on May 12th between 12:45 and 1:15 p.m. I went in just to grab a few things and as I was walking through the small kitchen appliances section, I slipped and fell. The floor was white, and someone had spilled sour cream on it, making it hard to see the hazard. There were no caution signs anywhere nearby. I went to the customer service desk to report the incident to a girl working there to ensure nobody else got hurt. I ended up breaking my sandal in the fall, so before leaving the store, I had to purchase a new pair. It was a very embarrassing situation, having to walk around with sour cream on my outfit. The staff I informed about the accident didn't seem too concerned and didn't arrange for anyone else to speak with me.

I am frustrated with the Target truck drivers consistently blocking road access and driving irresponsibly. This morning at 7:15 AM, a Mac truck driver blocked a road illegally, made an illegal U-turn on a small road, and responded rudely when confronted. I have filed numerous complaints about Target's drivers at Coral Ridge Mall in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, blocking access. Despite my multiple complaints, Target has not acknowledged or addressed the issue. It seems to be a recurring problem with Target's drivers and no other delivery trucks. Why are my complaints being ignored by Target corporate without any follow-up? I demand a response.

I am frustrated with the Target truck drivers who consistently block access and engage in illegal driving behaviors. Today at *:** AM, a Target Mac truck driver parked in a way that blocked a road, and when I confronted him, he made an illegal U-turn on a small road. Despite my numerous complaints about this issue at Coral Ridge Mall in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Target has failed to address the problem or acknowledge my feedback. I will start documenting these incidents with photos and will share them on Facebook if this behavior continues unchecked. It's baffling that only Target's drivers are causing these problems while other delivery trucks do not. I demand a response and resolution to this ongoing issue.

I am frustrated with the Target truck drivers constantly blocking access, driving illegally, and causing road obstructions when they park. Today at *:** AM, a Target Mac truck driver blocked a road illegally, then made an illegal U-turn when confronted. When I honked, the driver responded disrespectfully. This driver has behaved similarly in the past despite my numerous complaints about Target's drivers at Coral Ridge Mall in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I have lodged many complaints about Target's semi-trucks, but they are the only delivery trucks causing issues. Why have my complaints gone unacknowledged by Target corporate, and why have I never received a callback? I am looking for a response.

I am frustrated with the Target truck drivers causing access issues and driving illegally, blocking roads while parking. Today at *:** AM, a Target Mac truck driver parked in a way that obstructed a road illegally. When I confronted the driver, he made an illegal U-turn on a narrow road and responded rudely. This isn't the first time I've faced such behavior from Target's drivers at Coral Ridge Mall in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I have submitted numerous complaints about Target's semitrucks, but they have gone unacknowledged. I demand a response from Target's corporate office regarding these ongoing issues.

While at my local Target in Broadview, IL, with my mother, we encountered a new policy regarding the changing rooms that limited us to 6 items each and only allowed one person per room. In the past, two people were allowed in the same room if they stayed within the item limit. I have never experienced this restriction before and it made me uncomfortable especially since I had just given birth and was not confident in my body. The lack of being able to share this experience with my mom, in a familiar and private setting, was disappointing. I have always seen Target as inclusive, but this policy change felt discriminatory and may impact my decision to shop there in the future. I am seeking clarification on Target's changing room policy. Thank you.

I am the guardian of my daughter and her boyfriend who have been mistreated at work, overworked, and denied overtime pay. The store's LOD has been bullying them, creating a hostile environment. My daughter tried to complain to corporate about the unprofessional conduct and unhealthy work conditions, but nothing changed. The store is filthy with mold in the icebox, attracting flies, and not properly addressed. Black mold is a serious health risk that the manager neglected, instructing teenagers to clean it instead of hiring a professional. My daughter and son, along with other young staff, have been unfairly fired, leaving them in a difficult situation. I have decided to expose the store's mistreatment of employees and unsafe practices, including serving drinks from contaminated equipment. I am determined to seek justice and compensation for my family's ordeal. This behavior must be brought to light, and the company held accountable for their actions.

I purchased Disney tickets for California, only to discover upon receiving them via email that they were for Florida instead. After numerous calls, I was informed that all sales are final. I requested a simple modification to switch my tickets to a Disney gift card to get the correct ones, but was denied. Despite Target being a large corporation, they refused to accommodate the change. Even Disney mentioned that modifying the purchase to a gift card should be feasible. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue. My order number is #[redacted][redacted].

I bought two identical items in different sizes at the Boca Park store in Las Vegas. The checker did not list the price on my receipt, and one item was rung up at full price instead of the advertised 50% off. When I approached Customer Service, there was confusion. The associate mentioned only one item was on sale, but when I requested to speak with the Store Manager, the encounter was disappointing. A person named Kelly was rude when I asked for her name. The issue was that the item was supposed to be 30% off, not 50%. Despite asking, I never got the Store Manager's attention, and it was uncomfortable as I am visually impaired and needed assistance. Despite being given the names of managers Haylie and Meghan, they never came to speak with me. I expect a full apology from Target and its associates. Furthermore, I noticed on the receipt that the items must be returned within 13 days, which is inconvenient. Your timely response is appreciated.

I purchased a Project 62 patio rug measuring 7 x 10 a few weeks ago under RN [redacted], VN [redacted], and FN [redacted]2. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with how quickly it became dirty despite being labeled as outdoor suitable. It was dirty after just two days on my covered porch. I have opted to use my old rug instead. I believe this product may mislead other customers as it did me. Despite this experience, Target remains my favorite store, and I visit weekly. I recommend discontinuing this particular line of rugs due to the issues I encountered. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Melissa H. Columbia, SC [redacted]

I encountered an issue ordering online last night, struggling for an hour to use my REDcard. I was surprised to learn today that my REDcard was closed in January [redacted] due to inactivity, without being notified. Despite my current information on the site, I was never informed during checkout attempts. I tried to reinstate the card over the phone, only to be instructed to apply for a new account - a frustrating experience leading to many problems with REDcard. Not being able to delete my information from the website is concerning, especially when a card is closed. I urge for my personal and banking information to be removed as I can't access it myself. The lack of action on this matter is disappointing, and I demand a notification once it's resolved. Sincerely, J. Iron Wing

I visited my local Target store in Niles, Ohio today where I usually make a lot of purchases - from bedding and clothing to gifts and kitchen items. However, after experiencing some changes, renovations, and repairs at the store, I am extremely disappointed. The high shelves, disorganized layout, polished concrete floors, and playing country music made my shopping experience frustrating. The store now feels more like a warehouse or a Walmart rather than the pleasant Target I used to enjoy. Moreover, I noticed a decline in the quality of the items I purchased, with clothes, bedding, and pillows not holding up as well as they used to. It's disheartening to see a once dependable and enjoyable shopping destination lose its charm. Thanks for listening, Debbie Kunkel from Ohio.

I am curious about the type of customer you seek for the Red Card. I applied twice, once last year, and again recently. Both times, my application was denied due to information verification issues. I have lived at the same address and used the same checking account for 38 years, with a stable credit score of [redacted]. I am perplexed by the denials as I am confident in the accuracy of my details. I have decided to decline your card and am frustrated by the repeated rejections. I suggest improving the verification process for future applicants.

I purchased your "Up & Up" dish detergent, which is meant to compare with Dawn Ultra. When I got home, I noticed it leaked all over my car and bag. Despite being packed with other cleaning products, only the detergent leaked. The cap seemed to be broken, but upon searching, I couldn't find the plastic spout anywhere in the bag. I suspect I bought it in this condition as the missing cap caused the spill. Cleaning up the ultra soap, especially in my HE washing machine, proved to be extremely challenging. Please consider using stronger caps to avoid such accidents in the future. Returning it to the store is inconvenient for me as I live an hour away and fear another spill. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you. - Kathi H. from Midland, VA

I recently had a challenging experience with Target regarding a 15% discount coupon I received for my baby registry. After my order was canceled due to a PayPal issue, I tried to reorder using the coupon only to find that it was flagged as already redeemed. Despite clarifying the situation to the customer service representative, Jeffrey, he seemed unable to assist effectively. He mentioned making a "one-time exception" to apply the discount manually after I paid the full amount, but when the order was canceled again, he backtracked and said I would receive a new coupon in two weeks. Following multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Jeffrey finally provided a refund equivalent to the discount amount, but now I am unable to locate it in my account. Furthermore, I received an email for a $15 promotion gift card, but it was blank with no gift card attached. I am seeking assistance in locating the missing refund and obtaining a valid email with the gift card information.

I perform ablution in icy water five times a day as a Muslim. I have diabetes insipidus, consuming 3 to 5 liters of water daily. I eat and drink healthily, with milk porridge and coffee from a specialized store being daily staples. I consume sour-milk products regularly. As a disabled group 2 individual since childhood, I sleep for 8 hours and have shown strong immunity with a quick recovery from a recent flu episode. Despite facing olivopontocebribular degeneration and cerebellum outgrowth, my immunity aids in slowing down disease progression. I've lived with diabetes insipidus for 36 years, showing positive kidney health in recent tests. Despite tachycardia from increased water intake, tests reveal a healthy heart. I propose a method for mass production of immunoglobulin Fc fragments using biotechnology. My immunity could help develop potent influenza medication. Although wrongly diagnosed as a psycho, I seek support to have my case brought to the attention of the Russian President for resolution.

I recently bought some nail polish on sale but wanted to exchange a color that didn't match the online image at my local store. The cashier insisted on charging me the price difference, despite pointing out that I bought it on sale. I returned the item disappointed because I expected Target to allow same-price exchanges. The cashier's response left me wondering if the store changed its policies or if she was not properly informed about exchanges. I hope to purchase a new nail polish at the sale price I missed out on, if the store policy remains the same.
