I placed an order for a subscription scheduled for delivery on 11/5/21, however, it was not received. After calling, I found out they didn't receive my initial application, so I subscribed again over the phone on 11/6. Despite this, I have only received the Sunday paper so far and the 11/9 paper was also missing. I called and was informed that the carrier would be contacted and our account would be credited. We had to buy a paper from the store instead. I am questioning if I will be reimbursed for the cost of the store-bought paper. I initially signed up online with the M-JA offer code. I placed a subscription order online on 11/5/21 according to a flyer with offer code M-JA. I was expecting a paper to arrive on 11/6/21, but it did not show up. Upon calling, I was informed that there was no subscription on record, so I placed it over the phone on 11/6. While I did receive the Sunday and Monday papers, the Tuesday 11/9/21 paper was missing. I reported the issue through the automated system for a credit and was told it would be addressed with the carrier. Although receiving a credit is appreciated, having to buy a newspaper from the store is inconvenient, especially considering similar issues during my previous subscription. It appears our carrier may not be fulfilling their responsibilities as per the information from the AZ Rep. When subscribing online based on your instructions, it seems the orders are not being received. Additionally, my address on 41 Drive is causing confusion due to potential misinterpretation as 41ST Drive or 41 Street Drive. I would like assistance with receiving the missed paper deliveries.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the Arizona Republic delivery service. We are considering canceling our subscription after being customers for around 20 years due to frequent missed deliveries. We rely on the paper daily for sections like "Dear Abby," the "Jumble," "Doonesbury," opinion pages, "This Day in History," weather reports, and sports coverage. Missing our paper on Tuesday, 11/9/21, was the final straw as the issue was not resolved promptly. I prefer resolving this over the phone with a customer service representative based in the US, not via email. I find communication challenging due to my age and hearing impairments. On November 21, [redacted], I, Barry Marcus, from Apartment [redacted] at [redacted] E. San Victor Dr, Scottsdale, Arizona [redacted], can be reached at [redacted]. I have paid for today's Sunday Arizona Republic and I expect immediate delivery. I've experienced this issue of no Sunday delivery multiple times and I'm frustrated. Your delivery personnel are not fulfilling their responsibilities. I insist on receiving what I paid for promptly. This recurring problem is unacceptable, and I demand action to correct it immediately. Please do your job promptly.

I am disappointed to report that the crossword puzzle and comics insert are missing for the second time in eight weeks. Recently, the format changed to have comics and crosswords on a single page on Wednesdays. Back when I used to deliver newspapers, I remember having to insert these kinds of pieces. Despite our delivery person's effort to get the paper to our driveway, I don't believe it's her responsibility to add this page. I'm unsure what steps will be taken to address this recurring issue. We are dissatisfied customers, especially considering the frequent rate increases. It's crucial for newspapers like The Arizona Republic to find a balance between online and print news at reasonable prices. Thank you for allowing me to voice my concerns.

I have recently started receiving the newspaper. This is now the second time it has arrived wet due to the rain. Despite my attempts to call, I was only able to reach the automated line, which did provide me with a credit for this inconvenience. If the delivery person continues to leave the paper out in the rain (even though it was in a plastic wrapper that did not protect it) instead of placing it on my porch during rainy days, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription. I used to be a newspaper delivery person for over 4 years, and I never received complaints like this. Please ensure that during rainy weather, the paper is placed on my porch to avoid further issues, or I will be canceling my subscription.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the late delivery or even non-delivery of my newspaper. Since starting the subscription on January 1st, the paper typically arrives after 9 a.m., well past my preferred reading time. As I am moving from Arizona on April 30th and have already paid for the subscription until that date, it is frustrating to have missed receiving the paper twice this week. This has been a significant departure from the satisfactory service I have had during my ten years of being a subscriber. I would like to request the cancellation of our service at [redacted] E 54th Street Yuma AZ as we have sold the property. The service was on standby during the summer when we were away, as this address is our winter home. We initially tried to cancel in July, but were informed that we needed to take it off standby before canceling. We thought the cancellation was processed, but it seems additional charges were added for pickup. We have tried reaching out, but the issue remains unresolved. I arranged for the Arizona Republic to be delivered to our Chandler home last Thursday over the phone with one of your representatives. I requested daily delivery for the next 6 months with autopayment. Since we will leave in April and won't need the paper after that, I specified this to the representative. They mentioned the delivery would start in 3-5 days, but we haven't received any papers yet, surpassing the expected timeframe. I am concerned that something might be wrong. Your guidance would be appreciated.
