I have 4 tickets to Sing! An Irish Christmas with Keith and Kristyn Getty and special guests at the Anthem. Can you provide details on the event format and specify when David Platt will be speaking? I would like to avoid that part if possible. It wasn't mentioned when I bought the tickets, and I wouldn't have purchased them if I knew David Platt was involved. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought a single ticket for the Taylor Swift concert in Tampa on April 14th. I originally planned to go with family, but needed to exchange for the 15th instead. I spoke with Kenneth Hostler and we agreed to transfer tickets simultaneously. After I sent my ticket to him, he accepted it and then blocked me. I would like a refund for the overcharged amount on 2 tickets for "War on the Catwalk" with Order No. 7-[redacted]/QUE. Please ensure that any protection charges on these tickets are canceled. I typically do not opt for protection services and have been charged for them on my previous ticket purchases without consent. I've attempted to contact Alliance Insurance, but their phone number appears to be invalid, which leads me to believe they might be fraudulent. I'm experiencing a similar issue with charges for tickets to Pink Floyd at the Algonquin Theatre in Ottawa. I've been unable to reach Ticketmaster or Alliance via phone. I purchased Stray Kids tickets in November, and the website has been displaying a ticket delivery delay message since then. I find it hard to believe that a ticket delivery delay could last for over a month. I am worried because when new tickets are being sold, there doesn't seem to be any delay for those purchases. I hope this delay is resolved soon as I am anxious about not receiving the tickets. I invested a significant amount of money in buying them, and I really need them soon.

I purchased Stray Kids tickets in November. However, the website has been displaying a ticket delivery delay with no indication of when it will be resolved. It is concerning to have such a prolonged delay without any updates on when it will be resolved. I invested a significant amount of money in these tickets and the uncertainty is making me anxious. Hello, I bought three tickets for Kaluki's 17th birthday party at The Depot Mayfield in Manchester on Friday, December 30th, [redacted], at 7:00 PM. The payment has been deducted from my bank account by Ticketmaster, but I have not received a receipt, booking confirmation, and the tickets are not reflecting in my Ticketmaster online account. I kindly request to receive a receipt, booking confirmation, and have the tickets added to my account. If not possible, I would like a full refund as I have not received the purchased items. My daughter attempted to purchase Taylor Swift tickets during the presale and Capital One days, but each time, she was unsuccessful due to your system repeatedly kicking her out. Despite waiting patiently in line for two full days, when she finally reached the front to select her tickets and proceed to checkout, she was kicked out three times while trying to pay. This was not only frustrating but also disheartening, as she had saved for months to get these tickets only to be repeatedly thwarted by Ticketmaster's system failures. We have evidence of her experiences with screenshots showing her progression in line, selecting tickets, and then being kicked out before payment. This happened multiple times over the two days she dedicated to trying to purchase tickets. We hope Ticketmaster can address this issue and provide a resolution. This entire ordeal has made us hesitant to use Ticketmaster in the future, but we are open to hearing how you can rectify this situation. Michelle

I'm having trouble receiving my payment for the tickets I sold on your site. I have tried adding both my debit card and credit card for the payout, but it won't let me verify or receive the money. I completed my seller tax details a few days ago, but it keeps prompting me to enter a new account for payout, even though I have tried adding my Visa, Amex, and debit card. I purchased tickets for a Pink concert in Detroit in August [redacted] through Vivid Seats, using order # [redacted]1. However, when I attempt to access the tickets on my phone or laptop, I encounter a message stating: "Pardon the Interruption As you were browsing something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen: You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed. You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript is preventing JavaScript from running." I have sought assistance via the live chat on Ticketmaster, but the suggestions provided have not resolved the issue. Unfortunately, I am unable to proceed past this message to download my tickets.

As a Minnesota Vikings season ticket holder, I've encountered an issue where my payment for sold tickets is on hold due to missing TIN data. I'm unable to log in to Ticketmaster as someone accessed my account. After receiving an email alert, I changed my password. However, I'm still unable to access my account both on my PC and iPhone. I need to transfer 2 tickets urgently, and the clock is ticking. The chat assistance provided limited help, seemingly redirecting me to an unrelated issue. After trying to purchase Zac Brown tickets on October 6th, I encountered an error message stating my credit card information was invalid (Error code [redacted]). I have reviewed the details I entered multiple times and even confirmed them with Citi, but the issue persists. There are no holds on the card.

To whom it may concern, I attempted to purchase Taylor Swift tickets in November. As a wheelchair user requiring handicap tickets, I was unable to find any available during the presale. I spoke with your ADA agent who explained that Ticketmaster does not offer ADA tickets during presales. I now have the chance to purchase tickets through the verified fan event. I bought tickets through Seat Geek, but they ended up in my Google wallet via Ticketmaster. I can't find them on Ticketmaster's website. The event is on 12/16/[redacted], but I can no longer go. Seat Geek requested the tickets back for a refund, but transferring them from Ticketmaster is proving difficult. I've spent hours on this with no progress, risking losing $[redacted].

Hello, I bought tickets for the 76ers vs. Golden State Warriors game but can no longer attend. When trying to resell my tickets, the website is not allowing it. I initially used my debit card for the purchase and when I tried to get a refund, the site is asking for a credit card, which wasn't my original payment method.

I got a text message yesterday that said: "REMINDER: Please check your email for the limited time offer to request up to 2 tickets for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour: TODAY ONLY!" Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email regarding this offer. I've been attempting to contact Ticketmaster to ask them to send the email again, but it's been 24 hours, and no one has responded to me yet. I'm having trouble getting in touch with their customer service. If I miss out on this sale, I may have to take legal action against Ticketmaster.

I purchased tickets online for the opening night of Coachella Valley Firebids at the Achisure Arena on December 18. I have been attempting to access my Ticketmaster account for the past 24 hours to print my tickets, but I keep encountering an error message. Shortly after purchasing a ticket for a show in Minneapolis today, December 16th, while living in Minnesota, I received an email from Ticketmaster stating that someone had logged into my account from iOS Safari in San Jose, California. The purchase was made from my desktop computer at home in Bloomington, MN, and I am not familiar with anyone in San Jose, California. I immediately contacted my credit card company, and they have not detected any unauthorized charges yet, but they advised me to reach out to Ticketmaster. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue with Ticketmaster. I promptly changed my password after receiving the notification, but I am concerned about the security of my account. I have been attempting to purchase tickets to a Hamilton Bulldogs game for weeks for my son's birthday. However, every time I try to proceed to payment, an error prevents me from completing the transaction. I have made around 15 attempts on the app and approximately 5 attempts each on the website from both my phone and desktop. The game we are interested in attending is on January 8 at 2pm. The desired seats are located in section [redacted]: row 1 seats 3, 4, 5, and row 2 seats 3, 4, 5, 6. Unfortunately, we have already missed out on the seats we originally wanted due to these issues.
