I contacted your support team to request the cancellation of my account. However, I was charged $14.94 on the card ending in [redacted] without receiving a confirmation email. I kindly ask for a refund. I am positive that I emailed you to cancel my membership, yet the charge was still processed. Please reach out to me via email. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
