I have Booking Reference BR-[redacted]46 and Confirmation Number [redacted]. I organized a walking tour in Little Havana for June 26th, but woke up that morning feeling unwell with COVID symptoms. To prioritize everyone's health, I decided to cancel. Initially worried about not getting a refund, I discovered in the email details a "Cancel before 12:00 PM for a full refund" button. After cancelling, I received an email stating there would be no refund due to the last-minute cancellation policy. I feel that cancelling due to illness should be supported for safety reasons and was misled by the initial refund promise. I hope to resolve this issue and receive the refund as indicated on the website to ensure responsible decision-making is encouraged. If we cannot come to an agreement, I will consider not using TripAdvisor for my future travel needs. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I suspect that the reviewer may be a former employee or a competitor as their claims about noise and bed bugs are simply untrue. We take pride in ensuring our hotel is bug-free and quiet for all our guests. This review could seriously harm our business, leading to potential job losses for our staff. I kindly request that you remove the review labeled "...Bad Services (from Bed Bugs to Terrible Club Noise)..." written by Mayowa for Mambillah Hotel. If you visit our website at www.mambillahhotels.com, you can view photos confirming the cleanliness and peaceful environment of our hotel, disproving the reviewer's false allegations. I am having trouble locating a couple of my bookings for a vacation to the Dominican Republic. Below are the details I provided when making the bookings. Name: H. Patel Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] The booking reference IDs for the trip are as follows: August 8 - BR-[redacted]54 (no confirmation email received, not visible on my Bookings tab on TripAdvisor) August 9 - BR-[redacted]80 (no confirmation email received, not visible on my Bookings tab on TripAdvisor) August 10 - BR-[redacted]08 (confirmation email received, visible on my Bookings tab on TripAdvisor) August 11 - BR-[redacted]92 (confirmation email received, visible on my Bookings tab on TripAdvisor) It seems that the first two bookings may not be linked to my email address, which could be why they are not showing up on my account. I would appreciate assistance in linking them and sending confirmation emails for those bookings as well.

Hello, I have a booking reference number [redacted] for a reservation in Nerja from the 17th to the 27th of August. Monica, the owner, specified the 20th of August as the final payment date due to Covid-19 updates in Ireland. Your website is requesting payment by the 12th of July, but Monica's invoice clearly states the 20th. Booking Reference: BR-[redacted]16 for Dubai Frame with tour operator Rayna Tourism I purchased tickets for Dubai Frame at 10AM (TG1-10am) on Friday, October 29, [redacted]. However, after downloading the ticket, it states in red that it is not the entry ticket. It mentions that official tickets will be sent one day before the travel date. I need to update the email address associated with my account. My Gmail address is correct, but the primary email is now [redacted] as the previous one, sysmatrix.net, is no longer active. When I navigate through my account and set the comcast.net email as the primary one, the displayed information is not mine. The account I see was created in [redacted] under the name MarilynS@68marilyns, which is not me. My original email was [redacted], and I had written numerous reviews under that account. I want to access my previous account with all my reviews. Today, I tried to log in to write a new review and realized there is an issue with my account. How can I regain access to my old account with my reviews and update my current email and information? I have been using my account for a long time. Thank you.

My business is listed twice, and we recently had to move due to Covid-19. Our new location is just across the border in a different state, making it impossible to change the state on the TripAdvisor app. We have a new listing with only 2 reviews, but we want to either merge the 38 reviews from our old listing or delete the new one and update the address on the old listing. Good reviews are essential for attracting customers to our small business, so we don't want them to go to waste. Yelp allowed us to transfer our reviews due to Covid-19, and we are hoping TripAdvisor can do the same. Thank you for your help! - Joe from Hot Dog Works.

Greetings. My name is Dahiely R. and I have purchased several excellent tours on Tripadvisor with great service and top quality. However, today I paid for a 5-hour tour that included a 1-hour camel ride and a 1.5-hour quad ride around the pyramids. The service was supposed to include hotel pick-up with air conditioning and was booked through Egyptio Tour. I want to report that this tour was a complete deception and a real scam. They arrived 1 hour late to pick us up at the hotel. We had to walk along the street for about 25 minutes to reach the camels. We were never picked up in an air-conditioned vehicle. We were put on camels and taken down a street full of garbage and animal waste until we reached a desert entrance where they took a photo of us, and that was it. We had a bad experience and we refused to continue the tour, telling them not to return to the hotel without completing it. We didn't get to see the pyramids up close, just from afar for a quick photo. Individuals like this should not be on this platform, and you should thoroughly verify the people or agencies you promote. I want a full refund and will ensure they don't deceive others again. I await your response on this matter.

I paid 66 euros for one night through Traveluro, but upon our arrival at the hotel, there were no rooms available, and we couldn't reach anyone from Traveluro. We are requesting a refund! I am not an English speaker. I reserved the Bois Soleil house in La Tranche sur Mer (Booking Reference: BR[redacted]1-1) on your website around 5 PM on 31/07/[redacted] to 14/08/[redacted]. The owner, Mr. Christian Mocquais, did not respond to my questions (garden size, living room, and amenities) via email or text (the number he called me from was later canceled). The next morning, less than 24 hours after my booking (without any signed rental agreement), I canceled my reservation. The deposit of [redacted] Euros, which I urgently request reimbursement for, was debited from my account on 03/06/[redacted] with the reference TRIP ADVIS0R*TA CB LONDON. To add to the humor, I received an email from your side today asking for my feedback on my canceled booking. I am once again demanding the refund of the deposit, which I consider unjust, and I would like to finally receive a response!

Hello, I need advice about my recent 2-week stay at Flat 14, Easton House, Heritage Place, Brentford TW8 0RR. The rental was listed in Kew Gardens Road, Kew, where I intended to stay. However, the landlord provided a different address in Brentford when I inquired closer to my arrival. I ended up staying there last minute due to having my dog with me. The landlord later updated the address on the site, but I was unsatisfied as Brentford wasn't my preferred location for the price. They offered £[redacted] for the inconvenience, which I never received. During my stay, workers unexpectedly papered up the windows without warning and disrupted my balcony use. I believe compensation should have been offered for the disturbance. Additionally, my daughter faced a concerning situation with uninvited visitors and felt unsafe. Hello, I am Allen McWeeney, the Operations Manager for Cwmni Cwrw Da in Caernarfon, UK. I oversee the Heights Hotel in LL55 4HB, Llanberis. We deactivated our TripAdvisor account and were told it would be closed within three days. However, it's still active. I suspect the previous managers, Sonia and David Griffiths, who left abruptly, might be blocking the closure through their registered emails. Since their departure, we've received damaging fake reviews, unlike before. These reviews come from suspicious single users with no other activity on the platform. I reported this to you, but you decided not to remove them after an inquiry. I request an explanation for the delay in closing the account and details on how we can proceed. I am concerned about the negative impact on our business and urge you to reconsider the investigations into these reviews. Thank you.

I would like to share feedback about a holiday rental in Isle of Wight, specifically Harbour Lights in Bembridge. After staying there, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Although we raised these issues with the agent, Roger, and he sent a cleaning contractor to address them, we were dissatisfied with the excuses given for the subpar conditions. We documented numerous shortcomings, including dirty windows, stained rugs, broken taps, and uncleaned appliances. We also observed personal items in the cupboards, suggesting the property may be used by the owner when not rented out. Despite our efforts to communicate these issues constructively, we received a threat of legal action if we shared our experience on platforms like Tripadvisor. Despite these problems, we acknowledge the property's good location, value, and potential if improvements are made.

I made a Christmas reservation at Holbeck Ghyll Hotel in June [redacted] and paid the £[redacted] deposit. In September, I settled the remaining £[redacted]. Concerned about the lack of communication regarding my second payment and the uncertainty of my Christmas plans, I have reached out via email and phone messages to no avail. There have been rumors of the hotel being up for sale, leading me to fear possible liquidation. At 82 years old, this situation is causing me considerable stress. I am eagerly awaiting the hotel's response.

Hello TA-Team, One of my guests has canceled a booking at Fort Chambray (booking BR[redacted]4, ID[redacted]) with my approval but mentioned a pending owner approval for the refund in his confirmation. Surprisingly, I have not received any notification requesting my approval. Additionally, when I review my payment records, I can only see the cancellation but cannot access further details. Clicking on the payment leads to an empty window that continuously loads without displaying any information. Dear Trip Advisor, I need to report an individual named yazicieu for harassment. They have been engaging in behavior that is threatening my livelihood. Here's the situation: During negotiations for a tour, another party booked the same dates without my knowledge. Once I discovered this, I promptly informed yazicieu with transparency and requested time to resolve the issue. Instead of understanding, yazicieu responded with aggressive and racist language, threatening to leave negative reviews and causing more distress. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, yazicieu's hostile conduct made it impossible to continue working together. Their disrespectful behavior and threats have led to this decision. It is evident that their intention is to harm my reputation by leaving harmful reviews across various platforms. I am reaching out for assistance in managing this situation. I value my work and the relationships I have built with travelers, and I cannot tolerate such disrespectful behavior. I am willing to provide documentation of our interactions to support my claims.
