UPS confirmed the package was not meant for me or from the seller's company. Now, I am working on getting a refund from PayPal and need UPS letterhead proof of this issue. It seems like the scammer is using fake tracking numbers from UPS that match the same city and zip code.

I reside in a senior citizen building and am disabled. UPS keeps leaving packages outside in an unsecured area without notifying me by ringing the buzzer. I am paying for shipping and expect them to bring the packages to my door. This has happened on Monday and Wednesday recently, and I struggle to go down to collect them. Some of my packages have even gone missing. Last Friday, a neighbor informed me about packages left outside. I request that UPS bring all my packages directly to my door to avoid such issues in the future.

Today, a delivery driver brought 2 packages to my home. I received one with tracking number 1Z [redacted] [redacted] YW [redacted]5. Unfortunately, I am unsure of the tracking number for the missing package. The driver’s behavior was rude; he mentioned another package but refused to locate it before leaving. Yesterday, on December 9, [redacted], my daughter was awaiting a package. I contacted UPS regarding the delivery, but the response I received lacked empathy. UPS suggested that my daughter check with neighbors for the package despite it clearly having her apartment number on it. Having to search for a package from neighbor to neighbor is a hassle, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic. The delivery driver should have paid better attention to the apartment numbers and ensured correct delivery in the first place. It is frustrating for my daughter to have had to undertake the UPS driver's responsibilities by inquiring with neighbors to finally locate the package. Such experiences leave me as a customer extremely dissatisfied.

I found a package leaning against a tree [redacted] yards from my house in a rural area. My house is clearly visible from where the driver left it, beside the farm-to-market road. This could lead to theft since it's not secure at the roadside. Packages have always been delivered to my front door until yesterday. I have signed up for UPS My Choice Premium. However, the inbound packages have not been updating since November 27. Even though I have received numerous packages after that date, none of them are showing on the My Choice page. I reached out to UPS regarding this matter on 10 November. After spending over an hour on the phone, I was told that the system needed updating and it would be resolved in two business days. Unfortunately, a week has passed, and the issue remains unresolved. It is frustrating to be paying for a premium service that is not providing any value.

Good afternoon, This is my first time receiving a package via UPS, but I found it extremely difficult to organize the delivery. I didn't know the delivery date and time until today at 12:00 when someone rang the bell. I didn't even have time to answer the door to ask them to leave it in the garden. I have been waiting for this parcel since last Sunday. Is it possible to track the driver and arrange a delivery? Can I have a contact number?

On December 3rd, my house was destroyed in a fire, resulting in the loss of all my belongings. Unfortunately, I've experienced multiple instances of packages being stolen after delivery. Despite my efforts to address this issue by contacting customer service, the lack of tracking numbers due to the fire has made resolving these incidents challenging. I now find myself residing in a nearby hotel, only a short distance from my former home.

I recently ordered a package from Target to be sent to my son for Christmas. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the shipping address. Despite correcting it from Apt L-[redacted] to Apt I-[redacted], the package was still undeliverable. The tracking number is 1Z9728FX[redacted], and the address should read: David Otis, [redacted] Murrieta Hot Springs Rd, Apt #I-[redacted], Murrieta, CA [redacted]. I suspect that the address was automatically abbreviated and possibly misinterpreted due to the difference in font between I and L on a Mac. An earlier package from Amazon did arrive without any problems, so this seems to be a specific issue with the Target delivery.

Good day, There have been numerous reports of packages being stolen after delivery and left unattended at our doorsteps. With many people currently working from home, we are often inside at the time of delivery. This issue could possibly be prevented if delivery personnel would ring the doorbell or knock to ensure packages are not left unattended. Recently, I had a $[redacted] Apple watch delivered to my home, but it was left at my doorstep without any notification. I was working in my home office and only noticed the package after checking for deliveries. A simple ring of the doorbell would have alerted me to the delivery. I kindly request that ringing the doorbell or giving a quick knock become company policy for all packages left at doorsteps. Thank you in advance,

I recently received a text notification about a package being shipped by "Team Logix" to Ms. I. Zamora at [redacted] Lake Shore Dr, Merritt Island, FL [redacted]. The tracking number provided is 1Z641Y5Y[redacted]. However, I am unfamiliar with both Team Logix and Zamora and did not place any orders through Team Logix or UPS. I am confused as to why UPS is sending me notifications about a package that is not related to me.

I was expecting a delivery today with Tracking Number 1Z555Y4V[redacted]. Despite providing the correct address, the delivery person claimed it was incorrect. I verified my address online, and it is accurate. After contacting UPS three times to resolve the issue and ensure the driver returns, as the package contains perishable food items on dry ice, I have not received a call back as promised. Delaying the delivery until tomorrow will likely lead to the items being compromised. I hope UPS can address and resolve these recurrent delivery problems promptly and effectively. It's crucial for UPS to acknowledge and take action to prevent these situations from recurring in the future.

I am unsure about the safety measures in place during the Coronavirus pandemic. Recently, I received a package from a delivery person in their personal vehicle who was not wearing a mask or any protective gear. Although the package arrived on time and the courier appeared to be from UPS, they were not wearing a uniform. I am sharing this feedback out of concern, and no follow-up is needed from me. I dropped off a package at the UPS drop box located at [redacted] W Highway 71, Austin, TX, [redacted] in the OAK HILL PLAZA on December 14 at 2:30 pm. The box's pickup schedule was listed as Monday to Friday at 5:45 pm. However, as of December 15, the tracking number on the label had not shown any activity. After contacting 1-[redacted]-PICKUPS, the agent mentioned the box was active but not picked up on December 14, with a possible pick up on December 15 or 16. They assured me to open a case and promised a callback within an hour, but I did not receive any call back. The tracking number on the label remains unregistered in the system as of 2:30 pm on December 16. The box drawer is damaged, and I am concerned about the package's security in this vulnerable location. I kindly request UPS to retrieve the package from the active drop box promptly.

I purchased an Apple Watch from Best Buy on December 3rd, expecting it on the 8th. The tracking showed a one-day delay to December 9th with no further updates since December 8th. Visited Bristol, VA UPS Center; staff confirmed it was pre-scanned but unsure of its location post-facility. They recommended requesting a tracer from the shipper, Best Buy. Best Buy stated they couldn't assist with the tracer. The UPS Customer Center advised contacting UPS personally to initiate a tracer; they can't take action without it. I received a delivery notice today, and there were people home to accept the package, but I arrived, and there was no package. I got back home at 2:30 p.m., and the package still hadn't arrived. Can you please send me a picture of the package as proof of delivery since it wasn't included initially? I attempted to file a claim online, but I forgot my ID and password.
