The envelope should be free, but despite repeating the tracking number three times slowly and clearly, they couldn't comprehend it. They mentioned charging the business for the pickup. I'm extremely frustrated as I enunciated the tracking number clearly, and it was still not understood. I require this pickup to be free for the business.

I was at home all day yesterday waiting for a signature-required delivery from UPS. To my surprise, I received a notification that the driver couldn't reach my location. My building is easily accessible, and I've had numerous successful deliveries recently. The tracking then informed me that the package would be taken to the local UPS Store for me to collect today. However, the latest update states the driver couldn't access the UPS Store either. This situation is frustrating as these are vital documents that were initially delayed due to a missed flight. I am concerned about the lack of information and the challenges in contacting a representative directly. I hope UPS can resolve these issues promptly to prevent the documents from being returned unnecessarily.

On Friday, July 9th, I received an 83-pound air conditioner from Home Depot, left on my porch at 8:14 PM without a knock or doorbell ring. Despite being home, the unit got wet in the rain as the box was not covered. Home Depot mistakenly generated two pickup numbers, but after contacting them, we corrected it. When I visited their customer facility on 24 Avis in Latham, expressing my concerns for the pickup of the soggy box, they arranged for a pickup on Tuesday before noon or after 4:00 PM. However, by 7:17 PM the pickup had not happened. After calling the 1-[redacted] number at 6:30 PM, I was promised a call back. UPS failed to pick up the device within the agreed upon hours. I want to share my frustrating experience with returning a Lenovo laptop to NBB and UPS. The package was accepted by an unknown person, and the whole process has been a circular maze of pointing fingers between the manufacturer, distributor, return service, and supplier. I'm tired of this runaround. If anyone else finds this interesting, go ahead and deal with it. I'm done. If I have to handle it myself, save it. Just contact XY for further assistance. I am currently utilizing the "Bill Pay" service provided by a local bank for paying my monthly condo fee. The bank sends the check to the Condo's Treasurer via mail, occasionally leading to the check landing in the wrong postal box. The individual receiving the check marks it as "WRONG ADDRESS" and returns it to the outgoing mail box. Subsequently, the USPS returns the check to the bank, which in turn destroys it before notifying me via email and reprocessing the condo fee payment. This type of misdelivery happens multiple times each year. Providing a description of the mailbox setup might offer some insights. There are four units, each housing approximately 16 locked boxes, 2 sizeable locked package bins below, and 1 locked outgoing mail box. For mail distribution, each unit has a door enabling USPS employees to place mail in the corresponding box or bin. Issues and solutions include: (1) holding off on destroying the check until the problem is resolved, (2) creating a list of boxes near ours to track check placement, (3) communicating with adjacent box owners using the list to determine check markings, and (4) requesting the bank to retain the check until receiving clarifications.

Communication attempts via email and phone have been unsuccessful as there has been no response and the phone line is inactive. When tracking a package that supposedly originated from Pennsylvania to my address in Millbrook, New York, I noticed discrepancies as the package was never received. The tracking information suggests unusually fast delivery within 24 hours, leading me to doubt its accuracy. I wish to share screenshots to prove these claims and inquire if it's possible to verify the processing times on your end to confirm the legitimacy of the delivery route. Additionally, when trying to follow up on a claim, the system prompted me to verify my identity with an email that is not associated with me ([redacted]@privaterelay.appleid.com). I need to file a complaint regarding the delivery I received at 3:48 pm. I was aware of the delivery and saw the UPS driver speed by my window. Despite checking my front door and garage, the package was not there. It was eventually found hidden between my garage and my neighbor's property, making it difficult for me to reach due to my disability. This is unacceptable as it was not delivered to the front door as expected. I strongly urge the company to ensure deliveries are made accurately by responsible employees to prevent such incidents in the future. There was a risk of theft had I not been monitoring the delivery closely.

Even though the driver marked it as delivered, my neighbor, who was at home during the alleged delivery time, did not see any UPS truck. I had a frustrating experience at the UPS Store where the clerk insisted on using the address generated by the computer, even though I had already written out the correct one on my package. The correct address should be [redacted] County Road 435A, New Franklin, MO [redacted]. Unfortunately, the clerk entered it incorrectly as [redacted] County Road [redacted], 435A, New Franklin, MO [redacted]. Despite my efforts to explain, she stuck with the computer-generated address. I did some research and found out that both County Road [redacted] and County Road 435A exist in the area. I urgently need a Delivery Intercept to correct the address as the package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, July 29th. I hope you can assist me promptly. Thank you for your help in advance.

UPS failed to deliver my urgent next day air package, citing a mechanical malfunction, which seems unbelievable. The customer support I received was the worst I have ever experienced in decades of shipping. I meticulously documented UPS's errors from when my package was processed until 12 hours after the missed delivery. As of 7/30/21 9:30PM, there is no update online regarding the expected delivery timeframe, and it appears that no one at UPS is addressing our concerns. We are considering sharing our experience publicly in the hopes of getting assistance from UPS.

On July 24th, I received a notice on my building's door regarding a failed delivery attempt for a package with tracking number 1Z1Y75Y[redacted]8. The note instructed me to pick up the package from a local UPS store. Despite contacting the store and checking back, the package was not available. Subsequently, after tracking the package and contacting UPS in Chicago, I learned that it was returned to the sender, Macy's. Macy's confirmed receiving the item back. However, checking the tracking this morning showed it was sent back on July 30th. I contacted UPS to inquire about the delivery, but their website indicates it was already sent to the store. Meanwhile, there is a charge on my credit card for the undelivered item, and I have not received any refund due to UPS's error. I have not been contacted by UPS to explain the situation, which is unusual for me as I typically have smooth deliveries. I am a dialysis nurse at the University of Iowa Hospital, and one of our patients faces difficulties receiving her dialysis supplies from UPS at her apartment complex in Newton, IA. Despite multiple complaints, the problem persists. I contacted customer service today, speaking with Rob, who abruptly hung up on me. This lack of professionalism has left me frustrated. My package was scheduled to arrive today but was allegedly attempted for delivery and nobody was home, which is not accurate as there are other people at my address. The UPS driver claims the package will be taken to a UPS center upon my request, but that location is currently closed. Since I am leaving town tomorrow, I paid for express shipping to receive the package today. I urgently require this delivery tonight. Hello, I received a package that wasn't mine. The package arrived alongside one of my parcels that was severely damaged. Instead of properly securing my package, the delivery driver placed what they thought was the contents of my package into the torn box. Unfortunately, they also included an Amazon Prime package that does not belong to me. I attempted to contact the UPS customer service line, but I experienced difficulties navigating the automated system which kept directing me with the assumption that the package was intended for my address. Despite trying various approaches and reaching out to a local UPS store, the only solution provided is for me to drop off the package myself, which I am unable to do at the moment. I am hoping that a driver can be dispatched to collect the misdelivered package while also addressing the need for better packaging practices to prevent similar incidents from reoccurring. I need to return a product under warranty. The original shipper, Dyson's, provided an exchange reference number, but the local UPS outlet at CVS in Fairfax, VA, seems unable to print a label using the reference number. According to the CVS manager, I must provide the shipping address and create the label myself. Dyson's says I need to return the product to one of their warehouses but won't provide the specific address as only the exchange reference number is in their system.
