I'm having trouble with the delivery of my package with tracking number 1Z79206V[redacted]. The drivers are consistently leaving "we missed you" notifications at the closed business next door instead of my location. Despite multiple attempts, the package has not reached me. I would like to either update the delivery address or arrange to pick it up from the UPS facility in Doraville, GA. The tracker indicates that the final delivery is scheduled for today, and I do not want the package to be returned to the sender.

I accidentally dropped off a package with an old label, and it was taken for shipping before I could correct the mistake. I have been unable to reach anyone to clarify what will happen to my package or where I can retrieve it. Thankfully, the label on the package is addressed correctly. I am struggling to speak with a representative over the phone to address my concerns and get more information on the situation.

The driver mistakenly left my package at the incorrect building and wrong floor, disregarding the address provided. In our complex, all packages were delivered to [redacted], although they belonged to other units. One package was for [redacted] and another for [redacted]. Thankfully, a friend at [redacted] alerted me, preventing possible theft. This situation is completely unacceptable and absurd. I plan to inform the company that arranged the delivery, in the hopes that they will consider using a different delivery service in the future.

I bought a package for my mother in Gordonville, Texas. According to the UPS website, it was delivered, but it's not at her house. I left a note specifying the correct street and address. Now, we are unsure of its whereabouts. This was a Christmas gift, so I'm quite upset. Please call me back promptly to resolve this situation. Thank you.

Hello, I utilized UPS Store [redacted] in Ventura, California to collect items from an auction house and transport them to my store. Unfortunately, upon receiving the items, I discovered that some were damaged. I have attempted to reach out to the store three times via email, attaching photos of the broken items, but have not received a response. Upon checking with my credit card company, I found that UPS Store charged me $[redacted].88 for shipping the items. I am unsure of how to proceed in resolving this issue. -Mark H.

I am reaching out regarding my order #[redacted] from Sarris Candies in Canonsburg, Pa. It was supposed to be delivered to Kalyne & James Mayzik-Moffitt at [redacted] Cale Falls Lane, Bartlett, TN [redacted], not Memphis. Unfortunately, all shipping emails seem to have vanished, so I am unable to track the package. The shipment left on Friday, went to Washington Pa, then Nashville, and finally arrived in Memphis with a delay due to a sorting error. Following corrections, it was mistakenly labeled as an apartment address and then sent to Bartlett with a notification that the recipients would pick it up at the post office, which they never received. My daughter is unwell and unable to drive, so I kindly request expedited delivery to her residence as soon as possible. I am unsure why an apartment was mentioned as she lives in a two-story house.

On February 20th, I received a delivery from Windspinners.com with only 2 out of the 4 items I ordered. Despite the invoice and shipping confirmation indicating all 4 items would arrive in one package, the 2 items I did receive were in separate boxes taped together excessively as one. The shipping label was buried under layers of clear tape, which seemed to be applied sloppily. I promptly informed the seller about the missing items and requested their help to contact UPS to locate the package. However, I have not received a response from them yet. To seek guidance on the next steps, I turned to GetHuman for assistance after researching online for solutions.

Hello, I recently made a purchase from the Bradford Exchange for three items. One of the items arrived last week, but to my surprise, I received a duplicate item yesterday. I am still eagerly awaiting the remaining two items that were initially promised to be delivered before Christmas. Interestingly, my account now shows additional orders for three personalized jackets and two personalized Star Trek wooden signs that I did not authorize. Despite speaking to a representative who assured me they would address the issue and call back, I have not received any follow-up. This experience with the Bradford Exchange has left me feeling quite disappointed. Thank you.

I received an email regarding a package delivery, but it was sent to my old address. I attempted to update the delivery address but couldn't access my UPS account online. Resetting my user ID and password proved unsuccessful as I didn't remember if I had an account. I tried recovering the information using both the email linked to the package and my personal email, but haven't received any reset emails. Additionally, when attempting to create a new account, it indicates that the user ID is already in use. I'm stuck in a loop and simply need to inform UPS about my new address for the delivery, but I'm unable to reach anyone for assistance.

The tracking information indicates my package was delivered yesterday, but I have thoroughly searched my house and garage without finding it. I was present throughout the day on December 21st, the reported delivery day, and there were no tire tracks in the snow on my driveway. After speaking with a customer service representative this afternoon, I was promised a callback within an hour, but it did not happen. I've noticed that UPS uses USPS for the final part of deliveries. Unfortunately, there's a mail carrier who seems to be not delivering UPS mail on Wednesdays. The reason given is lack of access due to handwritten names being removed from the outside of the boxes for security purposes. However, the mail carrier has access to the properly labeled mailboxes with names inside. This results in UPS's reputation being affected due to this inconsistent practice.

UPS Tracking Number: 1Z211X[redacted]93 I paid over $60 to ship a package filled with Christmas presents on 12/15 with an expected delivery date of 12/22. However, the package is currently in Texas and is now set to arrive on 12/29. This poses a problem as the recipients will have left before then. I received a package from UPS at my residence on Monday, December 20th. According to UPS, they dropped off the package at the gate located at the top of my road, not coming down to my actual residence. Unfortunately, the package is no longer there. In all the years of receiving deliveries from UPS, this has never occurred before.

I previously had a package sent to a house I no longer reside in but still own. Unfortunately, the driver did not deliver it because I am no longer living there. I had a scary encounter on the road with a UPS driver in Longmont, Colorado named Matt Guttshall. I believe it was him because he has been pursuing my girlfriend for a year, even when he was married, and has shown concerning behavior like stalking us. I've witnessed him waiting outside my storage unit and driving through a hotel parking lot at odd hours. His appearance has changed drastically, and I suspect he is heavily using drugs. I am worried about his ability to safely operate a vehicle for UPS and the potential theft of packages to fund his habits. Instead of contacting the authorities, I am reaching out to UPS in hopes that they will address this alarming situation at their Longmont hub station.

I have consistently experienced issues with UPS delivery. Today, a driver mistakenly left packages intended for [redacted] Gwinnett Ln at my address, [redacted] Gwinnett Ln, Bowie, MD [redacted]. Unfortunately, this is not the first occurrence. The driver repeatedly passes the correct address and delivers to mine. This has happened approximately 5-6 times now. I am concerned about the conduct of one of your drivers named Kari Tyler, who operates in Indiana. She has admitted to using drugs while working and has mentioned using someone else's urine or diluting her own to escape detection. I believe she should undergo more thorough testing like monitored urine, hair follicle, or mouth swab tests. It is also alarming that she previously had a sexual relationship with a supervisor, which raises concerns about favoritism and professionalism. I will continue to report this matter until appropriate action is taken to ensure accountability.
